Hello! I’m Holly— a proud Marquette and Creighton alum living in Western Springs with my family and two incredibly sweet Great Danes. I’ve been around animals my entire life and have experience pet sitting for dogs, cats, and even birds and exotic animals. Whether your pet is young, senior, big, or small, I’m comfortable caring for them all! I treat every home and pet as if they were my own, and am always sure to send daily updates with pictures/videos of your pet to help you stay connected when you are away. I offer pet sitting in both your home and mine (please note that my home is only an option if your pet is comfortable around large dogs). For house sitting, I am open to locations anywhere near Western Springs or near Yorkville where I work. I’m happy to help with a wide range of pet care services and am always willing to tailor support to your pet’s unique needs. I’d love to connect and see if I’d be a good fit for your family. Holly took such great care of our two senior dogs. She was patient, responsible and on top of everything. I came home to a clean house and two happy pups and would book her again!
Holly and her family immediately welcomed Lincoln into their home and made sure he felt comfortable during his stay. Holly sent us lots of updates and made sure we knew how our boy was doing. Would highly recommend and Lincoln hopes he can visit again. He especially loved his playtime with Holly’s pups Layla and Piper☺️
Holly did an amazing job! She is so easy to communicate with and extremely responsible. The dogs love her and when we came home, our house was spotless. She is very receptive to the instructions we provided and communicated with us throughout our trip with pictures. We will definitely use Holly again!
Holly is the best! She stayed with our 10 year old English Bulldog, Lucy, for a few days while we were out of town. Each day she updated me on how Lucy was doing and also sent really cute pictures! I could see how happy Lucy was to have her there. Holly was very communicative, cleaned up after our pupper, and left our house sparkling clean when we got back. We have found our forever dog sitter! Big thanks to her for taking such great care of our fur baby. ❣️

Holly was the first sitter we left our puppy with. She did a great job connecting with and taking care of our puppy. She gave us full details of the day (lots of playtime and outdoor time) and sent very sweet pictures to check-in. She is highly qualified and easy to have in your home. Schedule
I am a school counselor, so I follow a school schedule during the school year. In the summers I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and a half day on Friday. If your dog cannot be left alone for more than a couple of hours, I have a friend who also dog sits and can sometimes fill in during hours I am working. Feel free to reach out and we can figure out care that best meets the needs of your pet!

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities, whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine. If your pet is staying with me, please note I have two very friendly large dogs (a Great Dane and a Great Dane/Poodle mix). They’re gentle and love new friends, but I only welcome pets who are comfortable around big dogs to ensure a calm, safe environment for everyone. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I treat your space and your pet with the same respect and attention I give my own. I understand it can feel like a leap of faith to trust someone new, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m dependable, clean, and happy to follow your routines closely to keep your pet’s world as consistent and stress-free as possible. I also provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing while you’re away. And if you’d like references, I’d be glad to share them!
Pets
A typical day
Whether your pet is playful or more low-key, I love tailoring activities and play to their energy level! For dogs, I am all about daily walks, playtime, enrichment games and TONS of snuggles! If they love fetch, we’ll play fetch. If they prefer belly rubs and cozy naps, I’m happy to provide that too! For cats, I know some can be playful and outgoing, and others prefer a calm presence. I’m happy to match their energy. I’ll make sure their litter box stays clean, their feeding schedule is followed exactly, and that they get as much playtime as they’re up for. I have experience with training as well, and am happy to continue any training routines you may have while you are away.
