They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! “Melissa is the best! My 14 year old Shih Tzu was taken care of exceptionally well. Since he is a senior he needs extra TLC and personal attention. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure Harley was loved, nurtured, and of course spoiled! He is used to living comfortably and with a big yard to roam and lots of attention I know he felt right at home. Melissa sent daily notes letting me know he was well. When he had a bit of a tummy problem she called and we were able to get medicine from vet to help. What an amazing experience. I was able to be away for a month knowing he was exceptionally well taken care of. I will only go to Melissa if needed again! Thank you Melissa for taking such good care of my boy Harley. Normally I would leave my pups with family members but none were available so I went with Maureen. I made the right choice. Maureen came to meet my two older girls so we could discuss all concerns, including some recent medical needs. When I dropped them off Maureen made them feel comfortable and they settled in nicely. If the need arrives in the future I won’t hesitate to use her again.
Michaela was great with Kylo. We appreciated having a meet and greet as we had never boarded him before and were not sure how he would do. She was great with him and he was able to settle in after the first full day. She was understanding of our nervousness and kept us updated on how he was doing. Definitely recommend her and will use her again if we have the need.
I would highly recommend Danielle to take care of your pet. I was very nervous about boarding my dog, since I have never boarded a pet before. She was very accommodating to all of my dog’s specific needs. She also had a spacious home and a big beautiful backyard for my dog to enjoy. I believe she even spoiled my dog by letting my dog make herself at home on Daniel’s couch to sleep at night. Which I really appreciated Danielle is also great about sending pictures and lengthy updates. I would definitely board my dog with Danielle again as needed. I was able to enjoy my two week vacation, because I knew that my dog instantly liked Danielle and her home at our initial Meet and Greet. Like I said before, she is not only a nice person, but met all of my dog’s needs. Looking forward to boarding my dog again with Danielle in the future.
