Maureen came to meet my two older girls so we could discuss all concerns, including some recent medical needs. When I dropped them off Maureen made them feel comfortable and they settled in nicely. If the need arrives in the future I won’t hesitate to use her again.
Michaela was great with Kylo. We appreciated having a meet and greet as we had never boarded him before and were not sure how he would do.
