“Reza was an absolutely amazing pet carer to work with! I was stuck in a sticky situation this Christmas due to a family emergency, and Reza swooped in on short notice to look after my dog Daisy. As a recent rescue, Daisy is quite nervous around strangers, but with Reza’s reassurance and experience, he was able to befriend her quickly! When Daisy developed an unrelated health issue and we needed to cut our booking short to get her to the vet, Reza was completely understanding and gracious about last-minute schedule changes. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate his flexibility and empathy, and I would 100% book with him again given the chance. You’d be lucky to have Reza looking after your pet!”

“Elizabeth has been an absolute blessing to our dog, Dakota. She is not just a dog walker; she's Dakota's best friend (besides me, of course.) We are fortunate to have her. Linda and Dakota”

“Sabrina was so so great! We were able to set up a meet & greet beforehand where she got to know my pup. And she was extremely communicative during my pup’s walk and made sure to go above and beyond to mark sure he was comfortable. I got many photos and will definitely be reaching out to book again :)”

“Couldn't recommend Paige enough!. I have a reactive pug so I'm always very anxious whenever he meets new people as he can be a little vocal at times. However when we met Paige she immediately knew how to approach him and within seconds he picked up his favorite toy to show her!. Paige was very detailed when giving feed back about her and my boys walk and also had plenty of patience with him when he went into stubborn mode and stopped on their walk! .We will definitely be reaching out again 😊”

About: I have walked dogs for my family and friends as well as neighbors when I was younger. I don’t have my own dog in my life yet so I would love to get more time with yours when I have free time. It’s a win win win, I get to see more dogs, your dog gets more walks, you can relax more! I have two cats at my apartment so pet sitting would have to be at your house either overnight or spend the days there. I currently work full time remote but can offer walks during the day. Around lunch time I can take longer walks up to an hour. Before 830 am I am available for walks in the morning and after 5 pm. Schedule can vary but can work around my schedule for your pup generally. Weekends I am also available to walk and dog sit! I can travel to your home and pet sit for you while you’re away! And keep your home just as it was when you left!

“We needed a dog walker in a pinch and Danielle came through for us! She was very easy to work with and we would gladly use her services again.”

“We appreciate that Lindsey went the extra mile to our treats in George’s treat ball when he was dropped off from his walk! Very thoughtful and sweet.”

“Kate was like a dog whisperer! Bailey is typically shy and reluctant to meet new faces and I was prepared to motivate with lots of treats for this first walk, but something about Kate made Bailey comfortable right away and they were able to take off for their walk almost immediately. Kate was also super communicative from the first outreach which helped bring me at ease as well. We’re looking forward to having Kate and Bailey take more walks together!”

“Willow is timely, responsible, and communicative. Marshmallow is happy to walk with her. :)”

“Dana helped me out with walking my dog very last minute today! My dog loves her and her communication is always great. Thanks again, Dana!”

About: I have enjoyed being self-employed as a house/pet sitter and dog walker for many years, accommodating a variety of special pet needs. I take pride in how appreciative and satisfied my clients have been. Animals bring so much love, joy and peace into my life. I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to get to know so many lovely pets as well as their owners. I'm currently available all days of the week. Rover is what primarily fills my "retirement" time. I am usually able to spend most of the day and all night with your pet/pets for house sitting jobs. I treat my clients' homes and pets with the utmost respect, making sure to stay conscientious of needs and preferences. My business has been built on trust and satisfaction.

About: I’m truly one of the biggest fans of dogs, my friends and family call me a dog whisperer as dog always seem drawn to me too. I grew up with cats but always had a dog of my own that all lead long lives, and taking care of them in their senior years with medicine, eye/ear drops and needing help down/up stairs. I’d make sure to give the same love and attention to your pup. I would easily be able to fit dogs into my daily and weekly routine. Currently doing some freelance and WFH in Ballard. It would be awesome to get my dog fix in and help others as my time is very flexible and the weather is great. I’d care for any dog as my own to ensure your pet is always safe and looked after with maybe a little too much love and attention at times via pets and belly rubs.

“Alana is awesome! She took my two dogs out for walks while I was out of town. I have a boarder collie mix that can be leash aggressive and she handled him professionally (her dog has it also). I'd 100% recommended her!”

About: Ever since I was a child I have loved animals and they love me. I often find myself being followed by cats when I 'm on walks or being approached and greeted by dogs at parks. They give me a sense of calm and I enjoy giving them and their humans reassurance that they are well cared for. I currently have one large Cane Corso and one small Persian Himalayan...guess which one is the boss? I hope you will entrust me with your furry family to provide them with what they and you need. My daily schedule is rather flexible so I am able to adjust according to your needs. Whether it's a consistent schedule or adjust depending on their needs, I can adjust as needed. As a guest in your space I always respect your needs and requests for the furry family! I'm happy to do walks, play in the yard or relax and play inside.

“Leslie was amazing! Great communication and clarification when I forgot to let her know something ahead of time. Super flexible too for such a last minute booking. Would 100% schedule another walk with Leslie :)”

“Nick is the best! My dog is pooped from a long walk. He was patient with my dog getting acclimated to a new human and brought treats. We will booking regular walks with Nick for sure!”

“Very communicative and responsible; takes the time to make sure my pup gets in a great walk, all her things are put back, and water bowl is refilled (important with this heat!) - happy to have Ben as our walker!”

About: With 25 years of experience as the owner of a mixed breed black lab and two cats I have cared for friends’ dogs throughout the year, sometimes for up to a month. I have taken care of small and large dogs and a few senior dogs including one with spinal and urinal issues. Located in the Ballard neighborhood we’re just minutes away from beautiful beaches, a dog park with nature trails and a variety of safe urban trails for your pup to explore. A fun fact - As a photographer, my above mentioned lab Sam was the first cover dog of the ‘Best Hikes with Dogs’ guide for Mountaineers Books. I'm glad to take professional pics of your pet when with me! I have a flexible schedule as a self employed writer and photographer and am home often and free to walk with your dog and watch your cat when needed. I have a fully fenced back yard and spacious home in a nice the neighborhood of Ballard. I'm an outdoorsy person and open to regular walks all year and other activities such as ball throwing, beaches, dog parks etc. I am open for your dog or cat to be with me on the couch and bed or where you’re most comfortable. I've been taking care of a friend's dog for years who is now a senior at 13. She has spinal and urinal tract issues which we've been trained to assist her with. She takes several pills a day both orally via pill pockets or mixed in food. I also have experience with cats throughout their life and into their senior years.

“Julie has gone above and beyond for my 6month old large puppy. Julie had only been walking my pup for one day, but was super helpful when my dog got sick all of a sudden. Julie checked in with my dog when we were at work and made sure she was okay so that I could have peace of mind while I worked. Thanks Julie!”

Lisa B.Star Sitter
“Lisa is absolutely the best pet sitter we’ve ever had. She’s been helping us enjoy worry free vacations for more than 15 years. She’s sat with our pets so many times I’ve lost count, sometimes for more than 2 weeks at a time. We know that our pets are in great hands when Lisa is here. We love her and our pets do too! She’s taken care of our two, over 100 lb, Chesapeakes and our two cats. Which is no easy task. Our dogs are big, energetic, and quirky and our cats have each had health issues over the years that require daily injections. One of our cats was a stray and is still super skittish and shy. But Lisa has it all covered! She’s caring, attentive, and has a special way about her that they all respond to. She follows your directions to a tee, and listens to all of your concerns so that she can care for your pets as if they were her own. Did I mention that my pets love her! Lisa sends pictures and updates while we’re away, and she’s always available by text or phone if we need to contact her. They go on long walks, play in the yard, just hang out, and everybody gets a chance to sit and snuggle with her. We’ve had Lisa visit 3 times a day and also full on house sit while we’ve been gone. When she’s doing individual visits not only does she feed, walk, and take care of their needs, she also makes sure to just spend time in the house with them so they don’t feel alone…sometimes she’ll even sit and watch a movie with them if we ask her to. And when Lisa house sits she lets Wally sleep on the bed with her because that’s what he’s used to. It doesn’t matter which arrangement we choose or how long we’ve been gone…we always come home to happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pets who’ve obviously enjoyed their time with Lisa, and the house looks great too. I highly recommend that you use Lisa if you’re looking for a pet sitter. She should be your first choice. Lisa is amazing!”

Kelsey K.
“I can’t recommend Kelsey’s dog care services highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear how much she genuinely cares for animals — not just as pets, but as part of the family. She’s incredibly reliable, communicative, and attention to every detail, from feeding routines to personality quirks. Our dogs Annie and Olivia absolutely adore her. Whether it’s a walk in the neighborhood, a day at the park, or overnight care, we know our pups are in safe, loving, and professional hands. We especially love that she sends thoughtful updates and photos, which gives us peace of mind while we’re away. She’s a true gem in the dog care world, and trust any pet would adore her just the same!”

Alana W.

Danielle is an excellent walker! One of my dogs barks a lot when people walk in and she was so patient and kind with both of my pups. Would recommend to anyone else in need of pet care!!

Jennifer has walked our dog several times now and she has been excellent every time! She is responsive, timely, and great with our dog. I know she is someone we can count on!

Sabrina was a lifesaver, picking up my last minute dog walking request and even making time for a meet and greet the night before. She is very conscientious and responsive, and took my dog on some fun walks around our neighborhood. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to care for their pet!

Amy gave our dog fantastic care! Extremely communicative and thoughtful. She genuinely cared for our dog and he loved her immediately. Absolutely recommend Amy to anyone with a dog at home. I know August will be looking forward to his next visit with her :)

Paige was so helpful by walking Dakota for me last minute. Kota looked like a happy puppy in her photos from her walk. Thank you Paige!

Our doggie is a reactive rescue and Xander did an outstanding job of handling our doggie's meltdown when they encountered a bunny and other distractions on their walk today. Looking forward to using Xander again to walk Paddington.

Taylor was fantastic with my older dog. He had recently had surgery and required a few extra safety instructions and care. She was great with using a sling and giving medications. She is very quick to respond to messages and requests. Would definitely trust her to take care of my pup again.

Leah helped out my dog with a last minute walk! She was very communicative and took great care of my senior dog :)

Megan is the best!!! So caring, patient, and attentive. She sent a very thoughtful and detailed message update with photos of Finn looking happy as can be. She even took time out of her schedule for a meet & greet walk beforehand. So happy to have found a sweet walker we can rely on!! I highly recommend her for all pet care needs:)

Kendra is great! She’s always on time and very patient with my dog who can be a bit lazy when it comes to walking. Penny loves her!

Really great communication and she took such great care of our dogs. I will definitely reach back out to Melissa on an ongoing basis.
