About: I have always loved animals and caring for them. I grew up taking care of mostly dogs, but I have experience with other animals like cats, goats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I love meeting new animals and helping care for them. I am currently a student at Iowa state but am available all day Tuesdays and Thursdays and weekends. I’m available in the afternoon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I cannot provide boarding because of the pets I have at home, but I can visit pets or stay overnight with them at their homes. I’ve stayed in ankeny overnight a few times but prefer to stay in Ames due to my classes being in the morning.

About: I’ve had a dog in my household my entire life. I love to spend time with dogs more than humans. I like to play with them and show affection. I also love to take my dog on walks and runs. My dad taught me a couple training skills as well. I also pet sitter for someone for a week and stayed the night the whole week, and have done some weekends as well. They always went so smoothly! I go to college at Iowa state university and am done around 12 every day except Monday. Monday I have a lab that goes until 6. I would be able to stop in whenever! I treat each home with respect and treat the dog like they are my own. I make them my priority and make sure they are happy!

About: I have been dogsitting, catsitting, and housesitting since I was in high school! I also worked for 3 years at a general practice veterinary clinic, working with animals boarding at the facility to provide them care. I have also worked 2 years in the ICU of the Small Animal Hospital at Iowa State, taking care of patients. I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of flexibility with my schedule when it comes to housesitting, walking your dogs, or any care you might need! I am happy to play with your pets, take them outside, and ensure they have company! I cannot care for pets in my own home (territorial cat, oops!) but more than happy to hang out in your home and ensure your pets are happy and taken care of.

About: I have helped train puppies both with roommates and within my family. Additionally we have a senior dog at home right now with severe anxiety who I help care for. I also have my own cat! I am a college student so I have a relatively flexible schedule to help care for pets. I do have a part time job but this is just another way for me to get outside! I help watch my dogs, bathe them, dog sit when family is out of town, etc. I watch my cat daily and I do whatever is needed.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and caring for them is truly a passion of mine. With my own dog, I handle everything from baths and feeding to daily walks, and I’ll bring that same love, reliability, and dedication to your pup! I currently work weekends at a restaurant in my hometown, while attending Iowa State University for Elementary Education. I have a class every morning of the week, then a long break usually until 2 or 3. I have a break in the middle of my day as well as my school nights! I’ve had dogs where they keep be out and about in the yard/home, but I’ve also had dogs who needed leashed/kenneled. I know when to praise a dog, and I love teaching dogs tricks. I’m no professional at it but I like teaching dogs the standard tricks and even silly little tricks!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was eight years old.. I helped work on my grandfathers farm. My grandfather, and my stepfather both had hunting dogs. My grandfather also raised greyhounds, and I was responsible for caring for them.. I have Pet care and grooming experience . About: I am a registered veterinary technician that works at a clinic here in Ames. I have a lot of experience with dogs, large and small, and cats as well. You can feel safe knowing that your fur babies are well taken care of and under great care. I currently work full-time as a registered veterinary technician, but I’m looking to help out with pet care, walking, or housesitting on weeknights and weekends. With my medical Knowledge, I am a great candidate to take care of any fur baby. While in my care, pets will be monitored closely and given everything they need, as well as endless snuggles. I am a college student and work, but I’m willing to work around my schedule to meet your needs! Weekends are almost always completely open! I do not do any services inside my home but I am willing to come to yours, where your pet is most comfortable and happy!

About: I have had multiple dogs since I was 6 and taken care of all of them, neighbors' and families' animals actively for the last 4ish years! I would love to add a basic groom for an extra $10 added to any service you have scheduled. I have my own dog that I trained since he was a puppy, and he is now almost two. I also take care of a family's dog on a daily basis. I do not have a fenced-in yard, but I have a huge yard with long leashes. I also love to take our dog to the dog park. About: I have loved all animals for as long as I can remember. I take pet care very seriously, and want to do my best to provide great service to pets and owners alike! I work part time as a direct support professional, and I am currently only working evening shifts on Mondays and Thursdays. I would be available all day (about 7am - 11pm) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. As of right now, I will only be able to take care of pets in clients homes and take dogs for walks, but I have experience with many different dogs and cats and knowing boundaries/behavior signs.
