I currently work full time from my home and have availability to drop in throughout the day for walks and to look after your animals. I love going for walks and playing with animals. About: I’m a big animal lover and will treat your pets like they’re my own! I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and personalities, whether that means keeping up with a high-energy puppy, giving an older dog some extra TLC, or just hanging out and keeping your pet company. I’m happy to stick to your pet’s normal routine, including walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of cuddles. I’m reliable, patient, and will make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! Pet care fits pretty naturally into my routine! I have a flexible schedule and can make time for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays depending on what your pet needs. I love getting outside for walks and spending time with animals, so it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing. About: I have nine years of pet care experience. I raised and showed Rex rabbits for 4 years. Personally I have trained and care for my own dogs. After High School I work in an Animal Hospital. My duties there included receiving the animals for appointments, prepping and assisting in surgeries, keeping accurate records, cleaning and sanitation of the facilities. I am available to care for pets full time as I am looking to make a career out of caring for pets as I pursue a position as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician. I would be able to care for the animals in their own homes keeping them safe in the comfort of their own space and environment.

About: I've had cats my entire life, and my husband and I currently have two amazing but SUPER high energy little kitties named Eli and Finn. We are very obsessed, and they're spoiled! I have grown up in a very close, tight-knit family with LOTS of dogs and cats, and I've pet-sat more times than I can count. I LOVE animals and they tend to like me as well. I have experience with feeding, medicine, walking, vet visits, picking up animals from pet hotels, etc. I pet sit, house sit, and babysit for a lot of my family and friends, have been a nanny to my godson who has medical complications, and am well-trusted. About: As a dog mama myself, I understand that our dogs are more than just our pets. They’re an integral part of our family! I strive to provide them with the necessary care they need, but also the enrichment they need to thrive and live a happy life. I love to play with them, take them out for walks, and provide them with love and pets. About: I have been dog sitting for my friends and family for years. I work from home 2 days a week and have a large fenced in backyard. I have a 3 bedroom house located a few block from a bike/walking trail. I would like a dog of my own but my schedule doesn’t allow for that so cuddling and spending time with your dog would be perfect. Your dog will have access to my furniture while I am home. I can maintain a set schedule and provide your dog with love and care while you are away. Your pet would be in a kennel very minimal and have lots of attention. Would just be in a kennel if I need to run errands. I have a large fenced in backyard that your pet will love to run free in. The fence was replaced summer of 2021 after the derecho. I work a hybrid schedule 3 days in an office 2 days at home. My boyfriend is home every Friday, he does not work Fridays. I have a large privacy fenced in yard for your dog to play in. I can kennel or crate your dog at your preference. I have a lock on the inside of my front door incase a dog jumps and opens the door.

About: I am a veterinary student at ISU with experience pet sitting, caring for shelter animals, and clinical care. I am comfortable caring for pets with special diets and administration of oral medicine. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, and I have flexibility in caring for pets of varying activity levels. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I have school on weekdays, but I'm available for walks during the lunch hours from 11am - 1pm. I'm also available after 5pm Monday - Friday and have full availability on weekends. Your pet's comfort is my number one concern so I have no problem coming to you or taking your pet to their favorite park. I'm comfortable walking larger dogs that pull the leash and explore or older dogs with limited mobility. My dog has a vestibular issue, so I'm experienced lifting pets to help them up and down stairs and getting into cars. About: My friends, family and neighbors have come to me when they need someone to look after their pets. I’ve pet sit for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, fish and reptiles. During the week, I have veterinary school with breaks between classes. I was a vet assistant for 5 years so I gained plenty of experience with a variety of animals. About: I have lots of experience working with dogs with Thyroid disorders, joint problems, hip problems, diabetes, and special diets. I'm very flexible. All you have to do is ask and we'll see. I've had Chocolate Labs, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Poodles, Terriers, and Shih Tzus. I love animals especially puppies and dogs. I am also willing to watch your cats if you also have them. I wanted to be a veterinarian or veterinary assistant but I didn't quite have the grades for it so that's why I decided to become a dog sitter, a dog walker, pet care taker, dog lover, and pet lover. About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from local rescues. I recently earned a bachelors degree in animal science and currently attend veterinary school at ISU. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! Pet care is built into my schedule and comes as second nature to me now after being immersed in it for so long. On average, a minimum of 3-5 hours of my day are dedicated to my animals. I enjoy taking my dog on multiple walks a day, of varying lengths, to ensure he has enough mental stimulation and exercise to meet his needs. Training is also a constant in my household, whether that be scheduled training sessions, or simply consistent work throughout daily tasks. I find it important to build a bond with my animals as well as those I meet, and training helps strengthen that bond. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) and training exercises are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied and stimulated. I take pride in keeping my environment and my animals’ clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food and water bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.

About: I’ve had dogs around my whole life! I grew up with two black labs and a terrier mix. I now have my own dog, a golden doodle named Oakley. He is 2 and he is my whole world. I will care for all your pets as well as I care for mine because I know they are our world! I currently work a 8-5 job as a speech therapist with kids, but would be a happy to help after work with any requests you may have and weekends! I will care for your pets AND your home as I would hope someone would care for mine. I have used Rovers of my own for my Oakley and am comfortable with any service you are requesting. About: Everyone knows me as the dog-obsessed friend. I've never met a dog I didn't have a connection with. Dogs seem to sense that something is different about me and that I'm the one to go to for extra love and pets. I have particular experience with and compassion for senior dogs. My husband and I rescued an 8 year old black Lhasa Apso in Chicago and got to spend 4 wonderful years making sure her remaining time was filled with love and happiness. That experience opened our hearts and minds to just how special a relationship with an older dog can be, and is what inspired us to open our home to fostering animals. When I'm not fostering or dog sitting, I'm playing with my neph-pups, seeing what the neighborhood dogs are up to, or watching funny dog videos online. I work from home full time as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. I am able to set my own schedule allowing me the flexibility to be available for all your pet's needs. Our home has a spacious fenced-in backyard for lots of running (plus some daring squirrels and rabbits around that seem to want to be chased). We have an adjustable crate for varying sized fur babies that I line with comfy blankets and padding. We keep the crate in our guest room with a noise machine and overhead fan so they feel comfortable and safe. For dogs who are used to sleeping in a bed, we forego the crate and just let a pup snooze right on the guest bed. If it's your home, I follow your instructions to make sure your pet is as comfortable and happy as if you were still there. I'm also a big photo taker! I will provide pup-dates multiple times a day until you tell me to stop.
