About: Hi my name is Blanca! I am a current fourth year veterinary student. I would love to have the opportunity to treat your dog like royalty! I have over 10 years of animals care experience, I am an experienced veterinary technician, and even worked at a doggy day care and boarding facility where I worked with up to 50 dogs at a time in a play group. As a dog mom myself to 3 cute pups, I know how hard it may be to leave your best friend with a total stranger, which is why my promise to you is to treat your fur baby with unconditional love and care at all times! I am a full time 4th year student in clinical rotations that rotate biweekly, therefore my schedule varies greatly on what rotation I am currently on. My goal is to use this platform as a way to spend quality time with your four legged friend, but to also gain extra money to assist me through veterinary school. As an experienced veterinary technician and veterinary student, my number one priority is the safety of your pet. I will ensure that all instructions set by the client are abided.

About: I’ve dog sat for multiple dogs in the past and love getting to bring them to the different places around the area especially the dog park, hiking trails, and stores that allow pets inside! I also would love to treat your pup to pup cups from Starbucks, Scooters, and Dunkin Dounts! I have dog sat for families overnight before and am comfortable with staying at the home. I also have cats of my own and would love to care for your cat as well! I currently work Tuesdays through Fridays with a very flexible schedule in between! My weekends are usually pretty my open and I can work with your pets schedules during my work day as I am able to move my lunch around. I am able to stay overnight with your pets any night of the week, take them on any length of walk, and spend time with them outdoors either in your backyard or at the dog park. I also love to cuddle up with your furry friends and give them the TLC they desire! I also am able to give medications, provide treats, brushing, baths and feeding. I also am comfortable cleaning up after them as well!

About: I have had multiple dogs since I was 6 and taken care of all of them, neighbors' and families' animals actively for the last 4ish years! I would love to add a basic groom for an extra $10 added to any service you have scheduled. I have my own dog that I trained since he was a puppy, and he is now almost two. I also take care of a family's dog on a daily basis. I do not have a fenced-in yard, but I have a huge yard with long leashes. I also love to take our dog to the dog park. If you also have a pass, I would love that. My dog is mild to high energy and loves other dogs!

About: I have been dogsitting, catsitting, and housesitting since I was in high school! I also worked for 3 years at a general practice veterinary clinic, working with animals boarding at the facility to provide them care. I have also worked 2 years in the ICU of the Small Animal Hospital at Iowa State, taking care of patients. I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of flexibility with my schedule when it comes to housesitting, walking your dogs, or any care you might need! I am happy to play with your pets, take them outside, and ensure they have company! I cannot care for pets in my own home (territorial cat, oops!) but more than happy to hang out in your home and ensure your pets are happy and taken care of.

About: I have always loved animals and caring for them. I grew up taking care of mostly dogs, but I have experience with other animals like cats, goats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I love meeting new animals and helping care for them. I am currently a student at Iowa state but am available all day Tuesdays and Thursdays and weekends. I’m available in the afternoon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I cannot provide boarding because of the pets I have at home, but I can visit pets or stay overnight with them at their homes. I’ve stayed in ankeny overnight a few times but prefer to stay in Ames due to my classes being in the morning.

About: My name is Bella , and I am currently a junior at Iowa State University studying Animal Science with focuses on Companion Animal and Equine Behavior. My petsitting experience began in 5th grade, when I was entrusted with the care of neighborhood pets and began to work at the horse barn that I currently still am employed at, with 10 horses and 3 dogs. As I grew, so did my love for animals! My senior year of high school, I had the opportunity to intern at Iowa's largest animal shelter (the ARL) and worked with their behavior team. There, I gained experience handling animals with various histories and comfort levels with humans. This past summer, I raised a litter of 9 potential guide dog puppies from birth to 8 weeks, as well as providing necessary care for the mother and 3 other adult labs on-site. All this experience gives me the perfect background to care for your individual dog's needs, and I can't wait to meet them :) As a college student, my schedule can be pretty flexible during the day and I am able to effectively accomodate your pet's needs during the working week! Most weekends, I am also able to spend lots of time caring for your pet. I live in an apartment that does not allow more than 1 dog, so I cannot care for other dogs in my own space. However, I'm more than willing to travel to you and spend plenty of time with your pet!

About: I have been a dog walker at the ARL for 3 years. I have also taken care of many teachers, friends, and neighbors pets. As well as taken care of my school pets! I have had 2 dogs, 4 cats, 5 guinea pigs, and many other pets! I have youth conservation corps during the week, so I'm able to dog walk in the afternoon. and house sit in the early morning and afternoon as well! Youth corps ends soon and will have much more time! I am a deep lover of animals. I have loved animals all my life, and I decided to pursue this love by doing all kinds of volunteer work. I have worked at the ARL as a volunteer for 3 years. I am going into college for animal ecology, and eventually going into vet school to study proper care for animals. I do whatever I can to make my dogs, cats, and other pets at my house feel as loved as possible as well as safe. I hope to make your pet feel the same way.

About: I have grown up and still have cats and dogs of my own. As well as cared for many other peoples cats and dogs so they could be out of town. I ensure you that I am experienced in the pet sitting field and will make your feline and K- Nine as happy as possible. About: I’m a lifelong pet owner and have experience taking care of both dogs and cats. Over the past six years, I’ve been responsible for feeding, walking, playing with, and providing general care and attention to my own dog. These last few years I’ve also pet sat for my family members and friends, taking care of their dogs and cats. About: I’ve taken care of my family’s, friends', and neighbors' cats and dogs since I was a child. I have a knack for getting even the most nervous of pets to feel comfortable around me and most of my friends consider me as their pet’s "cool aunt". I am comfortable with small and large dogs and cats, and I always strive to keep the minds of the pets I’m watching stimulated and engaged. With me, your pet will never miss out on snuggles and play time. I am also familiar with geriatric and disabled pets and I am comfortable giving oral medication. I am currently a graduate student finishing up my master’s degree in wildlife ecology, so I have a fairly flexible schedule at the moment. This means that I will have time to prioritize your pet’s care. While I cannot care for pets in my own home, I will gladly come to yours. I am comfortable preparing food, feeding, and giving oral medication to your pet. Additionally, I will gladly keep up with any ongoing training you are already doing with your pet while you are gone.
