2. Kerri F.
About: Hi! I’m Kerri :) I’ve had dogs and cats for pets since I was in preschool. I currently have a 5 year old Teddy Bear dog named Teddy and a 1 year old cat named Merle. They are definitely important parts of my family! Having adopted a puppy in the last few years, I feel like my skills dealing with younger dogs is fresh in my mind. They definitely require patience, love, and understanding - as any child would! The joy of seeing a dog learn and grow has been a wonderful experience. I would love the opportunity to help you out with your pets needs - whether that is dog walking, dog sitting, or cat sitting. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know I work from home and have a flexible schedule - which is great because I’m able to care for pets whenever required. I understand routine is important and I’m happy to work with pets and their owners to accommodate their needs. I’m happy to provide pet setting services in your home, but I’m unable to care for your pet from my house due to animal limits. Both of my pets are indoor animals. I understand that pets thrive on routine and may have different needs on acclimating to new people in their space. I’m happy to work with pet parents on whatever their pets needs are.

11. Lauren R.
“I do not have to worry about Martini's care with lauren. I know she will go above and beyond to make sure she is cared for. I do not have to check up or check in to make sure she does her job. I can trust that if she says she will be there, she shows up. She also does more than stop in and take care of her. She spends time playing with her and cuddling with her as well. I cannot recommend enough”

About: Graduate student with flexible schedule. I have a wide range of experience with various animals, from cats and dogs to hamsters, fish, and bearded dragons to horses and chickens, making me a versatile and skilled pet sitter. Here’s an overview: - 14 years taking care of my pets - 8 years experience being a pet sitter and pet walker in my spare time - 2 years experience in a veterinary clinic in NYC, where I gained knowledge in assisting with injections and providing specialized care. - 8 years of volunteer work in animal shelters, pet day cares, and farms in MA/VT/NY Here are some specifics: - Taken care of pets with chronic health conditions like asthma, cancer, paralysis, diabetes, and IVDD - Administered or helped others administer certain medication (e.g. pills, eye drops, inhalers, etc.). - Trained puppies and adult dogs (e.g., use indoor pad, do tricks) - Trained cats (e.g., use a litter box, run on a cat wheel, how to sit, how to come on command) - Gone on walks with dogs and cats, (long or short depending on their needs) - Given dogs haircuts and showers - Given cats grooming sessions and showers - Brushed dogs and cats teeth - Cut dog and cats nails - Cleaned litter box or indoor pads - Taken care of pets who experience incontinence - Done rehabilitation therapy exercises I have worked with pets who are “owner-reactive”, have a lot of anxiety, or are shy. My doggie came from a rough background so it has been a long but rewarding road to get where we are today. If you want to know if I have any experience doing something or if I am willing to help with something specific, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am willing to take care of your pet as much as I as take care of mine. I prioritize their well-being by having a pet first aid kit on hand and providing a stimulating environment with toys and treats. I will even take care of your plants if you are away! I know how hard it is to find someone to do that as well. I set my own schedule so it is flexible. I am free from as early as 6 in the morning until 11 pm most days. The times I cannot do are Mondays/Tuesdays 9-11 am, and Fridays 11:30 am-1:30 pm. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their familiar routine to minimize stress. I adhere to their feeding schedule, take them for walks or play in the backyard, and provide companionship. I also follow any specific care instructions provided by the client, such as administering medications or adhering to house rules. Communication with the client is key, and I keep them updated on their pet’s activities and well-being throughout my visits. My primary goal is to ensure the pets’ comfort, safety, and happiness while maintaining open and transparent communication with the client to provide peace of mind during my care services.

About: I have owned dogs for as long as I can remember, and have helped care for them my whole life. I have trained them all. I have experience with behavior challenged dogs, as well as older dogs with medical issues. I am a pre-veterinary student and I have been a trusted pet and house sitter for friends and family for years. Your fur babies will be safe and cared for, and I take about a million pictures of every pet I come across, so expect to be sent tons! (; I work part time and have plenty of time to take care of pets, ensuring they get quality care and the attention that they deserve! I make sure that I know exactly what the pets will need and where everything to take care of them is. If walking, I always make sure I have the correct equipment for each specific dog. I treat each animal based on their personality and needs, no pet is the same! I ensure that I have a plan in case of an emergency.
