“Allyson was a wonderful caregiver for my Sunny boy. She sent pictures every day and seemed to capture every mood of his. She is a polite young woman who cares about animals and it shows. My Sunny warmed up to her and let her pet him. I would recommend Allyson if you’re looking for someone to take care of your fur babies while you’re away. I have complete confidence in her and would use her again. 😽👍👍”

“Allyson was an absolute lifesaver! She was able to watch our cat on very short notice and accommodated us so quickly and kindly. From the start, she was thoughtful, prompt, and followed all of our directions perfectly. This was our first time leaving our little fur baby, and Allyson immediately put us at ease. She truly is a cat whisperer. Our cat is usually shy and hides from new people, but he came out right away when she arrived for her drop ins! That alone says so much about her calm, welcoming presence. She made our cat feel completely comfortable. Allyson also sent us daily updates with multiple pictures, which we really appreciated. She was a joy to work with, and we will definitely ask her to pet sit again in the future!”

“Brianna is great! This was our first time using Rover and we were a little worried about leaving our cat with someone new. Brianna was great at communication and was so patient with all our follow ups and questions that we had along the way! 10/10 would recommend”

“This was our second time working with Isabelle, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. Caring for five cats with distinct personalities, one being kept apart from the four others, is no small task, but Isabelle handled it with professionalism, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. She visited twice a day for a full week, always punctual and thorough in her updates. When we asked about the possibility of adding an extra visit mid-week, she was completely flexible and accommodating, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a clean and orderly house, happy and well-cared-for cats, and everything just as we left it. She even managed to win over Beaney, our most distrustful cat—something we doubted would be possible. Seeing her almost relaxed in the photos she sent was a highlight of our trip. The keys were returned without the need to ask, and everything was in perfect order. We're so grateful to have found someone as dependable and compassionate as Isabelle. She's become a trusted part of our cats' lives, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring sitter. We would most definitely work with Isabelle, and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs pet sitter for their furry kids.”

“Kevin has been helping us with my aunt's cat who needs daily medication. He is professional, friendly, quick to respond, and most importantly, Cleo is getting her pills. He also sends us a photo of her after each visit which we find funny (she doesn't look too happy after being pilled but she does have a lot of attitude!) and also comforting to know she is being taken care of by someone who knows what he is doing and enjoys it.”
“Josie did a wonderful job with our two cats, Ziggy and Bluma. She was punctual, followed all our instructions, and even gave some additional TLC to both cats. She kept in touch with us and sent us summaries and pictures of each visit in our home. We are absolutely happy with her work.”

“Samantha provided drop-in visits and dog walking for our English Springer Spaniel, Francis. She was timely and professional in her care for our pup while we were away on a 5-day vacation. We are so very grateful for her prompt responsiveness to our booking request, and her excellent service. She will definitely be our "go-to" in the future!”

“Stephanie gave great care to my cat. She was very attentive and loving, even though he is high maintenance! She was always on time and left thorough reports of how her drop-in went! She's awesome!”

“Brooke was so great to work with. She was able to help in super short notice, and went above and beyond to make Moey feel comfortable. Will definitely be reaching out to her in the future.”

“Alexandra was an excellent sitter for us while we were away for the weekend. She had no issues giving one of our dogs all her medications and on the meet and greet I could tell they were in good hands. I definitely recommend her and would be happy to use her again”

About: About Me *** One of my earliest childhood photos is of me holding the paw of our family dog, Sparky (an elder Pitbull). I grew up alongside our next pup, a Black Lab named Grapes 🍇. I cared for Grapes from his energetic puppy days through his elder years. ****** My Philosophy *** I love the unique energy every dog brings to the table. I understand that not every dog wants constant belly rubs or cuddles; some prefer their own space or a quiet companion to sit nearby. To me, respecting autonomy and consent is paramount. I believe in listening to what a dog is telling me and providing the specific kind of care they need. ****** My Experience *** I have hands-on experience caring for dogs from friends and family, including many breeds: -Pitbulls -Boxers -Labradors -Golden Retrievers -Australian Shepherd (deaf) -Rescues (Greyhound/Beagle mix) -Rat Terriers -Beagles -Miniature Poodles -Husky/Pomeranian mix Whether your dog needs a walk to burn off energy or just a calm human to keep them company while you're away, I’m here to help. I’d love to meet you and your pupper! 😊 My general availability is Monday through Friday. During the spring/summer, I'm available during the daylight hours (i.e., roughly 6:00am - 8:00pm). My availability on Saturdays and Sundays varies, but I will update my calendar accordingly! On Walks *** -Safety First: I always keep a firm grip on the leash and remain aware of our surroundings (other dogs, squirrels, or loud traffic) to prevent any sudden lunges or scares. -Environment Check: I’m mindful of the Iowa weather—checking pavement temperatures in the summer to protect paws and keeping walks brisk but safe during our snowy winters. -No "Unmet" Greetings: To ensure safety, I don't allow "on-leash greetings" with unknown dogs unless you’ve explicitly told me your pup is a social butterfly. ****** In Your Home *** -Consistency is Key: Dogs thrive on routine. I will follow your feeding schedules, "off-limits" furniture rules, and any specific training commands you use. -Privacy & Security: I am respectful of your space. I’ll ensure your home is locked tight when I leave, mail is brought in if requested, and the only tracks I leave behind are happy tail wags 😊 -Communication: I'm happy to send "pupdate" photo check-ins at your request! ***** My Promise: *** Whether we are exploring the neighborhood or hanging out in your living room, my goal is to provide a low-stress, high-care environment. I lead with patience and observation, ensuring your dog feels seen, safe, and heard while I'm with them.
“Kerri is an excellent communicator who always keeps us updated with detailed messages and pictures, so we feel at ease while we're away. She goes above and beyond to make sure our cats feel loved and well cared for, and we couldn't ask for a better sitter!”

“Jessica did absolutely amazing with our American Bulldog Draco and cat Otis. Draco is a big anxious girl and Jessica handled her so much care! Our trip took an unexpected turn due to some weather and She was flexible with us and able to stop in an extra day which was a life saver. Thank you again for taking care of our babies and easing my anxiety too while being away from them!”

“Emily is a conscientious and dedicated sitter. She cared for my old cat, making sure he was comfy and his daily medications were given on time. She also sent thorough updates and photos so I was kept in the loop and felt at ease while I was away. From our first meet and greet, Emily was professional and asked all the right questions. It is easy to see that she truly cares about animals and takes her role and responsibilities seriously. Highly recommended.”

Brianna was absolutely wonderful! She took care of my cat, Jax, for 5 days and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She followed all of my instructions perfectly, always showed up right on time, and sent me the sweetest photo updates that put my mind completely at ease. She was also super quick to respond whenever I messaged her, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she genuinely cares about animals and takes her responsibility seriously. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Brianna to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter for their cat or dog — she’s a true gem!
Kevin has been helping us with my aunt's cat who needs daily medication. He is professional, friendly, quick to respond, and most importantly, Cleo is getting her pills. He also sends us a photo of her after each visit which we find funny (she doesn't look too happy after being pilled but she does have a lot of attitude!) and also comforting to know she is being taken care of by someone who knows what he is doing and enjoys it.
Michelle did a fantastic job for us during our trip. Our cats are shy around new people, and she really worked to make them feel comfortable and happy. Michelle went above and beyond to help our pets and check on our house as well. The pet photos she sent us daily meant a great deal to our family. I will definitely ask Michelle to take care of our two cats anytime we need to be away. She is wonderful!!

Teagan came over and met Bella this week, our large 14 month old pup that we just rescued 3 months ago. Bella still gets anxious when we leave. We went to a wedding and Teagan came over to feed Bella. Bella was a little too nervous to eat, so Teagan played fetch with her in the backyard to get her more comfortable, then she proceeded to eat her whole dinner. Teagan communicated with us when she was there which reassured us. She did a great job and we will be hiring her again!

Sydney was amazing! We had never used a Rover to come and care for our dog so we were a bit nervous that she would be skittish around strangers. But Sydney provided great updates and our dog loved her and was well taken care of. Would definitely use Sydney again!

Jeanette was amazing! There are very few people I will leave my baby boy with. She did amazing. She was willing to come and meet him and he is high strung but she was still willing to deal with his size and personality. We will be requesting her if we need again.
