I've had dogs all my life of every size, color and personality. Each one has brought happiness in my life. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant part-time for almost 6 years, so I have plenty of experience with all types of dogs and cats. Additionally I worked at The Equine Reproduction Laboratory at Colorado State University, so I have lots of experiences with horses as well. I'm more than willing to help with any pet that may have special needs; I know how to administer medicine, if needed. I currently have an A.S. in Animal Science, a B.S. in Animal Science, a B.S. in Equine Science, a B.S. in Zoology, and an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences. I am working full-time currently, so early mornings and/or evenings work best with my schedule for weekday visits, and I'm completely flexible on times on weekends and holidays. I also know how to care for other animals you may have as well such as, cats, fish, birds, rodents, livestock, and horses. I'm observant, caring, outgoing and, have a high work ethic. I want to provide the best care possible for your beloved pets.

Safety, trust & environment
I always walk your dogs on leashes to ensure their safety on their walks/potty breaks when they need to go outside if a fenced yard is not available. When fences are available I watch them to ensure their safety. I am also very cautious around doors so there are no escapees.

Amazing pet sitter
Absolutely so comforting to have Alex checking on our sweet cat while we are away. We just don’t worry about a thing. She’s very dependable and Simon loves her too. She’s terrific!
Very attentive and even spent time just sitting with my cat to make her feel better about my absence. I will definitely book her again if she is available!
Alexandra took wonderful care of Mochi! She was always on time, very attentive, and kept us updated with regular messages and adorable pictures. We truly appreciate the care she showed and felt at ease knowing Mochi was in good hands. Highly recommend! :)
Alexandra was able to watch my dog for me on late notice - it was so nice being able to relax while I was out of town knowing my pup was in good hands!
Alex is fabulous! This time crazy weather to deal with and she stayed in communication and just went w the flow!! She’s fabulous and Simon likes her a lot!!

Schedule
I aspire to be a veterinarian one day and am curently applying to veterinary school, but while I wait to find out I'm currently work full-time as an Animal Laboratory Technologist. I am willing to work around my schedule to get your animals the best care as possible.
