Availability
I am currently self employed from home which allows me to create my own schedule. Because of this, I am very flexible with availability to check on your pets! Not only can I be available most of the time, but if there were ever an emergency or need for an additional check-in during the work day, I have the flexibility to step away and check on them. :) My only restriction is I sometimes have in-person work things on Saturdays and Sundays usually for 5-6 hours, but contact me for more info on this/to see if I am available on your day.

A typical day
I think enrichment and stimulation is so important for animals! I will take your pets on walks to all of the different spots and let them stop to sniff. I love to stop and look at any areas with wildflowers we come across and look at unique houses on our walks!

I’ve grown up around animals of all kinds my whole life. I currently own 2 cats and 1 rabbit of my own, and have been petsitting for about 8 years. I have experience administering medication, including but not limited to topical antibiotics for both dogs and cats, insulin shots for cats and dogs, oral pills for both dogs and cats, and feeding gas drops, critical care formula, and performing massages for rabbits experiencing G.I. stasis. I’ve previously volunteered with animal rescues and consider myself an animal activist. Animals that I have petsat for include dogs of all sizes, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, and birds, such as zebra finches and cockatiels. I am good at working in multi-animal households and have petsat up to 7 animals in a household at a time.

She was very quick to respond to my last minute request and was awesome at communicating the whole time she watched my pup! My puppy loved hanging out with her for a few hours.
