About: Hi my name is Blanca! I am a current fourth year veterinary student. I would love to have the opportunity to treat your dog like royalty! I have over 10 years of animals care experience, I am an experienced veterinary technician, and even worked at a doggy day care and boarding facility where I worked with up to 50 dogs at a time in a play group. As a dog mom myself to 3 cute pups, I know how hard it may be to leave your best friend with a total stranger, which is why my promise to you is to treat your fur baby with unconditional love and care at all times! I am a full time 4th year student in clinical rotations that rotate biweekly, therefore my schedule varies greatly on what rotation I am currently on. My goal is to use this platform as a way to spend quality time with your four legged friend, but to also gain extra money to assist me through veterinary school. As an experienced veterinary technician and veterinary student, my number one priority is the safety of your pet. I will ensure that all instructions set by the client are abided.

I double-check doors, gates, and leashes before and after every visit, and I keep a close eye on your pet’s body language to make sure they’re feeling calm and secure. I’m respectful of your home and space, and I clean up after myself (and your pet!) so you return to a tidy, happy environment. About: I’ve dog sat for multiple dogs in the past and love getting to bring them to the different places around the area especially the dog park, hiking trails, and stores that allow pets inside! I also would love to treat your pup to pup cups from Starbucks, Scooters, and Dunkin Dounts! I have dog sat for families overnight before and am comfortable with staying at the home. I also have cats of my own and would love to care for your cat as well! I currently work Tuesdays through Fridays with a very flexible schedule in between! My weekends are usually pretty my open and I can work with your pets schedules during my work day as I am able to move my lunch around. I am able to stay overnight with your pets any night of the week, take them on any length of walk, and spend time with them outdoors either in your backyard or at the dog park. I also love to cuddle up with your furry friends and give them the TLC they desire! I also am able to give medications, provide treats, brushing, baths and feeding. I also am comfortable cleaning up after them as well!

About: I have over 2000 hours caring for shelter cats. I am the guardian of five cats. I'm comfortable around shy cats, kittens, old cats, all cats! I can administer simple medication if needed. I'm extremely patient and will take the time to let your cat get comfortable with me, or back away if your cat is stressed. I would love to play with your cat! I love cuddles! I love chillin' from a distance if that's what your cat needs. I'm a responsible adult and will follow the directions you leave for me. Your trip away from home will be worry-free in my care. I can also provide excellent care for small animals. Growing up I had a summer job caring for rabbits and a rabbit of my own who lived to be 12 years old! I also had a pet guinea pig named Oreo. I have flexible job hours and can work around your schedule. I have a car and am not afraid to drive in inclement weather conditions. With my own cats, I feed them twice per day and give them hours of cuddle time. My experience at animal shelters has given me a lot of experience approaching cats with different personality types.

About: I have been dogsitting, catsitting, and housesitting since I was in high school! I also worked for 3 years at a general practice veterinary clinic, working with animals boarding at the facility to provide them care. I have also worked 2 years in the ICU of the Small Animal Hospital at Iowa State, taking care of patients. I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of flexibility with my schedule when it comes to housesitting, walking your dogs, or any care you might need! I am happy to play with your pets, take them outside, and ensure they have company! I cannot care for pets in my own home (territorial cat, oops!) but more than happy to hang out in your home and ensure your pets are happy and taken care of.

About: My name is Bella , and I am currently a junior at Iowa State University studying Animal Science with focuses on Companion Animal and Equine Behavior. My petsitting experience began in 5th grade, when I was entrusted with the care of neighborhood pets and began to work at the horse barn that I currently still am employed at, with 10 horses and 3 dogs. As I grew, so did my love for animals! My senior year of high school, I had the opportunity to intern at Iowa's largest animal shelter (the ARL) and worked with their behavior team. There, I gained experience handling animals with various histories and comfort levels with humans. This past summer, I raised a litter of 9 potential guide dog puppies from birth to 8 weeks, as well as providing necessary care for the mother and 3 other adult labs on-site. All this experience gives me the perfect background to care for your individual dog's needs, and I can't wait to meet them :) As a college student, my schedule can be pretty flexible during the day and I am able to effectively accomodate your pet's needs during the working week! Most weekends, I am also able to spend lots of time caring for your pet. I live in an apartment that does not allow more than 1 dog, so I cannot care for other dogs in my own space. However, I'm more than willing to travel to you and spend plenty of time with your pet!

About: I have grown up and still have cats and dogs of my own. As well as cared for many other peoples cats and dogs so they could be out of town. I ensure you that I am experienced in the pet sitting field and will make your feline and K- Nine as happy as possible. I am currently a student at Iowa State university so my schedule is very flexible. I will be able to take care of all your pets and homes as much as need or as much as you would like me to! I am willing to commute to homes to care for pets and any thing else in your homes that need a little TLC! I am unable to board pets at my own home but am more than willing to come to yours!

About: I have been a dog walker at the ARL for 3 years. I have also taken care of many teachers, friends, and neighbors pets. As well as taken care of my school pets! I have had 2 dogs, 4 cats, 5 guinea pigs, and many other pets! I have youth conservation corps during the week, so I'm able to dog walk in the afternoon. and house sit in the early morning and afternoon as well! Youth corps ends soon and will have much more time! I am a deep lover of animals. I have loved animals all my life, and I decided to pursue this love by doing all kinds of volunteer work. I have worked at the ARL as a volunteer for 3 years. I am going into college for animal ecology, and eventually going into vet school to study proper care for animals. I do whatever I can to make my dogs, cats, and other pets at my house feel as loved as possible as well as safe. I hope to make your pet feel the same way.

About: I grew up in an animal loving household. My mom is a vet so that helps lol. I have had a pug, Yorkie and a St. Bernard. I currently have a French bulldog and two Frenchie mixes. I also have owned a Ferret and I currently have a snake. I have pet sat in my neighborhood for a while now. I have also pet sat for my mom's coworkers too. I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, llama's, alpacas, horses, goats and poultry. I'm here for all your animal needs! I showed dogs in 4-H for 8 years. Showmanship, obedience, and agility. I will be in school staring end of August so I will have to see what that will look like for me. This summer I will have another job so I will have to make this work around that. I will be in an apartment starting August and my roommate would not be too thrilled if I had animals over to care for. About: I’m a lifelong pet owner and have experience taking care of both dogs and cats. Over the past six years, I’ve been responsible for feeding, walking, playing with, and providing general care and attention to my own dog. These last few years I’ve also pet sat for my family members and friends, taking care of their dogs and cats. About: I've helped to take care of dogs and sometimes pretty regularly since I was 12. I have experience working with a variety of dog and cat breeds as well as a wide range of behaviors from feral/stray to very people-loving. I have been relied on to walk, feed, and take care of other basic needs of animals. I am willing to bathe your cat or dog if needed given you provide the supplies. I am currently only working about 8-10 hours a week so I am pretty much available anytime. I mainly work on the weekends so my availability will be slightly lower then. I will only be available during the summer as I go to a university that is not close to Cedar Rapids. In your home, I will ensure that your dog(s) is fed correctly, water is changed as needed, and walk your dog(s) at least once a day as well as participate in play. For cats, I will feed them correct amounts, change water as needed, clean the litter box(es) as needed, and provide entertainment.

About: Hi hi I am a new pup mama and let me just say little Buster is my child now. The thought of letting someone else take care of him is scary because I want someone who will give him all the love. This is what I will do for you! When I come to take care of your pup, I will not just take care of them but I will make sure they feel so loved. About: I have been around animals all my life. I love playing with them and taking them for a walk. Its been a pleasure to be with animals. I am retired so I can be available at anytime to take care of dogs. I will care for them like they are my own. I will be able to walk them or just play with them in the yard. I like taking dogs for a walk because it gives them exercise and me too.
