Attentive Care by Behavior Student
My name is Bella , and I am currently a junior at Iowa State University studying Animal Science with focuses on Companion Animal and Equine Behavior. My petsitting experience began in 5th grade, when I was entrusted with the care of neighborhood pets and began to work at the horse barn that I currently still am employed at, with 10 horses and 3 dogs. As I grew, so did my love for animals! My senior year of high school, I had the opportunity to intern at Iowa's largest animal shelter (the ARL) and worked with their behavior team. There, I gained experience handling animals with various histories and comfort levels with humans. This past summer, I raised a litter of 9 potential guide dog puppies from birth to 8 weeks, as well as providing necessary care for the mother and 3 other adult labs on-site. All this experience gives me the perfect background to care for your individual dog's needs, and I can't wait to meet them :)

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment that does not allow more than 1 dog, so I cannot care for other dogs in my own space. However, I'm more than willing to travel to you and spend plenty of time with your pet!

Milo had a fantastic time! We loved all the photos and updates, and it was clear he was getting lots of attention and care. It was clear he was happy, relaxed, and well loved. We’ll definitely be booking again!
Bella was a great sense of relief for me, helping in house sitting my dog while I was out of town. She was very communicative daily and I trust that she walked my dog and took the time to spend time with her rather than being away from home a lot. I would book her again! Very sweet gal.
Bella was so wonderful and kind to work with, and did a wonderful job looking after my two cats! Can't recommend her services enough!

Schedule
As a college student, my schedule can be pretty flexible during the day and I am able to effectively accomodate your pet's needs during the working week! Most weekends, I am also able to spend lots of time caring for your pet.
