About: I have taken care of my own cats and dogs since I was 10. I have a young dog and cat at home. I am very reliable and love being around animals. I currently work full time from my home and have availability to drop in throughout the day for walks and to look after your animals. I love going for walks and playing with animals. I try to make all animals feel special and safe while having fun with them. I look forward to meeting your special friend.

About: Hey there! As the daughter of a veterinarian, growing up around animals was a given so I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and health statuses (if your pet needs any specific care). I also have two cats of my own! I look forward to meeting your pets! I currently work a full time day job, so my availability at the moment is mostly evening/weekend, but certain circumstances may allow for additional availability depending. I’ll be sure to help your pets just as safe with me as they feel with you and try to maintain their normal routine to the best of my ability.

About: From keeping care of my family pets in the absence of my parents at a young age to spending late nights as a sitter for neighbors’ dogs, I have taken careful care of dogs in all shapes and sizes since I was twelve. I love snuggling and bonding with dogs, and I adore being there for them when their furball parents are unable to be with them. I’m a part-time worker at a hotel on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I work the evening shifts from 3-11pm. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I’m available to spend time with your pups all day! I love walking, and I would love to take your dog on my daily five mile walk with me as a fluffy partner in crime. I strive to create a friendly and loving environment for the doggies I watch. By providing them with quality time such as walking, playing with toys, or simply lying on the couch together, I will give your pup a space of peace and care while you’re away.

About: I have loved all animals for as long as I can remember. I take pet care very seriously, and want to do my best to provide great service to pets and owners alike! I work part time as a direct support professional, and I am currently only working evening shifts on Mondays and Thursdays. I would be available all day (about 7am - 11pm) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. As of right now, I will only be able to take care of pets in clients homes and take dogs for walks, but I have experience with many different dogs and cats and knowing boundaries/behavior signs.

About: I have owned a dog since I was 7, along with helped local families by watching their dogs while on vacation. Along with during college, helping a breeder with her pups and personal dogs ranging from 1 day old to 12 years old. I am currently working an internship 3 days a week. I am completely free on my days off with just trips to the gym and local coffee shops. I am willing to spends time playing with dogs and going for walks on my days off due to having an open schedule. I am comfortable coming to other houses to make sure their dogs stay less stressed and feel for comfortable in their surroundings. I take them for walks in the neighborhood on leashes.

About: I’ve been taking care of my dogs since high school and have taken care of family friends pets as well over the years. I love animals and I love taking care of them. I am currently on summer break from school, and trying to keep myself busy this summer with a job before I have to go back. I will make sure the pets safety is number one priority as well as my safety taking care of every new pet. I will make sure to care for them as requested.

About: I grew up in the country. We always had at least 2 dogs and 2 cats at our home. I can keep your pets safe and happy. I currently don't have any pets of my own. I plan to get another dog here around July, so until then, I have plenty of time to look after yours. I typically will let dogs out to use the restroom or just play every 2 hours. I like to use positive reinforcement, treats, and affection while looking after animals. I realy enjoy spending time with dogs.

About: I have been caring for animals for several years both personal and professional. I understand the importance of socialization, exercise/ play, and many other needs. I work three days a week and can be flexible as my schedule allows. With my availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays I am able to take time for both myself and to assist with care of your furry family members. I am able to take your pet on walks around town or if close enough on trails as time allows. Or if there is a yard available we can play at their home and stay close.

About: I’ve watched many dogs and two cats over the past 4 years usually over family friend vacations. I’ve worked with reactive dogs as well as two young puppies. I spoil my dogs and would be happy to treat your pets with just as much love! I am a part time college student so I have a TON of time to pet sit! As I prepare for dental school in the fall, I will also be free for summer work. I love staying with dogs in either an environment they are used to or my own depending on what the pet parent prefers! There is a fenced in dog park behind my apartment that is never occupied where I run around with dogs. If it is occupied, I would walk around the park nearby with lots to smell on the trail. I also love giving dog baths, so that could totally be included!

Not only have I cared for our family dogs (labs & golden retrievers), but I have also dog-sat and walked dogs for other family members and friends since I was 10 years old. During visits, I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, whether that’s going on walks, playing with their favorite toys, or just keeping them company so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I have experience working with dogs and cats of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m comfortable handling both high-energy dogs that need lots of activity as well as more relaxed or older dogs who prefer a slower pace. My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to accommodate your needs. I’m available for the majority of weekdays and most weekends! I have owned many animals in my life including dogs, cats, and even horses! I am not a professional trainer however I do have experience training all of my own animals basic commands and structure while also giving them plenty of love! About: I have grown up and still have cats and dogs of my own. As well as cared for many other peoples cats and dogs so they could be out of town. I ensure you that I am experienced in the pet sitting field and will make your feline and K- Nine as happy as possible. I am currently a student at Iowa State university so my schedule is very flexible. I will be able to take care of all your pets and homes as much as need or as much as you would like me to! I am willing to commute to homes to care for pets and any thing else in your homes that need a little TLC! I am unable to board pets at my own home but am more than willing to come to yours!

About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from a local rescue. I recently earned a degree in animal science and have plans to attend veterinary school. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! I take my dog for two walks a day, a shorter 10-15 minute walk in the morning, and longer 30-45 minute walk after work in the afternoon. On days I am not working, I go on multiple short walks a day. There are paths I walk for both off-leash and on-leash walking. Typical available days are T-F. Weekends vary. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied. I take pride in keeping a pet environment clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.

About: I’ve always loved farm style animals and a country girl that lives in the City. 😁 I’ve rode horses growing up and during fair time bottle calves for the sons to show at fair. We have a borgie that will be 2 February 13th. Borgie is a 1/4 border collie and 3/4 corgi. His name is Rip. We do live in McCallsburg but am in Nevada everyday. I have a part time job which makes my days Monday and Thursdays free. All three kiddos are in school all day this year. Let me know what you need and I'll see what we can get worked out! I unfortunately don’t have a fenced in yard . Will for sure take dog on walks. We do have a fenced in deck but it’s not much. We do have three young kiddos that will help your dog burn off energy.

About: I am a veterinary student at ISU with experience pet sitting, caring for shelter animals, and clinical care. I am comfortable caring for pets with special diets and administration of oral medicine. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, and I have flexibility in caring for pets of varying activity levels. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I have school during the days, but im available during the lunch hours from 11-1 for walks. Im free after 5pm Monday-Friday and i have full availability on the weekends. Your pets comfortable is my number 1 concern so I have no problem coming to you or taking your pet to their favorite park. I'm comfortable walking larger dogs that pull the leash and explore and older dogs with limited mobility. My dog has vestibular issue, so I'm comfortable lifting pets to help them up and down stairs or getting into cars. I'm also comfortable giving oral medication, clipping/shaving nail, and shampooing.

About: In addition to having dogs and cats as my childhood pets, I also worked with the Puppy Jake Foundation training service dogs for wounded veterans for two years, and spent a summer interning at Kawa Farms K-9 Training. I have always adored all pets, but dogs and cats have a special place in my heart! I’m spending the summer in Ames and have a flexible schedule, so I’m available for last-minute bookings, frequent walks, overnight care, and lots of attention/playtime. I’m working part-time remotely over the summer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets. I typically work about 4–5 hours on weekdays, leaving me with lots of availability for drop-in visits, walks, boarding, daycare, and overnight sitting. Because I spend most of my time at home, I’m able to give pets lots of attention, supervision, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I also have flexibility for early morning, evening, and weekend care, and I’m happy to accommodate pets’ normal routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and cared for. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for based on their individual routine and needs. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, medication instructions, and any specific preferences owners share with me. In my home, pets would have plenty of attention, supervision, and space to relax indoors. I do have an unfenced yard, so all outdoor time would be supervised and pets would always be kept safely on a leash when outside. In clients’ homes, I do my best to maintain pets’ normal routines to help them feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’m happy to provide walks, playtime, cuddles, updates/photos, and lots of companionship throughout the visit. I also make sure the home stays clean and secure while I’m there.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been taking care of family, friends, and neighbors dogs since I was 12. I love big dogs and small. I’m very active and love walking and running around with my pets. I’m a college student home for the summer taking remote summer classes so my schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available a majority of the week. I am surrounded by a large open grass yard and plenty of space in my home for inside or outdoor play. I also have a dog bed that I wash between every visit.

About: I have taken care of my two dogs for most of my life. Not only that but I have been taking care of neighbors and family friends animals since I was 14 years old. I love spending time with animals even if they're not my own. I don't have professional experience but its not my first time doing this sort of job I've found that creating a pet care schedule is essential for keeping your furry friend happy and healthy so currently I am not working any jobs now, so I have plenty of time to spend with anyone animal. Creating a safe and trustworthy environment for animals is of utmost importance so unfortunately, I do not have a fenced-in yard at the time but I have a great walking route for my dogs, and we love to spend lots of time outside.
