About: I have nine years of pet care experience. I raised and showed Rex rabbits for 4 years. Personally I have trained and care for my own dogs. After High School I work in an Animal Hospital. My duties there included receiving the animals for appointments, prepping and assisting in surgeries, keeping accurate records, cleaning and sanitation of the facilities. About: I have had pets in my life since the day I was born. About: I’ve taken care of fur babies of all kinds since before I could walk. I grew up with a dog and cat always in tow. I lived in the country, so learned fast that the world can be hard for an animal, thus beginning my rehab ‘career’. As I got older, I pet sat for neighbors and family friends. In my mid 20s I trained as a vet tech, prepping animals for surgery, giving vaccinations, nail trims, etc. Until the ISU Wildlife Clinic closed, I volunteered there, learning more care for wild native animals. Pets make me feel less anxious and I love them in my lap I am available any after before 8 am and after 4 pm for a walk or feed the pets. All day during the weekends to watch them. About: I am a homeschool mom. I have had several dogs over the last 26 years from blue heelers, labradors, a lab/dane mix and most recently an Australian Shepherd. I've house-broken and crate trained all my puppies and we also adopted an adult rescue dog and acclimated him to family life. I've taken different obedience courses over the years and most recently am working on Rally Obedience with my aussie. About: I have been dog sitting for my friends and family for years. I work from home 2 days a week and have a large fenced in backyard. I have a 3 bedroom house located a few block from a bike/walking trail. I would like a dog of my own but my schedule doesn’t allow for that so cuddling and spending time with your dog would be perfect. Your dog will have access to my furniture while I am home. I can maintain a set schedule and provide your dog with love and care while you are away. Your pet would be in a kennel very minimal and have lots of attention. Would just be in a kennel if I need to run errands. I have a large fenced in backyard that your pet will love to run free in. The fence was replaced summer of 2021 after the derecho. I work a hybrid schedule 3 days in an office 2 days at home. My boyfriend is home every Friday, he does not work Fridays. I have a large privacy fenced in yard for your dog to play in. I can kennel or crate your dog at your preference. I have a lock on the inside of my front door incase a dog jumps and opens the door.
About: I have been pet sitting since I was about 12 years old! I have pet sitted dogs, and cats! Each pet deserves as much attention and comfortablity when their owners/parents are away. I am very organized, dilegent, and cautious when it comes to pet sitting. I strive to give a great experience for both the pet and the parent so do not hesitate to reach out! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out and I will respond as soon as possible! :) I am currently in college, studying for my associates in Liberal Arts: Math and Science! I primarily take online classes, and will update my schedule if I am unavailble due to an in person class! This summer 2026, I will be unavaible due to class Mondays and Wednesday from 10:10-12:10pm. I am unable to have any pets stay with me due to my three cats. Unless they are reptillian, then they are welcome to stay in my home in a seperate and secure bedroom away from my cats! For taking care of pets in your home, you should expect them to be fed at their normal times, played with, and being taken care of using the expectations of the owner!
About: I’ve had dogs around my whole life! I grew up with two black labs and a terrier mix. I now have my own dog, a golden doodle named Oakley. He is 2 and he is my whole world. I will care for all your pets as well as I care for mine because I know they are our world! I currently work a 8-5 job as a speech therapist with kids, but would be a happy to help after work with any requests you may have and weekends! I will care for your pets AND your home as I would hope someone would care for mine. I have used Rovers of my own for my Oakley and am comfortable with any service you are requesting. I will make sure all of your dogs needs are met.
About: Spending time and interacting with animals has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I helped my grandma run her dog sitting service, taking the dogs for walks and cleaning up the kennels. I also enjoy being outside and taking my own dog for long walks and fun trips to the dog park. My dog is a family member and I intend on treating yours the same way. Your dog will have a great time exploring the city and playing with others at the dog park. I hope to someday have my own place where I can board dogs just like grandma did!!! I spend 90% of my time with dogs and we enjoy playing with other pups at the dog parks, we are traveling nomads and look forward to meeting you My dogs live in my van with me Both are crate trained. I feed my dogs twice a day. They enjoy laying around the house being lazy. Going to the dog park to play with others is always fun too!!! We also enjoy walking
About: I grew up with animals and as an adult i have had cats and dogs my whole life. I have also enjoyed caring for friends and family pets when needed. I have volunteered at the ARL and received some training. I have an open schedule with lots of flexibility that allows for plenty of time to take care of or hang out with my furrbabies. I prefer to keep dogs leashed when a fence is not available. My cat stays indoors. I treat my pets as my children. For outdoor cats, it depends on the owner. I have seen GPS used to keep track of their location outside.
About: Prices are negotiable. I understand when having multiple dogs it racks up to a lot. I am willing to work with you on prices. I’ve had a dog since I was 8 years old. My love for dogs is never ending. I have been taking care of other peoples dogs since I was 19. I’m available to stay with your dog. I am not available to bring your dog to my house. I believe dogs do best in their own environment with all their toys and their own area. I currently work full time for a daycare in Polk City. I work 10hr days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On the weekends I like to take my sister’s dog for a walk unless I am watching someone else dog I will take that dog on a walk if able to. Majority of the dogs I watch stay at home because they know that area better. Anxiety is very common in dogs that get boarded or are away from home.
