About: I have always loved animals and caring for them. I grew up taking care of mostly dogs, but I have experience with other animals like cats, goats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I love meeting new animals and helping care for them. I am finishing my degree at Iowa state and will graduate in August. About: I am a veterinary student at ISU with experience pet sitting, caring for shelter animals, and clinical care. I am comfortable caring for pets with special diets and administration of oral medicine. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, and I have flexibility in caring for pets of varying activity levels. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I have school on weekdays, but I'm available for walks during the lunch hours from 11am - 1pm. I'm also available after 5pm Monday - Friday and have full availability on weekends. Your pet's comfort is my number one concern so I have no problem coming to you or taking your pet to their favorite park. I'm comfortable walking larger dogs that pull the leash and explore or older dogs with limited mobility. My dog has a vestibular issue, so I'm experienced lifting pets to help them up and down stairs and getting into cars. I'm also experienced giving oral medication, clipping/shaving nails, and bathing.

About: I've cared for my own and others' sport and show dogs, as well as family pets. I've raised puppies and cared for seniors. I've managed dogs in packs or individually. I've also been grooming part time for 5 years. I have a full time job working Monday through Friday. I have large crates for dogs during work hours and a big fenced yard for playtime. I have a fenced yard and two whippets. I generally feed twice a day and crate when I'm not home during the work week. My dogs play in the yard and I take them for walks to keep them active. We occasionally travel for lure coursing and dog shows.
