About: I helped take care of my family’s two senior cats. I assisted in giving them medications, cleaning their ears, and grooming their matted fur. I have cat and dog sat for friends and family (both young and old animals). I ensure they have plenty of food and water, clean litter boxes, go on walks, and spend time with them playing/cuddling. I am back from college for the summer and have plenty of free time on my hands! I am free to dog or cat sit until the end of August. I plan to be attentive to your animals and enthusiastic to spend time with them. I have no specific requirements but would love to chat more after booking the appointment.

About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from local rescues. I recently earned a bachelors degree in animal science and currently attend veterinary school at ISU. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! Pet care is built into my schedule and comes as second nature to me now after being immersed in it for so long. On average, a minimum of 3-5 hours of my day are dedicated to my animals. I enjoy taking my dog on multiple walks a day, of varying lengths, to ensure he has enough mental stimulation and exercise to meet his needs. Training is also a constant in my household, whether that be scheduled training sessions, or simply consistent work throughout daily tasks. I find it important to build a bond with my animals as well as those I meet, and training helps strengthen that bond. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) and training exercises are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied and stimulated. I take pride in keeping my environment and my animals’ clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food and water bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.

About: I’ve taken care of family dogs since I was a kid and have 2 dogs of my own that I treat like my own children. I am a working professional in athletic development of athletes and love to take care of pets in need in the time that I am not coaching my athletes. My wife and I treat our dogs like children. We have a great fenced in back yard for them and take them on 2-3 45 minute walks per day :)

About: From keeping care of my family pets in the absence of my parents at a young age to spending late nights as a sitter for neighbors’ dogs, I have taken careful care of dogs in all shapes and sizes since I was twelve. I love snuggling and bonding with dogs, and I adore being there for them when their furball parents are unable to be with them. I’m a part-time worker at a hotel on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I work the evening shifts from 3-11pm. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I’m available to spend time with your pups all day! About: My pets are indoors AND outside because I have safe, pet friendly, separated or joined, sheltered, natural areas where we can all unwind on my seven acres. I'm a retiree who devotes all my time to my grandkids, animals and hobbies. Your pets' needs are provided for at all times whether they are here for a day, week or month as they are included in our family activities. Pets are kept separated or allowed to play together depending on their needs. I provide crates, mats, kennels and even my bed for peaceful sleeping.

About: Animals hold a special place in my soul that I can't describe. Each pet brings me joy to take care of. I've had a few pets over the years; right now a 7 year old Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu named Snoopy. I've also worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for the past two years. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been taking care of family, friends, and neighbors dogs since I was 12. I love big dogs and small. I’m very active and love walking and running around with my pets. I’m a college student home for the summer taking remote summer classes so my schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available a majority of the week. I am surrounded by a large open grass yard and plenty of space in my home for inside or outdoor play. I also have a dog bed that I wash between every visit.

About: I have spent years taken care of animals in both a professional setting and with my own pups at home. I have worked as a kennel assistant and as a veterinary assistant for many years, providing care for animals of all ages and sizes during their times of need. Back home in New York I have two dogs, 10 and 3, who I love spending time with and miss dearly when I am away. My professional animal experience has allowed me to read animals cues, and get to know each pets unique personality. So weather your per loves playing and long walks, or hanging out on the couch, I will make sure they feel safe and comfortable with me. My weekends are open aside from studying, and during these weekends I love spending time outside. Your pets comfort is my top priority, and I think maintaining a routine is the best thing for pets when their owners are away. When caring for pets in your home, I will work my schedule around their exercise needs, feeding schedule, medication schedules, etc. When caring for your pets, I will take as much time as needed to learns your pets personality, so I can best integrate myself into their routine in the times you are away. As a future veterinarian, I will also consistently be looking for signs of illness, and focus on creating a low stress environment for your pet. I am also always looking for cute photos, so you will receive updates and pictures from me so you can enjoy your time away from home knowing your pet is safe, happy, and receiving lots of love from me.

I grew up around working dogs, helping my grandfather and stepdad, who were coon dog haulers. As an adult, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, including nervous and reactive dogs. About: I am a veterinary student at ISU with experience pet sitting, caring for shelter animals, and clinical care. I am comfortable caring for pets with special diets and administration of oral medicine. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, and I have flexibility in caring for pets of varying activity levels. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I have school on weekdays, but I'm available for walks during the lunch hours from 11am - 1pm. I'm also available after 5pm Monday - Friday and have full availability on weekends. Your pet's comfort is my number one concern so I have no problem coming to you or taking your pet to their favorite park. I'm comfortable walking larger dogs that pull the leash and explore or older dogs with limited mobility. My dog has a vestibular issue, so I'm experienced lifting pets to help them up and down stairs and getting into cars. I'm also experienced giving oral medication, clipping/shaving nails, and bathing.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I am accustomed to the good, bad, and everything in between when it comes to owning a pet. Some of my dogs in the past have had medical issues of varying sorts, so I am no stranger to strict/detailed feeding. I am also used to walking dogs daily regardless of rain, snow, or sunshine. I'm currently a graduate student so my schedule is a bit random. I am most available in the early mornings or evenings. I'm always in need of a study break though and would be as flexible as possible. My living situation doesn't allow for me to keep your pet with me. However, I'm happy to stop by and either check on your pet or give them a walk!
