About: I graduated from the University of Minnesota and currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to take on dog-sitting opportunities. I’ve spent my entire life around dogs of all breeds and sizes, and many people in my life would call me the biggest dog lover they know. My family has always had dogs, and they currently have three: Zoey, a 2-year-old Rat Terrier, Rocky, a 4-year-old Lab, and Bella, a 9-year-old Rat Terrier. As a dog sitter, I take pride in creating a safe, fun, and caring environment for every dog I look after. I want them to feel comfortable, happy, and loved while their owners are away! I have a flexible schedule and am available for pet care. I enjoy spending time with dogs of all breeds and focus on providing attentive, reliable care so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m familiar with bathroom routines, feeding schedules, and making sure pets get the right balance of play and rest. I understand how important consistency is and can be trusted to administer medications on time when needed. I also have experience with special needs pets, including caring for a blind dog in my own family for many years. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on creating a safe, comfortable environment where every pet feels secure and well cared for.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, of all shapes and sizes. I love all animals. I’ve grown up with working dogs, big dogs, feral cats, farm animals, and everything in between. I am always willing to go for midday lunch walks (in the Ankeny/Polk City area) or weekend check ins in the metro, while you are out and about being social. My husband works blue collar, so sometimes I have a lot of time to myself while he’s working, I’d love to fill in with walks at night or weekends in the Highland Park/Saylor/Beaverdale areas. Some nights he may even join if he’s home. I am always very cautious when going in for my furry friends for walks, making sure they are safe. I’m full of love and attention and energy to burn so I’d love a buddy. I’ve worked with highly trained dogs, and will honor any and all training your dogs follows.
“It’s clear Meghan enjoys dogs - she loves on Winnie as much as I would! I know she’s getting plenty of love and attention when she’s spending time with Meghan.”

About: Caring for people and pets comes naturally to me. I worked in nursing for several years before leaving to care for my father full time.between that and being a mom giving love and care comes easy. I have 3 dogs of my own, all of which are friendly and love a bit of play time. I am a big believer in fresh air and exercise. Let's get those steps in for your 4 legged family member. I don't work a regular job, I care for my elderly father and do some side work here and there. So I am available for walking or drop in visits at a moments notice. I have a fenced in yard and food and treats at the ready. Many leashes and brushes and more. I have 3 dogs of my own that love to play with each other and yours too. I can also keep my dogs away if yours isn't socialized to others.
About: I love to be active and will take your dog for a run or walk. I have always loved having dogs around. I currently have a dachshund and min pin mix that is two years old. She is a little ball of fire. She is crate trained. I know it is sometimes hard to get away from work for an hour to let your dog out, let me help you keep your fur baby happy. I am available to take dogs out during the week in the morning and weekend. I love being around dogs and truly think a (wo)mans best friend is their dog. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to meeting you and your pup(s).
“Jessica was great! She took time out of her night to come visit Koda the night before she walked him and see how they did with each other! She was also a great walker and was willing to just hang out with him outside of his kennel and play with his toys! We will definitely be going back to Jessica again!”

About: Animals should be treated like the family they are. I have a full acre with multiple secure fences for your animals to play around in. Any animal that loves being pet will get a lot of attention! They deserve to be treated with love and respect because they are apart of your family and are very important. I am a stay at home mom and that gives me a lot of flexibility with timing and scheduling. I am a stay at home mom so I have time to play with your dog and relax with them. They will be outside for a good part of the day with me as long as they want to be. There is plenty of shade as well as water available. There are two fences in place so your dog is really secure. There will always be water available as well as shade. If the weather is bad, or they prefer to be inside most of the day, the downstairs has enough room to run around a bit and is comfortable with a bed and water for them.

I provide attentive, reliable care tailored to your dog’s unique needs—whether that means long walks, playtime to burn energy, or a calm, comforting environment. My fostering experience has taught me how to read different behaviors, adapt quickly, and help dogs feel safe and at home. You can expect regular updates, clear communication, and peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family and strive to make their time with me fun, stress-free, and full of love. I’d love to meet you and your pup! I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give your dog plenty of time, attention, and care throughout the day. My flexible schedule also means I can easily adapt to what works best for your pet, helping them feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home. I’m great at adapting to each dog’s unique personality and energy level. If your pup is high-energy, I’m always happy to go on long walks, runs, or have active play sessions to keep them happy and engaged. If they’re more of a couch potato, I’m just as content slowing things down—whether that means relaxing together, giving plenty of pets, or simply keeping them company. My time as a foster dog mom has given me experience with all kinds of temperaments, from shy and nervous to energetic and playful. I’ve learned to be patient, attentive, and responsive to each dog’s needs, always taking the time to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. My goal is to meet every dog where they’re at so they feel understood, supported, and truly cared for.

I rebooked Carly and once again she was fantastic! She kept me up to date at all times. She asked me every day after her walk with my boy what I wanted done with him just incase something had changed. She was very easy to work with when scheduling and always willing to help out more if needed!

Madi has been such a blessing!! I’m new to the area and didn’t have anyone I trusted with Mila as she can be reactive, but after reading Madi’s bio and seeing her interact with Mila during the meet and greet, I knew it would be a great fit! Very responsive, super friendly, and Mila absolutely loves her 😊
