About: I had my own dog for 15 years and spend lots of time training him, walking him, and learning to care for him on a daily basis. We got him when he was very young and he loved to an old age for a lab, so I have experience with both young and old dogs. I don’t currently have any pets as I am a college student, but I have experience caring for pets in the past. I can follow instructions easily and am very responsible when it comes to caring for animals. I make sure to keep the environment calm and peaceful as I know some animals can get scared when around unfamiliar people or in an unfamiliar place. I love to pet animals and show them affection, but also give them their own space when it is needed. I love to play with more energetic animals and take them for walks/runs, but for more sedentary animals I make it a priority to let them chill and keep an eye on them in case any needs arise.

About: I’ve been fostering adult dogs for the ARL for the last few years and have had so much fun getting to learn about a variety of breeds, personalities and behaviors. I’ve also had many pets throughout my life, including my current fur babies Raven (dog) and Lilo (cat). I’m currently working as a freelancer and am available throughout the day. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, of all shapes and sizes. I love all animals. I’ve grown up with working dogs, big dogs, feral cats, farm animals, horses, and everything in between. I am always willing to go for midday lunch walks (in the Ankeny/Polk City area) or weekend check ins in the metro, while you are out and about being social. My husband works blue collar, so sometimes I have a lot of time to myself while he’s working, I’d love to fill in with walks at night or weekends in the Highland Park/Saylor TWP/Beaverdale areas, but willing to venture out into the metro. About: Not only have I had my own animals most of my life but for 3 or 4 years I was also a foster home for the breed Weimaraner. Animals are like my kids and so will be your animals. Would prefer to discuss with each animal owner what is needed as I work full time but I am flexible so would like to be contacted. I am very protective and treat all animals as my own whether they are in my house or there own. If I’m my home or there own I would follow there owners instructions on what is required.

About: I had dog when I was only 5 years old and always been taking care of dogs since I was growing up and now have my own baby, Porky and everyone always relies on me to watch their dogs and caring fir them while they are gone. I really love animals and dogs big time. I always let them outside whenever they feel like it and play roam around in backyard with fence :) I would go on dog walking and they give me excuses to work out too lol. They are my world. I would treat ur dogs as if they were my own. I am working a full time student at college but very flexible with hours. I can do after work for dog walking and even babysitting them too. My husband, he will definitely help me out if I need to when I m at school etc. Can always talk about needs and when etc. I do have a big backyard with fenced around. I have two dogs they will love to play with others. I would like to introduce them to your first before start let them play. I can always separate them if need to so they can take turns. I can give them bath, feed, take them out for walk, and even stay overnight if need. I would let you bring ur own dog foods for ur pets so that way it Is separate. I will always give them treats if being good. All you have to do is let me know what not to do or to do for them so I can be prepared.
