About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life! I’ve been working with animals professionally for 6 years, and in my time have done grooming, boarding, daycare, training, rescue, you name it! I’ve worked with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, etc of all shapes/sizes, & I’m currently working at a veterinary office. I have experience administering medications, monitoring body language & behavior, and handling emergency situations in regards to dog & cat care. I also spend free time volunteering with animal rescues when I can. Since 2018 I’ve dedicated my life to caring for others pets, and have always gone above & beyond to make sure your babes are well taken care of. Look up “Sommers Pet Services” on FB to see more reviews/photos of animals I’ve cared for in the past! I work full time during the week, my days off are Thursdays and Saturdays. I will be available any time I’m not at work for your animals and their daily needs! I have a large dog that plays well with others if play dates are desired. I always monitor fence safety for escape artists/jumpers, and use a double lead system when walking to avoid any possible break aways! I have experience with reactive/aggressive dogs as well.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I would look after friends, families, and neighbors pets while they are away. Everyone in my life knows I am a very trusted person. I am currently a student at Aveda Institute Tuesday-Friday, and I babysit on Mondays. Pet sitting is a perfect fit for me on the weekends. I am able to work with any pet and cater to their needs whether they are a very energetic dog or a senior citizen dog who needs some more love. I am more than willing to accommodate to everyone's needs.

About: My whole life I have been surrounded by Dogs. From taking care of my own and my Grandmother's furry companions, I love being with Dogs of all sizes and energy levels. From Dogs who bounce off the walls, to those who would rather take a nap, I am up for any Dog personality. I have experience caring for senior dogs as well as young ones. I am able to give medication to your furry friends, if they need it. I am available days and nights throughout the summer. I am also flexible to provide daily potty breaks for your dogs. I am able to stay overnight to keep your best friends safe! I'm used to having dogs in my bed, so they will always have someone to sleep with at night. If you have any questions please reach out. I would like to be given instructions on how the owners usually care for their pets. I don't want to disturb their feeding schedules. I also like to know how their pets like to play and what they're personality is like.
About: I have lots of experience working with dogs with Thyroid disorders, joint problems, hip problems, diabetes, and special diets. I'm very flexible. All you have to do is ask and we'll see. I've had Chocolate Labs, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Poodles, Terriers, and Shih Tzus. I love animals especially puppies and dogs. I am also willing to watch your cats if you also have them. I wanted to be a veterinarian or veterinary assistant but I didn't quite have the grades for it so that's why I decided to become a dog sitter, a dog walker, pet care taker, dog lover, and pet lover. I will take the best care of your pet and love it like my very own. Hope to hear from you soon. I'm available for house sitting on weekends and some week nights just ask me. Availability for pet care all week depending on the hours needed. I always accompany pets when they are outside even in a fenced in yard. I take short or long walks depending on what is requested.

About: I’m a dog owner of two and have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of needs and energy levels. About: Hi! My name is Breana, and I’m excited to start my journey on Rover. While I’m new to providing services on the platform, I’ve personally used Rover for my own puppies and have had wonderful experiences—which inspired me to become a sitter and dog walker myself. I have a genuine love for animals and hands-on experience working with dogs. I’ve attended behavior classes and completed dog grooming courses at DMACC, as well as worked as a dog groomer. These experiences have helped me better understand dogs’ needs, behaviors, and how to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy. I will treat your pets with the same care, patience, and attention that I give my own. You can trust that your loved ones will be in caring and responsible hands with me. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work overnight as a CNA, but with a little time to rest, I’m flexible during the day and on weekends. Just letting me know a day or two in advance. I treat every pet like my own—keeping things clean, following all instructions carefully, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for with walks, playtime, treats, and plenty of attention.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, of all shapes and sizes. I love all animals. I’ve grown up with working dogs, big dogs, feral cats, farm animals, and everything in between. I am always willing to go for midday lunch walks (in the Ankeny/Polk City area) or weekend check ins in the metro, while you are out and about being social. My husband works blue collar, so sometimes I have a lot of time to myself while he’s working, I’d love to fill in with walks at night or weekends in the Highland Park/Saylor/Beaverdale areas. Some nights he may even join if he’s home. I am always very cautious when going in for my furry friends for walks, making sure they are safe. I’m full of love and attention and energy to burn so I’d love a buddy. I’ve worked with highly trained dogs, and will honor any and all training your dogs follows.
About: Not only have I had my own animals most of my life but for 3 or 4 years I was also a foster home for the breed Weimaraner. Animals are like my kids and so will be your animals. Would prefer to discuss with each animal owner what is needed as I work full time but I am flexible so would like to be contacted. I am very protective and treat all animals as my own whether they are in my house or there own. If I’m my home or there own I would follow there owners instructions on what is required.
About: I have had dogs my entire life. That’s a long time! I assure you your dog would be in good hands! I will love them like they were mine! I stay home now so I’m available pretty much anytime. I’m willing to go to your home if it’s not to far away. Just ask I’m sure we can work something out. I have a fenced in yard. I have two friendly dogs. One has a crate and one doesn’t. They both sleep where they want. I crate one only sometimes.
About: I’ve been fostering adult dogs for the ARL for the last few years and have had so much fun getting to learn about a variety of breeds, personalities and behaviors. I’ve also had many pets throughout my life, including my current fur babies Raven (dog) and Lilo (cat). I’m currently working as a freelancer and am available throughout the day. I do participate in recreational sports on some evenings, otherwise I can be very flexible! I love to be outside and enjoy nothing more than letting dogs unwind on a long walk. I’m also happy to play fetch or tug, go to a nearby park or engage in whatever style of play your pup prefers.
