About: As a dog mama myself, I understand that our dogs are more than just our pets. They’re an integral part of our family! I strive to provide them with the necessary care they need, but also the enrichment they need to thrive and live a happy life. I love to play with them, take them out for walks, and provide them with love and pets. It’s important to me that they are not just physically cared for, but they are mentally stimulated through play and emotionally cared for at every visit. I'm always mindful that all pets should be greeted with a slow introduction, that does not come off as intrusive, or threatening. Even the most social pets, can behave differently when an unfamiliar person enters their home while family is not present. I always take that into consideration upon each visit, as I get to know your dog/cat, and build a trusting relationship. Whether your pet goes out on a leash, uses a fenced in yard, or requires potty pads to go to the bathroom, I'll follow your instructions as discussed through the Rover app, or during our initial "meet and greet". Requested information about your pet -Medication schedule -Behavioral issues that may affect walking your pet on public sidewalks, history of biting or aggression while being fed. -Ongoing medical conditions -Vet number and/or emergency contact I currently work on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in West Des Moines and 2 days at home in Ankeny. I have a flexible schedule where I can pop around to your pet when needed. I have a heart for animals along with the patience needed to give quality pet care. Your pet will always come first and I would treat them as if they are my own.

About: I trained both of my childhood dogs fun tricks. I am familiar with taking care of puppies up till senior dogs. I am comfortable with walks/bathroom trips (picking up feces if need be), feedings and medicine administration. I work part time, I take care of my two cats perfectly. My schedule if very flexible working most mornings and partly through a mid day a couple days a week. I live on a first floor apartment with a pond and trail close! I have two cat and lots a space for another fluffy friend to stay.

About: I have lots of experience working with dogs with Thyroid disorders, joint problems, hip problems, diabetes, and special diets. I'm very flexible. All you have to do is ask and we'll see. I've had Chocolate Labs, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Poodles, Terriers, and Shih Tzus. I love animals especially puppies and dogs. I am also willing to watch your cats if you also have them. I wanted to be a veterinarian or veterinary assistant but I didn't quite have the grades for it so that's why I decided to become a dog sitter, a dog walker, pet care taker, dog lover, and pet lover. I will take the best care of your pet and love it like my very own. Hope to hear from you soon. I'm available for house sitting on weekends and some week nights just ask me. Availability for pet care all week depending on the hours needed. I always accompany pets when they are outside even in a fenced in yard. I take short or long walks depending on what is requested.

My schedule for fall 2025 is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday i have class at 10:10am-12:15pm and 5:30pm-7:30pm. On weekends, I travel home to care for my family’s animals, further reinforcing my commitment to animal welfare. I love to make sure that your pet feels at home even when away from home, I can mimic your daily schedule as best as possible and provide as many or as little updates as you wish! Whether it's every other day or every hour, I'll make it happen. There's no smoking or any sort of paraphernalia allowed in my home, as my family has a history of health issues.

I also follow what you are wanting and am understanding of your wishes. I take TONS of photos for you and provide exercise. As well as providing a calm/quiet environment when your animal may be anxious or scared. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule which allows me to come to your home to help with your pet anytime of day. I currently have a senior dog and a cat in my home. I do not have a fenced in yard, but have access to the local dog park if your dog loves to run.
