About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have over 7 years of hands-on pet care experience. Growing up with dogs taught me how to understand their different personalities and needs. I also have a Shih Tzu of my own, so I know how important it is to provide pets with love, patience, and a safe environment. In addition, I’ve cared for my sister’s dogs, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and making sure they feel comfortable while she’s away. About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I always loved being around pets, and that passion has stayed with me into adulthood. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for friends and family, caring for their furry family members as if they were my own. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means going for walks, playing, giving lots of affection, or simply keeping them company. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, of all shapes and sizes. I love all animals. I’ve grown up with working dogs, big dogs, feral cats, farm animals, horses, and everything in between. I am always willing to go for midday lunch walks (in the Ankeny/Polk City area) or weekend check ins in the metro, while you are out and about being social. My husband works blue collar, so sometimes I have a lot of time to myself while he’s working, I’d love to fill in with walks at night or weekends in the Highland Park/Saylor TWP/Beaverdale areas, but willing to venture out into the metro. I am always very cautious when going in for my furry friends for walks, making sure they are safe. I’m full of love and attention and energy to burn so I’d love a buddy. I’ve worked with highly trained dogs, and will honor any and all training your dogs follows.

Whether your pet goes out on a leash, uses a fenced in yard, or requires potty pads to go to the bathroom, I'll follow your instructions as discussed through the Rover app, or during our initial "meet and greet". I have a flexible schedule where I can pop around to your pet when needed. I have a heart for animals along with the patience needed to give quality pet care.
