About: I grew up on a farm, caring for pets of all shapes and sizes! I've had many dogs over the years, from young to old and big to small. I am experienced with giving medication, baths, nail trims and love! I am very adaptable to your pets needs. I am currently in college, so I do have classes 4 days a week (Mon- Thurs). I am only away from home 4 hours at the most, and can make stops in to my apartment between classes on longer days. I am able to host pets in my apartment! I live in an upstairs studio apartment and spend much of my time there, when not in school. I have a 360°camera installed to watch your pet if I have to spend any time away. My apartment complex has a spacious lawn that is entirely fenced in. In my clients home, I am extra careful to follow any house rules. In case of overnight caretaking, I am comfortable with any sleeping arrangements (couch etc.). My top priorities are your pup and your preferences!

About: Dogs have always been in my life. I volunteered at Animal Lifeline for 8 years and had a dog daycare of my own for a while. Dogs are everything and I’d be honored to love on yours. I currently work full time from home so doggie day care is definitely doable! My day ends at 3 pm so I can be that late afternoon or evening potty break or walk. Weekends have potential as well with pre-arranged time and notice. Should your dog(s) stay with me during the day, I have a fenced yard and no carpet in case of oopsies! About: Animals should be treated like the family they are. I have a full acre with multiple secure fences for your animals to play around in. Any animal that loves being pet will get a lot of attention! They deserve to be treated with love and respect because they are apart of your family and are very important. I am a stay at home mom and that gives me a lot of flexibility with timing and scheduling. I am a stay at home mom so I have time to play with your dog and relax with them. They will be outside for a good part of the day with me as long as they want to be. There is plenty of shade as well as water available. There are two fences in place so your dog is really secure. There will always be water available as well as shade. If the weather is bad, or they prefer to be inside most of the day, the downstairs has enough room to run around a bit and is comfortable with a bed and water for them.
About: My family had dogs growing up so I have some experience walking and playing with dogs. I also have had my cats for about 7 years. I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays and could easily stop in for check ins during those days. I love to go on walks to grays lake so definitely looking for a dog or two to take with me. About: Dogs and cats are my first priority whenever I'm over at a friend or family member's house. My brother had asthma so we re-homed our dog Sylvie when I was seven years old--I have some very dramatic journal articles from that time! So, whenever I got to be around pets, I gave them as much of my attention as they were interested in. I am now lucky enough to have my own dog (Shannon, the goldendoodle in my profile picture) but can never get enough time with dogs and cats!! Over the summer my schedule is relatively flexible, so if your dog needs a walk or your cat needs to be fed at any time throughout the day, I should be able to make it work! My goal is to maintain your pet's routine as much as possible! I can spend one-on-one time with them, take them out, or just check on them as the situation requires.

“Kelsey was FANTASTIC with Sadie. She took the time to get to know Sadie before bringing her into her home. She made sure that she knew everything that Sadie may need or if there are any concerns that I had. She also took Sadie last minute which was super great for me. During Sadie’s stay, she sent me multiple videos and pictures which really helped me feel at ease, leaving my pup in her care. She’s very communicative and let I know what Sadie was doing throughout the day and when she was going for walks and how much she was eating. Sadie was very tired after her stay and I know that she enjoyed hanging out with Kelsey and her pup. We will absolutely be using her again in the future.”
