About: I've personally had many dogs of different sizes and energies, including a Border Collie, Boxer, American Bulldog. I have experience in training (reward training). I am capable of basic grooming, including nails. The Tibetan Spaniel listed on my profile is actually my daughter's dog and he is only at my home during college breaks, otherwise, they are in Ohio the rest of the year Think of your dog's stay at my house as a vacation at Grandma's. Your dog will be spoiled to the extent that YOU allow (and maybe a tennsy bit more). 😉 I mostly work from home with occasional short stints in a workplace and a very flexible schedule. I can be home at any time to ensure that dogs can potty, get playtime, etc. I never work on the weekends. I have a half acre of flat, safe, fenced in yard with grass and gardens. My schedule is very flexible and can adapt to your dog's feeding, sleeping and play schedule. I have no issues waking early, etc.

I am experienced with giving medication, baths, nail trims and love! I am very adaptable to your pets needs. I am recently graduated from college, and will be beginning a job soon. When I have a pet boarding with me, I will drive back to my apartment during lunch breaks to take care of your pup! I am able to host pets in my apartment! My wife and I live in an upstairs 1-bedroom apartment, and at least one of us is around most hours of the day. She is a past rover sitter who pulled out of active sitting to focus on school, but is still happy to have pets around! I am still the one explicitly responsible for your pets schedule, business bookings, and care. I have a 360°camera installed to watch your pet if I have to spend any time away! My apartment complex has a spacious lawn that is entirely fenced in. In my clients home, I am extra careful to follow any house rules. In case of overnight caretaking, I am comfortable with any sleeping arrangements (couch etc.). My top priorities are your pup and your preferences!

About: Hi! I’m Rachel, and animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. These days, my family includes my partner, four kids, and what we lovingly call our “mini zoo”: dogs, cats, a bunny, ball pythons, a bearded dragon, mourning geckos, and multiple aquariums full of fish, shrimp, snails, and dwarf crayfish. Caring for such a variety of animals has made me comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to reptiles and aquatic pets. Since joining Rover, I’ve had the opportunity to care for pets with all kinds of unique needs. I’ve worked with raw-fed dogs and cats, chickens, senior pets, anxious pets, and plenty of quirky personalities. Along the way I’ve even found myself handling unexpected adventures like moving fallen tree branches after storms, making small home fixes, collecting fresh raspberries from clients’ gardens, and convincing stubborn geese to cooperate. Every home and every pet has its own story, and I love being someone families can depend on. My experience goes beyond pet sitting. In high school I volunteered regularly at a local animal shelter, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I later worked as an assistant dog trainer, where I learned to read canine body language, encourage healthy play, and build trust through calm, confident handling. Whether I’m caring for one pet or an entire household, I believe great pet care is about more than feeding and potty breaks. About: Dogs and cats are my first priority whenever I'm over at a friend or family member's house. My brother had asthma so we re-homed our dog Sylvie when I was seven years old--I have some very dramatic journal articles from that time! So, whenever I got to be around pets, I gave them as much of my attention as they were interested in. I am now lucky enough to have my own dog (Shannon, the goldendoodle in my profile picture) but can never get enough time with dogs and cats!! Over the summer my schedule is relatively flexible, so if your dog needs a walk or your cat needs to be fed at any time throughout the day, I should be able to make it work! My goal is to maintain your pet's routine as much as possible! I can spend one-on-one time with them, take them out, or just check on them as the situation requires.
“Alexandra was awesome! I’m a paranoid helicopter mom who had never left my dogs with anyone but friends and family before, but I felt completely at ease leaving them with Alexandra! She let me bring my dogs over for a meet and greet before their stay to make sure everyone got along and her pup is super sweet. Her huge yard is absolutely amazing for my high energy dogs. Her knowledge of dog behavior and separating for dinner time made me feel very safe that my girls were in good hands. I’ll be using her services again!”

About: Hello! I am an avid dog and cat lover. I often watch my family and friends pets but aside from that I managed a cageless doggy daycare for 3 years. I own two senior cats myself. I am attentive and flexible. Always available to do meet and greet in person or over the phone prior to my services <3 helps me and your animals get an acquainted! I currently own my own business that allows me plenty of free time. I’m available most days and nights on short notice. Happy to accommodate any schedule. I do travel out of state quite a bit for my job but I will let you know immediately if my schedule were to change. I have first hand experience in handling all sizes of dogs and temperaments. Including training with dog aggressive dogs. I have experience in administering meds and first aid for both cats & dogs.
