About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have over 7 years of hands-on pet care experience. Growing up with dogs taught me how to understand their different personalities and needs. I also have a Shih Tzu of my own, so I know how important it is to provide pets with love, patience, and a safe environment. In addition, I’ve cared for my sister’s dogs, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and making sure they feel comfortable while she’s away. I understand that every dog is unique, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I give my own. You can count on me to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care while you’re away. I currently work part-time at a daycare, which has helped me become responsible, patient, and dependable. I’m fully available on Thursdays and Fridays, and I’m available Monday through Wednesday after 8:00 p.m. I’m hoping to make pet care my full-time career through Rover, so I’m committed to providing reliable, loving, and attentive care for every pet. I’ll take the time to learn your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, and any special needs so they receive the best care possible. I have a friendly Shih Tzu of my own, and I always make sure introductions are done safely and only if everyone is comfortable. Whether we’re going on leashed walks, playing, or relaxing at home, I’ll provide a safe, clean, and loving environment. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: My family had dogs growing up so I have some experience walking and playing with dogs. I also have had my cats for about 7 years. I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays and could easily stop in for check ins during those days. I love to go on walks to grays lake so definitely looking for a dog or two to take with me. I would prefer a set of rules for my clients pets so I would know best how to service their pet while they are away.

I'm currently living at home after high-school and am unemployed. I used to work at a dog and cat daycare and boarding facility, but decided I wanted to make my own schedule. I'm not very social besides with animals so my schedule is open and flexible. I own 2 cats and a dog so I'm unable to board or pet sit at my own house, but I can travel to your house and look after your furry friend in an environment I'm sure they're more comfortable in anyway.

About: I absolutely love caring for animals. I have a cat who gets along with just about any animal, I also live in a one bedroom if he would need it be separated. :) I have cared for others pets since I was young and I love taking doggos for long walks and giving lots of pets! I enjoy keeping the owners updated with pictures and provide a safe environment for their pets. I’m currently free quite often during the day. I am a teacher so school doesn’t start until the end of the month. Once school starts I can still watch on weekends! I live in an apartment with a dog park and I love to take dogs for LONG walks. I love giving pets and will make sure your pet is happy and healthy.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, of all shapes and sizes. I love all animals. I’ve grown up with working dogs, big dogs, feral cats, farm animals, horses, and everything in between. I am always willing to go for midday lunch walks (in the Ankeny/Polk City area) or weekend check ins in the metro, while you are out and about being social. My husband works blue collar, so sometimes I have a lot of time to myself while he’s working, I’d love to fill in with walks at night or weekends in the Highland Park/Saylor TWP/Beaverdale areas, but willing to venture out into the metro. I am always very cautious when going in for my furry friends for walks, making sure they are safe. I’m full of love and attention and energy to burn so I’d love a buddy. I’ve worked with highly trained dogs, and will honor any and all training your dogs follows.

About: I’ve been a cat enthusiast since birth, and always had a few family dogs. Growing up as a kid my family did a lot of pet sitting for friends, family,and neighbors. I’d like to get back into it. I have an open availability! I don’t work at all so any time is a good time for me to take care of your fur baby! About: I graduated from the University of Minnesota and currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to take on dog-sitting opportunities. I’ve spent my entire life around dogs of all breeds and sizes, and many people in my life would call me the biggest dog lover they know. My family has always had dogs, and they currently have three: Zoey, a 2-year-old Rat Terrier, Rocky, a 4-year-old Lab, and Bella, a 9-year-old Rat Terrier. As a dog sitter, I take pride in creating a safe, fun, and caring environment for every dog I look after. I want them to feel comfortable, happy, and loved while their owners are away! I have a flexible schedule and am available for pet care. I enjoy spending time with dogs of all breeds and focus on providing attentive, reliable care so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m familiar with bathroom routines, feeding schedules, and making sure pets get the right balance of play and rest. I understand how important consistency is and can be trusted to administer medications on time when needed. I also have experience with special needs pets, including caring for a blind dog in my own family for many years. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on creating a safe, comfortable environment where every pet feels secure and well cared for.

About: I love any dog that crosses my path I have experience with lots of small dogs but also some very large dogs and am able to handle them both. I have experience with older dogs who may need more help with certain things but also the most energetic younger dogs who need to be played with and walked many times a day I am still a student athlete in college so I have classes and practices throughout the week but your pet will never be left alone for longer than about 2 hours at a time which will be a very rare occurrence, my classes end in April so ill have a lot more free time soon as well Making sure they are fed in a timely manner, I love playing with dogs so as long as they have energy ill be there to play with them, making sure they get walks and potty breaks often, and taking care of any special needs they might have that ive been made aware of.
