What's my favorite animal? Yes.
I go by Emmy, by the way! Life-long animal lover and owner. I am currently spoiling two dogs, two gerbils, and a planted tank of various aquatic wildlife but have also had lizards and other rodents in the past. I have been mom to dogs who have lived to be 16 and some who lived to be 5 due to various ailments. I discovered I enjoy taking care of special needs dogs and give them the best life they can dream of, especially if they have a tough go before they come to me. I home make dog food, drive my dogs in their car seats for weekly pupcups, and have weekly spa days where I make them smell less stinky.

Safety, trust & environment
One of my dogs is currently in training to get along with stranger dogs, so I will need to do drop bys (no outside animals in my home for now). In their own home, I would just stick to the routine as closely as possible. I also don't like just running in and out, I will give your pet all the love and attention while I'm there. I can also be a pet taxi.

Mary (Emmy) is fantastic! She absolutely loves animals, and is an amazing dog Mom. I've known her for over 7 years and would trust her to care for any of my pets. Will they get biscuits and scritches? 100%. Will they give me some side eye for not loving them as effusively as Emmy? Probably. :D Seriously, if you need someone to help out with your pets, Emmy is your gal!

Mary helped me out during a recent (VERY unexpected) hospital stay for over a week by immediately stepping up and helping me out. I live alone and she happened to have my key from helping me out before she started taking care of animals as a paid gig. I asked her the day of if she could go take care of my cat for the day not knowing what would follow was over a week away from home. She was here every day several times a day not just feeding but playing with and paying attention to my cat, Spartan. I trust her not only in my apartment but with taking care of any beloved animals. She's amazing! She even tidied my apartment and left me soups! A better person I do not know! Highly recommended!
Mary would be an excellent pet caregiver and a great addition to your organization. I have never known anyone to be more open-minded and caring for any kind of pet, like Mary has. She goes out of her way to care for, play with, and share affection for any pet under her care. For the last number of years, I have known Mary to adopt dogs who have come from a variety of backgrounds and medical needs. She is very attentive to any medications they must take and special diets for her dogs. Besides Mary's wonderful relationship with pets, and dogs especially, she is an excellent communicator with people as well. I am sure that she will work great with any colleagues and pet owner clients that she has the opportunity to meet. I highly recommend Mary for any opportunity that Rover.com can offer her.
