“Look no further for an amazing dog walker! From the moment I met her, it was clear that her focus was not on meeting me but getting to know my dog. Which is exactly what I want!! Can’t wait for future walks with her, and Mochi was smitten the moment she pet him.”

About: We always had dogs growing up. I’ve had my own dog for 4 years. I love being around dogs and want to show yours as much love as I show my own. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I’m also available for overnight boarding depending on the night and weekends. Just ask if I’m available! I have a fenced in backyard. Your dog is welcome on beds and furniture. My house and property is very dog friendly for all types.
About: I’ve spent years caring for and training my own two dogs, so I understand that every pup has their own personality and needs. My experience working in a kennel gave me hands-on knowledge of dog behavior, group play, and handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Whether your dog is a playful puppy or a gentle senior, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for—just like my own. I’m currently attending graduate school in Des Moines, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pets throughout the week. I have time in the mornings, between classes, and in the evenings to walk, play with, and check in on your furry friends. Spending time with dogs is one of the best parts of my day, and I always make sure each pet gets the attention and care they deserve. My pets are definitely spoiled, and I’ll treat yours the same way! I live alone, so there’s plenty of space for your pet to relax and feel comfortable. I also live near several beautiful trails that are perfect for long walks and outdoor adventures. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and love—just like part of the family.
“Adrienne was an amazing dog walker! I was 8 months pregnant and really needed someone reliable and patient to walk Kiara, who is a high anxiety dog upon meeting new folks making her very shy and skeptical. Adrienne was patient and Kiara quickly grew to love her walks and play time with her. I am so appreciative of the care we got at this time when my physical abilities were so limited 💕”

“Jessica was great! She took time out of her night to come visit Koda the night before she walked him and see how they did with each other! She was also a great walker and was willing to just hang out with him outside of his kennel and play with his toys! We will definitely be going back to Jessica again!”

About: I have loved animals ever since I was a kid. A few years ago, I fostered and then adopted a sweet jack russell/australian cattle mix named Bo. I have been the primary care taker of Bo, therefore I have gained much experience in dog walking and training. I have also watched a few of my neighbor's and families dogs for several years and have cared for elderly and disabled dogs as well as a cat that lived with me and my roommates during college. With this, I am incredibly patient and receptive when it comes to understanding the personality of every animal, and will do my best to first make sure the relationship between your pet and me is great before any care. I am currently a full time medical student, so my schedule can vary with my school schedule, however I am happy to discuss this in more detail! I do not plan on providing care at my home for your pets however for dog walks, I am willing to provide more exercise for dogs with runs if pet owners would like.
About: I've been pet sitting for 30 years and have considered it my calling. I have done custom day schedules, overnight stays, in home stays, or the occasional walk. I have experience with administering medication and adhering to special dietary plans. My true joy is helping a pet find comfort in their space, and making them feel safe, happy, and loved! Currently a stay at home mom with 2 toddlers, and a very open and flexible schedule. I am ready to connect with you and your pet 7 days a week! I have a smaller yard, but ample amount of amazing trails stemming from my neighborhood that my family frequently walks. There are parks surrounding our area! At home, we have the perfect space for play! I have two boys, ages 3 and 2, who love animals and are super gentle in close contact. My husband is a lover of all pets and will make sure your pet gets the extra loving they deserve! Stay at home mom of three elementary kids, schedule is flexible. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or book it today 😀 I have a small yard and 3 indoor cats. The cats are friendly. We have lots of walking trails surrounding our area for fun walks.
“Shelley was wonderful! She followed every direction to a tee, and left detailed messages with how each visit went. I also loved all the photos she provided for each visit! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.”

“Our girls loved Dominique. And more importantly, Dominique was flexible, understanding and so thoughtful! She treated my girls like hers, and that’s what matters. Will use again!”

“I was able to book Troy on short notice, which was very helpful. He was prompt, friendly, and my dog was instantly comfortable with him. I’d definitely recommend Troy and plan to book him again in the future!”
About: I have had pets in my house since I was born. Ever since I was little I would rescue stray cats and kittens around my neighborhood and bring them to the humane society. Over the years I’ve helped my neighbor train/take care of his sled dogs and puppies. I have worked with special needs animals as I used to have a dog who was blind and deaf. I’m a very active person with strange but mostly flexible availability due to medical school. Let me know if you have any questions! I am in medical school where I can watch lectures online, but laboratory sections 1-2 times a week are in person. My schedule is different every day and every week. On days where I’m available, I typically go for a walk/run with my dog and am home the majority of the day for plenty of potty breaks and walks. At my home, I will treat your pet as if they are my own while still maintaining and respecting the schedule they are used to. This means plenty of exercise (if that’s what they need) and supervision. My apartment complex has a fenced in dog park with a pleasant dog community.

“Cory is matter-of-fact, flexible, and a good energy for our hyper lab mix. We were able to schedule an additional walk during our vacation which we really appreciated. We received updates each time he stopped by. Big fan!”

About: 1 year of professional dog and cat daycare and boarding experience. 2 years of dog and cat fostering including disabled kittens. Current loving home of 2 cats and a dog. I'm currently living at home after high-school and am unemployed. I used to work at a dog and cat daycare and boarding facility, but decided I wanted to make my own schedule. I'm not very social besides with animals so my schedule is open and flexible. I own 2 cats and a dog so I'm unable to board or pet sit at my own house, but I can travel to your house and look after your furry friend in an environment I'm sure they're more comfortable in anyway.
“We hired Abby to walk Bear when we were gone in Europe for 2 weeks and the people staying with had to work all day. She was very responsive and even when Bear didn't want to go far to walk on a particular day because it too hot, she'd spend time with him, play with him, etc. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was getting exercise and interaction while we were gone.”

“This was our first time using Rover and Monica made the process so easy. She sent us notes and lots of pictures at every visit. She took cues from our dog on how far she could walk at each visit depending on the weather and then spent time cuddling our Boston Terrier too (which is just as important for our dog as exercise). We were out of town and never had to worry if things were going well! Our family highly recommends Monica for your pet walking/sitting needs!!”

About: I have experience with multiple dog breeds of all ages and sizes. I grew up with dogs and have had two of my own. I would love the chance to meet your dog and give it the love and care it deserves! I am currently working part time so I’m available Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. My hours on those days would be 7am-7pm so I am pretty open and flexible on being available. I provide pets with loving attentive care. I keep their routines consistent, ensuring fresh food and water, regular walks or playtime, clean spaces, and plenty of affection and safety.
About: I have grown up with and owned animals my entire life. I am a first year veterinary student at Iowa State University, and received my Bachelor's in Animal Science from Iowa State. I have taken care of friends, family, and neighbors pets over the past 10 years. I have also worked at multiple veterinary clinics, as well as at a doggy daycare. My schedule is fairly flexible, there are a couple weekends that I will be busy. Please reach out, I am happy to accommodate wherever I can. I have a large fenced in backyard, and have a 3.5 year old Australian Shepherd named King. I live in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks to take dogs on safe walks. I will follow all instructions and provide attention, exercise, and play time while you are away.
“Sam has been wonderful for my anxious Vizsla; Hazel always looks forward to her visits. She sends a ton of pictures so I don't miss her too much when I'm gone as well. Honestly I can't recommend her enough!”
