About: I treat every dog like they’re my own. I’ve worked with puppies who need structure and play, as well as senior dogs who just want a slow walk and some company. I’m super reliable, patient, and always make sure your dog feels safe and cared for. Whether it’s sticking to a routine, giving meds, or just lots of love, I'm happy to have it covered! I have a very flexible schedule right now since I’m in between jobs. This allows me to be available most days for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays—weekday or weekend. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I enjoy being active and spending time with animals. I can adjust to your pet’s specific schedule, whether that’s early morning walks, midday visits, or evening check-ins. No worries on transportation, as I have my own and can travel. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I create a calm, secure space with plenty of attention, playtime, and rest. We have a secured security gate and side yard that stretches around, so plenty of space for a walk and potty break. I make sure all areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents. When I’m in your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely and respect your space, making sure to keep doors and gates secure and maintain a clean, stress-free environment. Building trust with both pets and owners is important to me, so I communicate openly and update you regularly to give you peace of mind.

“Mara was fantastic! She was able to take my request last minute and was super flexible. She had great communication and contacted me before the walk to ask for instructions and specific requests. Mara was on the spot punctual for the time she had to pick up my pups. My pups had a great walk with her and she took lots of pictures of them having a great time. Overall Mara was great and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone!”

About: Dentist and Petsitter :) | have grown up surrounded by animals, I had a dog all my childhood and I took care of my grandparents' pets. I relate very well to animals and I am extremely careful and affectionate. I can take care of your pets every day, week day or weekend, ensuring they’re safe, happy, and well-loved while keeping your home secure, clean, and respected. Trust in pet care at a client’s home comes from reliability, clear communication, respectful behavior, daily updates, and genuine love for animals and their well-being.

About: I am a 24 year old tax professional in the Menlo Park area. I am a trustworthy athletic dog sitter/walker with a love for animals. I am available weekday afternoons and weekends. I used to play college softball so I am physically fit/active and love to go on long walks or runs multiple times a day. I grew up with two of my own dogs, a chocolate lab (105 lbs) and a Yorkie Maltese mix (15 lbs) , that are two very different sizes. They required me to feed them three times a day, let them out to use the restroom every two hours, walk them at least once a day, and play fetch with a ball or frisbee to get them tired enough for bed. These skills are some of the things I would be doing with the dogs I sit/walk. Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine. Each day, I make time for feeding, walking, and playing with my pet to support their health and happiness. I also handle weekly tasks like cleaning and monitoring their well-being. I'm available on weekends, which gives me extra time to focus on their care and spend quality time together. I like to follow the rules of the home that I house sit for. Keeping the same schedule and rules usually helps the transition for the pet and minimize any form of separation anxiety for the dogs.

About: I grew up with two Australian Shepherds and have always loved being around dogs—their comfort and unconditional love are unmatched. I’m a dependable and caring person, and my family and friends have always trusted me to walk, feed, and care for their pets, knowing they’re in great hands. I work from home around two-three days a week and would love to walk dogs before work, during lunch, and after my work. I am also available on the weekends as I typically stay local to the area! I believe that just having time to interact with animals is so special and something I really miss as my family dog doesn’t live near me anymore. I understand how special your dog is to you, and I’ll always respect any guidelines you have to ensure their safety and happiness. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable and confident when your dog is in my care. I’m very experienced with leash walking and love reinforcing good behavior with treats and belly rubs!

About: I am an animal lover who can not wait to meet you and your dog(s) and/or cat(s). I am ready to give your furry family members lots of attention and affection and go for tons of walks! We can walk around the neighborhood or go to a local dog park. I am a proud cat mom to two senior kitties, one DSH and one Persian. I have been pet sitting for 18 years for dogs of all sizes and breeds from 4lb chihuahuas to 100lb Labrador retrievers as well as cats of all ages. I am comfortable with any age from puppy to senior dogs and have experience administering oral medications to dogs and cats. I have past experience volunteering weekly as a dog walker for an animal shelter and it gave me a ton of exposure to many different breeds and temperaments of dogs. Let me know if you have any questions! I work outside of the home on weekdays in the afternoons and evenings, but I’m usually otherwise home and available to give your pets lots of love and attention in the mornings and early afternoons as well as late evenings and weekends! I am comfortable following whatever routines you have established, including crating dogs if that’s what works for you and your family. I am always careful to secure your home and make an effort to leave the house in the same condition (or better) than I found it!

About: I am currently helping my aunt with her 3 dogs that need daily walks and I always make sure I can give each half hour minimum. I help out whenever I can to fed them and give them water. I have a one job which usually around 30 hours mostly open in the morning. It’s open schedule a lot of times I will have at least 2 days completely free. Depending on the job I can adjust and make the free time around my working hours. I have whole box of toys for my lovely kitten and she has her litter box in the bathroom. I have given her a whole section including a trash can. She has a cat tree and little mat with her own water and food bowl. I make sure she can go anywhere and I will occasionally walk her outside with a harness to give her some more freedom in safe way.
