About: Hello! I have not had pets of my own because of apartment living restrictions however have taken care of friends pets (cats and dogs) for over five years. I am a responsible, kind, and active sitter that respects your pets space and sticks to their routine as close as possible while you are away. About: Hi! I'm Luna, a college student from Ithaca, NY. I started petsitting two years ago, in my hometown and the town I go to college in, but I am looking to offer my services in Los Angeles while I intern here for the summer! I have experience with reactive dogs- I've taken care of my rescue dog for four years now. He's a large reactive dog who needs a lot of special attention, especially when around people and on walks. Your pup will be in good hands! I'm interning at a production company two days a week, so unable to provide service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but very flexible every other day. I am happy to take your pup on walks around the neighborhood, parks, or local trails. I have experience taking my dog on walks from 45 minutes- 1 hour, but if your dog doesn't need that, I love taking a shorter route! I don't have a car, so sticking locally will work best for me. If you have a yard, I will happily play with your dog outside, and visit inside however necessary.

I'd love to help take care of your animals. I've been around animals my whole life and have a sweet kitty named Ophelia I adopted when I moved to LA a little over 3 years ago. My family and I had a great pyrenees for 12 years, so I grew up walking, bathing and taking care of a 100+ pound dog. We also fostered and raised multiple litters of kittens from our local rescue throughout my teenage years. I volunteered at my local animal shelter for years walking dogs and working to get them adopted and socialized. I also worked as a Vet Kennel Tech for a summer along with running their doggy day care program. I was in charge of up to 15 dogs at once of all sizes and breeds. I am very adventurous yet super responsible sitter and would love to take your dog on their favorite adventure while you’re away (a walk, a run, a visit to the park, etc). I've been a pet sitter for dozens of people all over Nashville, Florida and LA and would love to help take care of your pet! My job is fully remote so I’m happy to host your dog while you’re away at work,school, etc and am flexible to work with your schedule and needs! In my own home, my cat (Ophelia) will be there. She loves dogs and having a buddy come over for the day, so as long as your dog is okay with cats they are welcome to spend the day at my place! I love being outdoors and taking time to walk in my neighborhood during the day, so don’t mind spending time playing fetch, walking your dog or even taking them on a run if they enjoy that.
