About: Hi, I’m Luke. I’ve spent years helping care for dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I’ll do my best to make them feel safe and cared for. You’ll receive regular photos and updates throughout the stay, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was old enough to walk one. From growing up with a beagle mix named Scooter to my parent’s golden, Dani, dogs have always been part of my life. I’ve lived with and looked after a wide range of breeds, including Shelties (Indi and Shelty), Goldens, Doodles and pups with special health needs. Your pup will share a home with me, my wife and our lovable rescue, Mookie, a 3 year old spunky tiny girl. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers a quiet routine and gentle care, I understand how to adapt to each dog’s personality and needs. I’m comfortable with administering medication, managing special diets, and creating a calm, safe environment. Our previous dog, Phoebe, suffered from seizures and heart disease which prepared me to act quickly in dire circumstances. I treat every dog as if they’re my own—with patience, affection, and respect. I’d love to help you give your pup the best care while you’re away! I freelance and my fiancee works from home three days a week, so between us two your pup will have a lot of company and attention! Other than days which we both happen to have busy schedules (which I will note or block off), we have a very flexible schedule. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or yours, their safety, comfort, and happiness come first. I follow all care instructions closely—feeding routines, medications, walk schedules, and any special needs—to help your dog feel at ease and cared for like one of our own. At home, we have a calm, pet-friendly apartment shared with our 3-year-old Maltese mix, Mookie. She’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and great with other dogs. We’re happy to schedule a meet-and-greet in advance to make sure your pup and Mookie are a good match. While we don’t have a yard, we go on walks and make sure your dog gets exercise, attention, and love throughout the day. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you can feel confident your dog is safe, happy, and in good hands.

About: I was always the neighborhood babysittier & dog walker , I do it because it brings so much joy and happiness to me every time 😊 I’m always open to watching and doing drop in visits! About: Animals have been a cherished part of my lived experience for as long as I can remember, as my family has always had at least 1 dog and 1 cat, and often more. As those animals grew older, I observed and learned from the ways the passage of time was made more gentle upon them, and of how the proactive steps and preventative measures were always the most effective, and least painful, not to mention the least expensive. Extending the time where they can be playful and engaged with the world around them is a truly precious thing. Currently, I live with 2 dogs and 2 cats, among other creatures, and do daily Physical Therapy exercises with the dogs before each walk. Rover is currently my primary focus, so I'm very flexible! Only a few normal appointments, all of which can be rescheduled with 24hour notice. I have a lot of experience reading the body language of animals, and know how to respect the space of your animals so they don't feel threatened.

I have walked and cared for dogs of all ages, ranging in size from tiny chihuahuas (~2 lbs) to large pitbull terriers and golden retrievers (~75 lbs). I have an active lifestyle, and I would love to take your dogs with me on my walks, hikes, or runs. In addition to dogs, I also love cats and kittens. I have raised newborn kittens and recently rescued a precious little cat who now lives with me. I have experience housesitting for both dogs and cats. About: I’m a dog lover with years of experience. I’ve had my own dogs from 2005-2024, but most recently have been fostering for a local rescue. I’ve fostered with Westside German Shepherd Rescue and A Purposeful Rescue, and have experience with senior dogs, medical needs, reactive dogs, all sizes (from toy to giant), and run a structured, tight ship! I grew up with Boxers, my own dogs were terriers and a German Shepherd, and most recently I fostered a sweet Belgian Malinois. There are no full-time pets in my home, but since I foster, there may be overlap on a case by case basis. I currently work from home M, W, Th, F, and am home on weekends. I live in an apartment, so potty breaks are done via neighborhood walks. Safety is paramount with me. My building’s courtyard is fenced, and I utilize crate training and separate rooms when multiple dogs are in my care. I carry pepper spray on walks, am hyper vigilant of my surroundings, and as a “Type A” person :D follow owner instructions to the letter.
