I’m currently applying to law school, which gives me a flexible schedule right now and lets me offer consistent, reliable care throughout the week, including daytime walks, extended stays, and last minute availability. In your home, I follow your routines and instructions exactly, from feeding and medication schedules to specific house rules, and I monitor pets closely rather than leaving them unsupervised for long stretches. I’m comfortable with administering medication, managing special diets, and creating a calm, safe environment. Our previous dog, Phoebe, suffered from seizures and heart disease which prepared me to act quickly in dire circumstances. I treat every dog as if they’re my own—with patience, affection, and respect. I’d love to help you give your pup the best care while you’re away! I freelance and my fiancee works from home three days a week, so between us two your pup will have a lot of company and attention! Other than days which we both happen to have busy schedules (which I will note or block off), we have a very flexible schedule. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or yours, their safety, comfort, and happiness come first. I follow all care instructions closely—feeding routines, medications, walk schedules, and any special needs—to help your dog feel at ease and cared for like one of our own. At home, we have a calm, pet-friendly apartment shared with our 3-year-old Maltese mix, Mookie. She’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and great with other dogs. We’re happy to schedule a meet-and-greet in advance to make sure your pup and Mookie are a good match. While we don’t have a yard, we go on walks and make sure your dog gets exercise, attention, and love throughout the day. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you can feel confident your dog is safe, happy, and in good hands.
