About: Owners will love the care I provide because I'm very loving and respectful of needs/wants. I'm very caring for animals as they need our help as much as possible. I love all kinds of animals. My care experience is based on learning from watching, reading online, or learning on my own experience how to proceed in careful matters. I've learned very risky situations on my dogs that I had in the past that I was not comfortable with but I managed to take risks. So I can say I'm a bit of a risk taker as well, But a safe only if you want me to do. Nothing is done without concerning the owner. These are a bit of what I can do for my dog and try with any other pet. I can bathe, clip nails, comb hair, and come up with tricks with treats granted. Availability comes great with me because I'm home with my fur baby of my own. I'm home throughout the day/night unless I'm doing homework, photography, or at the gym to better myself; Which I love too. This is great as well if you're looking to better your pet well being. So being available is my most accurate thing about me and it works for any working hours of dog owners. My special skills are loving, playing with dogs, and keeping them happy always while spoiling them with my love or treats. haha. I also love to take photoshoots with my fur baby as I'm trying to own my business one day. I love teaching tricks, spending time walking with them, or just hanging out. I'm here for dogs. Dog lover is my passion. If I could own many dogs I would. I'm those extra helping hands. I am here for you! I can take them to play, walk, feed them, and potty/poop. I also can be there for your fur baby on weekends if you like to go out somewhere and have no worries. I'm here for you. I make sure your fur baby is happy, worry-free, and calm and stays to your commands/rules. I give love and accept lovable kisses and messes. I also have a fur baby of my own, so I know what it takes. I can do any service that you want and try my best to succeed with focus and helping needs until you return to your favorite companion.

About: Hi! I may not have a ton of recent reviews, but I’ve been on Rover since 2019, and animals have always been my passion 🐾 I currently work as a relief veterinary assistant at CAMP LA in San Pedro and have been there for 5 years. Over that time, I’ve worked both full-time and part-time, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of animals and medical care. These days, I’ve shifted into a more flexible schedule so I can spend time with my baby, but animal care is still a huge part of my life and something I truly love doing. I’m also continuing my education to become an RVT and have a bachelor’s degree in Zoology. I absolutely love what I do, and honestly, I’ll probably be more excited to meet your pet than they are to meet me 😅 During the weekdays, I’m a stay-at-home mom, so my little one is with me. Because of that, I do require pets to be very friendly and comfortable around a baby. She’s gentle and used to animals she treats our two cats like royalty. Current availability: Drop-in visits Dog walks (best for dogs ~40 lbs or under) For larger dogs or house sitting, I’m available during evening/night hours (around 8 PM–4 AM). If your pet is a good fit, I would truly love to care for them and treat them like my own. Your pet must be very friendly and comfortable around a toddler and cats, as I have an 18-month-old and two cats at home. My cats are used to dogs as long as the dog is respectful, and my little one is gentle, but safety for everyone is my top priority. Because I’m a stay-at-home mom during the day, pets need to be especially friendly if I’m caring for them while my child is awake. For evening/overnight services (after 8 PM), I’m able to care for pets on my own, but I still require them to be friendly and safe to handle. About: I have been a sitter for years. It’s just something I love to do because I love animals :) Once I got a fur family of my own (Dog & Cat) I thought it would be fun to be a sitter and do something I love. I always go the extra mile and create content, if the client approves. I work as a music producer and have tons of time for my animal friends! About: We both grew up with dogs. We currently have 1 cat which we have had for 10 years, a large dog, and a medium sized dogs. This collection of pets gives us a good amount of experience in caring for different types of pets as well as how they interact with each other. In addition to our own pets we have also cared for some of our friends pets overnight on many occasions and have shared houses with roommates who have also had dogs and cats. I have no prior professional experience caring for others pets, do I m a behavioral psychologist who has worked with neurodivergent children for many years and can apply these concepts to pet care. One of us works from home 5 days a week and the other works from home 2 days a week. With the exception of some meetings, can be flexible to provide care at most times of the day. In our experience, that dogs and cats crave more than anything else is safety, trust, and an understanding of the ways they attempt to communicate with you. Our pets are capable of being on their own when needed, but when we are around they never leave our sides even for a moment. They are obedience as trained through positive reinforcement and socialization through meaningful experiences. They look to us for guidance, but we also like to challenge them to think for themselves to solve problems such as getting a to out of reach or navigating to us when the path is not visibly clear. I give this level of attention and support to every pet I meet and know how to build a relationship of trust and respect quickly and effectively. Even pets belonging to former roommates tend to follow me more than their owners after enough time.

About: Our pets are just an extension of our family. I grew up in a house with pets and farm animals. I was taught to treat these animals with love and respect and ensure that they had fresh water and food every day.and that they were cleaned-up after, exercised and that they were comfortable. Upon having pets of my own, I raised my kids and now, grandkids, that our pets are special and essential in our lives and need to be treated that way. I have owned strays and mixed breeds, and a lhasa apso to hybrid wolves. A few years back, I started carrying for friends pets in their homes when they traveled. This service brings them peace of mind and comfort when they are away, as they know their sweet pet is being cared for with the same level of care that they provide. And having their pet in their own environment is less stressful of the whole family. I ensure that a regular routine is maintained and that fresh food and water is always available. I walk and/or play with them to entertain and exercise your pet on a daily basis. I am happy to provide updates and pics while you are away. And I make sure that the poop is cleaned up, as well. I am recently retired and have lots of flexibility in my schedule so I am available to walk or provide over-night stays when needed. I care for your pet as you would care for them. I do my best to keep them safe and cared for in the environment they are used to, their own home.

About: Growing up, I spent time helping and learning from my uncle, a professional dog walker! I assisted him on daily walks for years and cared for dogs of different shapes, sizes, and ages. He passed down valuable knowledge on pet care and respectfully conducting one's self. I believe this experience directed me to a passion for pet care. Currently, I have been pet-sitting on my own on Rover since 2021! I’ve met and cared for so many new pets and the opportunity has been memorable! I deeply care for animals and know how much walks can mean for dogs. My own dog loves going on walks for miles. Each pet is different and requires their own set of needs, though. Thus, I strive my best to meet the needs of each pet I come into contact with! I have graduated with a B.A. in psychology and have spent the past year working in schools and a clinic. I am taking a break from full time work and have flexible availability! While my own home is not available for pet care, I am more than able to travel to a client's home and do the necessary tasks required of me. About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. Any time there was an opportunity to look after a friend’s or neighbor’s pet I was more than happy to do it. Being paid to do it was nice, but being able to see the pet was the biggest reason I did it. I’m currently working part time so I have quite a bit of time on my hands. As I’m learning to navigate the adult world from recently graduating, looking after pets is a great way to stay active and build a good routine. When it comes to safety and health of your pet, I always run it by the owner dozens of times to make sure the animal is taken care of the highest degree. About: Over the past 10 years or so I have spent time taking care of many of my neighbors pets while they go on vacation. I have taken care of their puppies and kitties by taking them on walks feeding and playing with them and watching their house overnight while they are away. I have expanded my experience by pet sitting for more than just my neighbors and connecting with people online when they need a pet sitter. I work part time and on my days off I enjoy taking neighbors dogs on walks or pet sitting their kitties while they are away in my free time. I usually pet sit for people in their homes. I follow the instructions given to me whether this is crating their pets at night, separating them if needed while eating, take them on walks and stay over night and comfort their pets if asked so they are not lonely and don’t tear up the house. I get the information as needed from owners for their pets triggers to make sure they are safe on walks and while in the home while family is away. I stay in the home if needed and instructed by the owners. I have my own two dogs and a cat. I am able to safely give pets medication if needed as I’ve learned how to do this with one of my dogs who is on several medications I also know where the emergency animal hospital is nearby if ever needed. I also have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and have taken care of many different dogs and cats with different triggers, personalities and requirements over the past 10 or so years. I grew up with cats and dogs so I would consider my experience with animals much longer than 10 years but specifically doing it as a job would be about 10 years

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life. I have experience with walking, boarding, sitting, training, grooming and more. Though the majority of my professional experience revolves around dog walking, watching, and training, I also am very familiar and fond of cats. Currently I have one senior Shih Tzu named Marcus, he’s been with me since he was 6 weeks old and is now turning 13 in August. The love and devotion I have for my pup is the same I have for every animal I encounter, I am very passionate about providing the same level of care Marcus receives to each pet I am trusted with. Currently I work hybrid remote and on site as an interior designer. My flexible schedule allows plenty of time to service my fellow pet parents! Pets are allowed to roam freely in my home but I am happy to accommodate crate trained animals as well. My small dog loves company, he is very playful and friendly. As for sittings at my clients homes I follow all instructions thoroughly ensuring that your pet stays at ease, on schedule and full of happiness until your return.
