My difficult pup loved her, and my loving pup was even more excited to have her come over even though I was gone. I had Bethany house-sit for a long weekend, and received numerous photos and updates on my fur babies. About: I’ve always naturally connected with animals and genuinely enjoy being around them. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I’m very attentive to routines, feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I know every pet has a different personality, so I try to make them feel relaxed, loved, and cared for like they’re my own. I currently work a hybrid schedule, so I carefully manage my availability to make sure I can provide dependable care and attention during bookings. I’m mainly available Monday-Wednesday and always make time for walks, feeding, playtime, companionship, and updates throughout the stay. I like keeping pets on their normal routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone else, so I take that responsibility seriously. I always follow owner instructions carefully, respect clients’ homes, and prioritize keeping pets safe, comfortable, and supervised. I’m naturally very patient, calm, and communicative, and I’ll make sure to send updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

I had a very long travel day in the morning I left. And when I booked she already had commitments until later in the evening which I was aware of. I thought it would be okay and just had my neighbor check on him later in the afternoon in the crate and he had had diarrhea while in his crate. She was superb! At a very difficult and stressful time, she was able to housesit for three days and two nights and take care of my two pups (a 40 pound full-of-energy Brittany, and a 18 pound dachshund/terrier mix). She made me feel at ease and comfortable with choosing her, and made them feel taken care of and loved. Excellent dog skills and superior people skills too. I received regular updates on the dogs and pics of them too. Even with a demanding food regimen and the boundless energy of these dogs on their walks, she came through with flying colors! About: Our pets are just an extension of our family. I grew up in a house with pets and farm animals. I was taught to treat these animals with love and respect and ensure that they had fresh water and food every day.and that they were cleaned-up after, exercised and that they were comfortable. Upon having pets of my own, I raised my kids and now, grandkids, that our pets are special and essential in our lives and need to be treated that way. I have owned strays and mixed breeds, and a lhasa apso to hybrid wolves. A few years back, I started carrying for friends pets in their homes when they traveled. This service brings them peace of mind and comfort when they are away, as they know their sweet pet is being cared for with the same level of care that they provide. And having their pet in their own environment is less stressful of the whole family. I ensure that a regular routine is maintained and that fresh food and water is always available. I walk and/or play with them to entertain and exercise your pet on a daily basis. I am happy to provide updates and pics while you are away. And I make sure that the poop is cleaned up, as well. I am recently retired and have lots of flexibility in my schedule so I am available to walk or provide over-night stays when needed. I care for your pet as you would care for them. I do my best to keep them safe and cared for in the environment they are used to, their own home.

About: I think what sets me apart from other sitters is my determination, admiration, and respect for all. I take all comments and concerns as a growing opportunity for my own experience and also to better the experience of your pets. I work graveyard 5 days a week, and I find myself wanting to detach and find comfort in another opportunity as well as keeping my original job. I am good with communication and will always find a way to work around my schedule, compromise, while also taking consideration of the owners schedule. I will first make sure your pet is comfortable with me in their presence and asking the owners about their personality and what the pets routine is throughout the day/night. I am a list person and will always make sure to check all the boxes as needed. While also developing a kind friendship with your pet.
