Dog Boarding in Terminal Island, Los Angeles

About: I’m an enthusiastic animal lover. I have fostered, adopted, and cared for dogs and cats all my life. I have an old lady staffy who is absolutely spoiled. I’d be happy to spoil your pets, too! I work part-time as a substitute teacher. My schedule is flexible and I can usually adjust my teaching hours to accommodate pet walking and sitting. Let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to make it work for you. I am trustworthy and reliable. I have a fully closed-in yard where dogs are free to roam. Pets are also welcome inside the home, of course! I will stay home all day with your pet to insure their comfort and safety.

When my puppy was going settling down to bed, she used a warm wash cloth on her face and wipe under her eyes and on her nose because I told her that relaxes her. Mary went above and beyond to make Missie’s stay wonderful. I’m going to book with Mary every time now. Missie didn’t want to leave! You can tell Mary’s passion is to love and care for dogs. It’s definitely her life’s goal to make dogs feel safe and she pampers them like absolute princes/princesses. Mary is an angel.”

“Tim H. has been an absolute godsend with Archie! I can't tell you what a relief it is having him take care of my pup at home. He's fantastic about keeping Archie on his schedule, never misses a beat with that special diet (which is a pain to manage, honestly), and takes him on these epic walks around the neighborhood that Archie just lives for. If you can believe it! Tim makes sure Archie's area is clean and safe, and I love how he'll spend time playing fetch in the yard to wear my little energizer bunny out. The best part? Getting those random updates and videos of Archie crashed out on his favorite blanket - melts my heart every time! You can just tell Tim doesn't see this as a job - he genuinely cares about Archie like he's his own. What a find!”

I can be a bit of a helicopter dog owner and Christa takes such good care of Lucky I literally never worry. She’s kind and considerate and has a love for life that she extends to all living creatures- inviting Lucky in to her life caring for him on walks, beach days… it’s so great. I promise if you have her care for your animals you’ll be a return customer after the first time. She gives delightful reports, is attentive and she even went out and got little toys and a brush for Lucky! I met Christa through Rover and have now dropped Lucky off with her countless times, I would trust her with my life at this point. 10000000/10.”

“Justin was so great with our little nervous pup and took the time to meet up with us twice prior to our booking to make sure my little chihuahua/pinscher felt comfortable in his company and with his own two dogs. He was patient, played ball with our little guy and allowed him to sit with him as much as necessary. He always responded to my texts/emails in a timely fashion and was truly wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Justin and will call on him again if he'll have my little nervous guy again! ;)”
