So glad we met her; she took care of my dog who just had surgery and has separation issues for three days… Bridgette was able to get him to settle down, administer medication, and provide many walks, play time, and snuggles on the bed. Eric and Skye were great sitters for our dog Otis! They were available on short notice, provided regular updates, and handled all of his quirks well. I cannot recommend Wooyoung enough! She was so warm, communicative, and helpful from start to finish. She stayed in constant contact while we were away, regularly sending photos and videos of our dogs happily playing or resting in her home...it was clear they felt comfortable and safe during their stay. I will absolutely reach out to Wooyoung again next time we need a caregiver for our dogs.

Melody is amazing! We are always extremely nervous when we have to go out of town without Sparky, we were blessed that Melody was available as she has watched Sparky in the past. She kept us updated, gave us information about how he was doing, and even took him on a little outing. I thought he would be so sad when he returned home, but he was full of energy with a huge smile on his face, which is an indicator that she did an amazing job. Brenda and David are wonderful pet sitters. This is the first time I worked with them and I was gone for a full week. They sent pictures and updates every day and my dog looked really happy and content. She also came home in a great mood which is so telling! They are great communicators and very easy to work with, as well as being warm, open people. I could tell right away when I met each of them that they are trustworthy and kind. I would book with them again anytime!
Janae's service as a sitter is awesome. I love how close she was to our neighborhood. She was flexible and communicative. She was solution oriented even though Samson had a tough time adjusting. As this was his first time being away from home. She was also open to my recommendations in helping him adjust. I appreciate She had a system. She is truly a 5/5. I would absolutely recommend her and use her again, if she was willing. :)
Andrea was amazing! My dog stayed with her for 3 nights, and she took very good care of her. My dog has a lot of allergies and very sensitive paws, so Andrea was happy to put her socks on before walks and clean her paws with her medicated wipes every day. She also sent several photo updates throughout the day, which I really appreciated. It was clear my dog was well taken care of, and I would definitely book with Andrea again.
Once again, Melissa went above and beyond for our sweet girl, Joey. I always appreciate her flexibility when we are running late, her daily updates with photos, and her way of making sure Joey feels safe, especially when we drop her off and she gets a little anxious. Can’t recommend her enough! :)
Lila took great care of our Mia, and we would definitely book with her again! She was communicative, accommodating when our flight was delayed and we needed a later pickup, and sent adorable photo updates. Mia looked so comfortable and especially loved sunbathing in their backyard! Highly recommend!
Mahshid was absolutely fantastic! She treated my dog with so much care giving her all the treats and multiple walks a day, she consistently sent update photos, and she even made sure to give me a home tour so I knew exactly where my dog was staying. Shes super kind, I had a last minute flight emergency and she made sure to take care of my baby through all of the stress of trying to get back home. I’ve used many sisters on rover and she’s by far the best i’ve had thus far! 100% recommend and will be booking with her moving forward.
