“Jess & Max were amazing and very flexible with my 12 year old dog that has never been boarded before. Although I soon learned that my dog was not adjusting easily, I was already out of the country. Max and Jess turned up the care and attention for my Panda boy and took him out for extra walks, tried to play with him more, gave him extra attention, and pulled out all stops to keep my dog calm and help him snap out of missing me so much. They sent photos of Panda and gave me honest and truthful updates on how he was doing and adjusting without me. Max & Jess are amazing and I highly recommend them. I love how they only take 1 dog at a time so I was rest assured that two fun and dedicated humans were devoting their attention on one little dog. The neighborhood is a good dog-walking area too.”

She is so amazing with communication and she just truly has the biggest heart for pups. I’m pretty sure I trust Julie Anne more with my pup than my mom now haha. She definitely has so much love for our furry friends and will do her absolute best to make them feel at home with her! Definitely will be booking with Julie Anne again in the near future!!”

“This is a late review since I had Boshi taken care of back in July but omg, Kriisnardi is the best! We had to find someone on short notice and we got Kriisnardi. During our trip in Universal Studios, Kriisnardi kept us updated with messages, pictures, and even videos throughout the whole day! With that, we felt comfortable and happy and at ease that Boshi was well taken care off by a very nice and thoughtful person! Kriisnardi will be our choice whenever we have a trip in LA again! :)”

“Snowball had a fantastic stay with Maiko. She took such good care of him and always kept me posted. She went above and beyond and I felt 100% comfortable leaving Snowball with her for two weeks while I was out of the country. I could tell Snowball was very comfortable and happy staying with her. He was well taken care with his "basic" needs like food, medication, etc. But he was also very loved, taken on plenty of walks and adventures. Will be using Maiko again the next time we have to travel without Snowball!”
