“Vuanh & Travis were one of the best Rovers I have had & I have been using this app for years now. Everyday the photos sent showed my dog Bella having the time of her life as she became acquainted with their 3 fur babies living with them. Each day the photos showed a clear message that Bella, Cheese, Crackers, & Pickles were becoming more than just acquainted, but the best of friends. It was clear that she was treated as part of the family by how comfortable she became snuggling with the other dogs & always having a smile on her face. The multiple walks they took everyday let me know that Bella's high-energy & adventurous attitude was taken into consideration greatly, which, for other rovers, I cannot say the same. About: Hi! My love for animals started young with trips to the SD Zoo, watching Animal Planet and The Wild Thornberrys, and transitioned to an enthusiasm for pet care when I got my first dog at 10. Much like dogs, I need enough active time during the day to really get good rest later, and I’d love to help your dogs get the attention they need! For cats: I let them take the lead. Some want to play (and I always come with toys), and others prefer that I feed them, change their litter box, and step away while they eye me suspiciously. I never force anything, and that's probably why shy cats tend to feel safe with me. For dogs: Safety first – I always double check the collar/harness. I never have headphones on when I walk them, because I prefer to be present with him/her/them. Overall, my goal is for the pet to feel safe and cared for, and you to have peace of mind. About: Hello from Alicia and James! First off, we love animals! We each had pets growing up and as adults - dogs, cats, hamsters, everything. Over the past ten years or so, our house has become a landing spot for our friends' dogs so we're used to providing a nice space for them - we play, run through commands, go for lots of walks, and give plenty of affection. Having used Rover to board we know what makes a good experience. You will receive as many photos as you’d like – If you want a lot of pics and details, like me, you’ll get them. If your dog requires medication or special treatment, they’ll get it and on time – our last dog Smuckers was on meds in her older years so we know how important it is. Our drinking water is Berkey filtered and we run two air purifiers. Our home is clean and spacious. Including a large enclosed side-patio. Our home is also a peaceful place to be. The vibe is calm. We read books, listen to music, cook, laugh, go to bed early :) and we’d love for your pet to join us. We will spoil them! I work from home so your pup will get all the attention and love they need. And lots of walks too - three a day is no problem! We previously had two dogs of our own so our home is very dog friendly - it's an indoor/outdoor space that is secure and homey. Your dogs will be treated as if they were our own - with lots of love and attention.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.

“Tyler took our boys in for a Saturday-Sunday adventure, which I call their “little vacation,” and took amazing care of them. Our puppy is only 17 weeks old, so he requires a lot of work, including frequent potty breaks. Even though he is potty-trained and can hold all night, he is not completely housebroken. Our older one is only 14 months old, so he’s not that much older and he pulls on his walks and gets the zoomies every night. I appreciate Tyler’s willingness to accept these two Frenchie pups and spend a Saturday night with them. I love Tyler’s energy and how calm he is. Our older one loves going to Tyler’s place. He gets all excited when I start packing his food bowl. 🥰”
