About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up in a home where they were truly part of the family. My mom has always had Standard Poodles, so I’m very familiar with their temperament, grooming needs, and breed-specific considerations. I understand the importance of proper coat maintenance, routine brushing, and being mindful of deep-chested breeds that can be prone to bloat (GDV) including avoiding exercise immediately after meals. In college, my roommates and I always had a dog, and we shared daily responsibilities including walks, feeding schedules, grooming, and overall care. One of our dogs was a Chinese Crested (hairless), which gave me experience with unique breeds that require specific skin care and extra attention. Being around different breeds and temperaments over the years has made me comfortable adapting to a variety of personalities and needs. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages from energetic puppies who need structure and consistency, to senior dogs who require patience, gentleness, and close monitoring. I understand that every dog has its own routine, sensitivities, and comfort level. As a mother, responsibility and attentiveness come naturally to me. I take trust seriously and aim to provide calm, dependable care whether it’s walks, drop-ins, boarding, overnight stays, or basic medication support. I also provide daily check-ins with thoughtful photo updates, and I’m happy to arrange FaceTime or video calls if that helps you feel more comfortable while you’re away. Clear communication and consistency are very important to me. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be fully present and attentive when caring for pets. As a full-time mother, maintaining structure, supervision, and consistency is part of my daily routine. My daughter is primarily with me throughout the week and every other weekend. She is in school during the weekdays, which allows me additional flexibility during the day for walks, drop-ins, and attentive care. She has grown up around dogs and understands how to be calm, gentle, and respectful with animals. All interactions are supervised, and I prioritize a safe, structured environment for every pet in my care. I intentionally limit bookings to ensure each pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. Your pet’s routine and well-being will always be a priority in my schedule. Clear communication, reliability, and a peaceful home environment are very important to me. Safety, trust, and attention to detail are very important to me. I understand that every dog has unique routines, energy levels, and preferences, and I carefully follow each pet’s specific instructions to ensure consistency and comfort. Whether it’s feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication, or special requests, I aim to provide reliable, thoughtful care tailored to each dog. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I am respectful, discreet, and mindful of the space. I treat every home with professionalism and care. In my own home, I maintain a clean, calm, and organized environment. I’m located in a family-friendly West Hollywood neighborhood with safe sidewalks and a steady presence of people walking outdoors, which makes for secure and enjoyable walks. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for whether in your home or mine.
“Marcellas did a great job coming by and walking Banksy and Clyde. He also was great at communicating and sending pics of my dogs. I def. will have Marcellas take care of my dogs again.”

About: Growing up surrounded by many different pets, I've developed a lifelong love and understanding of animals. My family had dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, turtles, and more, each teaching me unique lessons in pet care. When I was 16, we adopted an adorable dog from the shelter, and I took on the responsibility of training, teaching, and loving him the most. This experience taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. In recent years, I've often been entrusted with cat-sitting for family friends while they travel, ensuring their furry friends are well-cared for and happy in their absence. With my extensive experience and genuine love for animals, I’m committed to providing the best care for your best friend. As I figure out the next steps in my career, I have plenty of time to spend on pet care. I prioritize feeding, walking, and playing with pets throughout the day, adapting to their needs and ensuring they stay active and happy. This dedicated time allows me to provide personalized attention and build strong bonds with each pet I care for. When caring for pets, I provide dedicated and personalized service tailored to their needs and preferences. As a dog walker, I ensure that dogs get the exercise they need, including running for larger breeds who thrive on vigorous activity. I maintain a keen eye on their safety and enjoyment during walks, always prioritizing their well-being. Beyond physical activity, I understand the importance of companionship and affection. I gladly offer cuddles and affection to pets that enjoy it, fostering a bond of trust and comfort. This nurturing approach extends to all animals under my care, ensuring they feel secure and loved in their environment. I also make sure to stick to routines and instructions provided by pet owners, ensuring consistency and comfort for the pets. Whether it's following specific feeding schedules or engaging in playtime, I maintain clear communication with clients to meet their pets' unique needs effectively. “This was Danie’s first time taking care of our cats, and she was terrific. She made friends with our shy cat immediately; it usually takes him a long time to feel comfortable with someone new. And Danie’s posts each day were lengthy and thoughtful. (She even included updates on our fish. :) ) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”

“Wrenley is amazing! She took such great care of Bumi and was incredibly thoughtful, asking detailed questions to make sure she understood exactly how to care for him. We felt so comfortable leaving him with her.”

“Elena was great! I came home to a very happy kitty and she also helped with small favours around the home, including taking care of our plants. Thank you!”

“Literally, Amber is a life saver. I needed a last minute pet sitter & she was a perfect sitter for my boy Smokey. He’s on three different types of medication twice a day and she was on it! Updated pictures & spent quality time with Smokey. 10/10 recommend, she even left a sweet card, checked on me when I returned home, and some snack for her new furry bff.”

“Alex was prompt, professional, and thorough during his visits with Daisy! He made sure to keep me updated by providing a clear summary of how their time together went. He was flexible when I relayed specific details to him about our pup’s care. Would definitely book with him again!”

“Colleen was AMAZING!! I was nervous to leave my cat for a week, and she was so easy to communicate with and sent lots of pics / videos to let me know my baby was safe and well taken care of! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

About: I have a history as a dog groomer/bather, and have taken care of pets and had pet responsibilities of all kind since I was a child. I have been pet sitting for friends and family throughout my teenage years into adulthood and I have a soft spot for senior pets, as well as have specific safety training from my time as a dog groomer/bather. I am very comfortable with all animals and their needs and will always take into consideration any individual needs or requirements! I am very organized and will take into consideration every detail that is needed when providing for your pet. My family owned a Shiba Inu that we loved and cared for into her senior years, and now owns a playful, mischievous 5 year old munchkin cat! It was always a childhood dream of mine to work with animals as I love spending time with them and making sure that their daily lives are filled with nothing but love and comfort! :) I am a music therapy intern so during the week I work at my internship from 9-5, but am still able to provide care for your furry babies both before and after. I have also worked to provide comfort, music and support for many different people so I am very understanding of any stresses that may be happening within your life and will strive to provide the best service possible for your pet. <3 I have just finished grad school and am free to care for your kitties throughout this fall before I begin an internship this winter. I have a retail job but I have generally open availability and can work around your schedule! After recently moving to LA, I don’t currently have a pet in my home. In your own home let me know every detail on how to best provide for your pet!
Pico-Robertson pet parents share their Rover experiences
This is our second time booking with Kaylee to watch over our 2 cats. Our cats warmed up to her quickly, so each time we are out of town we know they are in good hands. Kaylee is kind, communicative and goes above and beyond. We enjoy receiving updates about our kitties with photos. Thank you, Kaylee, for everything.! Will definitely book again in the future.

She watched my two cats while I was away and I’m so grateful for how thoughtful and helpful she was the whole time. She made everything really easy and stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of. She paid attention to their routines, kept me updated, and was just very considerate in general. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing they were in good hands while I was gone. I would absolutely trust her to watch them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter.

Matt was so great with our cat Navi. Even though she hid in their first meet and greet, from the day he started taking care of her she looked forward to seeing him daily. His updates were the highlight of our day and he took great care of our cat and our house. Will definitely work with him again.
