About: I have been obsessed with animals of all kinds since birth but my love for dogs started with my very first pup - Buck the black lab, who I grew up with. As I kid I started my own dog walking business putting up posters all around the streets of Long Beach. And then my very first job as a teenager was at PetSmart at their Pet Hotel caring for dogs in boarding and doggie daycare. Since then I have consistently volunteered in dog rescue working at adoption events and caring for dogs onsite at their facilities. While I am working on building my own small business, nothing would bring me more joy than you care for your sweet pups while you're away. I am currently working on building my own small artisan ice cream business and I am looking to help supplement my income part time while still doing something I am passionate about! I am available to walk and check in on your pet (or even take them on a nice hike) most weekdays especially in the morning or midday hours. I am available some weekends as well if planned in advance! I have a lot of experience house and pet sitting so I take caring for a pet inside of their own space very seriously. Dogs LOVE routine so I am more than happy to follow all of the typical feeding, medication, and training routines that you have already established with your pet. We can also go on walking routes that your dog is already most comfortable with.

About: I grew up with a family dog who had a difficult start in life, and going to obedience classes with him gave me a great foundation for understanding dog behavior. I now have a retired racing greyhound of my own and he's the love of my life. We've been through basic obedience training together, worked through separation anxiety, and I've learned to recognize exactly what he needs (and wants). I've learned a lot about the temperaments and needs of different breeds, and love to help friends find enrichment activities and solutions for issues with their own dogs. I'm self-employed and I can't imagine a better way to fill my free time than spending it with dogs. I'm available for drop-ins and long or short walks in the morning or during the day, whether you’re looking for last-minute help, occasional visits, or a daily routine. I'm happy to be part of your dog’s daily exercise routine, help practice basic training commands, or offer enrichment activities like fetch, flirt pole, or nose work in your home. I believe giving a dog a great life is about clear communication (in both directions) and doing their favorite things as often as possible. Every dog is different, and I can't wait to build a relationship with your beloved pet.

About: I grew up with hunting dogs, mostly labradors, and for years, I have taken care of friends’ dogs when they’ve been out of town or need to work overtime for a bit. Much like dogs, I need enough active time during the day to really get good rest later, and I’d love to help your dogs get the attention they need! I’m currently running my own business from home and have a lot of availability during “normal” working hours. I take care of my own 2 cats in the during the day as well. I will treat your pets as if they are my own, and I will have the utmost respect for your home, leaving it in the same condition I found it.

About: What sets me apart is my attentive approach to pet care. I take time to understand the needs and personality of each pet, and plan the activities accordingly. I have a flexible hybrid job with two office days a week. I have time for walks in the mornings and evenings, and any time on weekends. I provide a calm environment where dogs feel safe and welcome. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was about 14 years old. My friends, family, and neighbors have always been my best return customers. I am a truly charismatic animal lover that will treat your pet as if they were my own. I am happy to give daily enrichment, walks, and any needed belly scratches. I have experience with senior animals, those who require medication or special food, and animals who may have physical disabilities. I am also a trained foster with Best Friends Animal Society and spend as much time with animals as I can! I work full-time but have a flexible schedule on weekdays. I am most open Thursday-Sunday as well as long weekends. Open to doing last minute walks or feeding, if requested! I will be sure to treat your home with respect. I will do my best to keep your pet’s areas tidy and any care items, toys, or food in their usual spots.

Whether it’s keeping pets active on walks or making sure cats feel safe and cozy while you’re away, I love spending time with animals and giving them the same care I’d want for my own. You can count on me to follow routines, send plenty of updates, and make sure your pets feel right at home. I work full-time everyday except for Tuesdays and Sundays. Weird schedule, I know! As holidays come up I will have more availability. I can receive your pet the day before my day off and keep them safe all the way until you get them back. I keep their routines as close to normal as possible, from feeding times to favorite toys, so they feel right at home. Cats get a calm, cozy space with plenty of hiding spots, sunny nap areas, and gentle play sessions. I keep litter boxes clean, offer enrichment, and give lots of affection while respecting their boundaries. Pets will stay in a closed off bedroom (master bedroom!) with a personal bathroom so they will have plenty of space and privacy for their stay. For boarding, your pet will get: • A quiet, safe environment • Plenty of love and attention • Fresh water and clean spaces • Daily photo and message updates
