About: I’ve been a dog mom for 4.5 years now and have been working on training my dog as a psychiatric service dog for the last 1.5 years. Before adopting my dog, I took care of dogs through dog sitting and walking. Since I’ve had my own, I understand deeply the love a human has for a companion and how important it is that our furry babies are taken well care of. Not only have I spent these years giving my dog everything, but I’ve treated him with the most care and love. I will do the same during any walk or drop in I do with your dog. I enjoy actually playing and reinforcing their training at any points. Currently, I’m at home 24/7 except when I walk my own dog. I don’t have any job at the moment as I just transitioned to LA after spending 6 years in Massachusetts. I would love to start walking dogs regularly while I’m on the hunt for either a part time or full time job. In any client’s home, I take very seriously how the client requests of me during my check ins with their dog and during walks. I’m happy to take off my shoes if need be or only spend time outdoors if that’s what is requested. I’m very flexible as long as the dog is happy and taken care of!

About: I have had pets my whole life including dogs, cats, and even frogs! From I young age, I have been trusted by friends, neighbors, and family members to look after their pets. I genuinely enjoy meeting new animals, and when looking after them I make sure to go beyond the minimal check-in to actually get to know the animal and devote time to playing with them. I have a flexible, work-from-home job so I can easily fit in pet care on weekdays as well as weekends. I set my own schedule during the day, so I can easily work around your pet's preferred routine. I prefer caring for pets in their own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I always follow the pet's usual routine as closely as possible, including their feeding schedule, walk times, playtime, and any medications or special needs. I also make sure to spend quality time with them so they feel loved and at ease while their owners are away. I'm respectful of the home and always aim to leave it just as I found it, if not better. My goal is to provide both pets and their humans peace of mind during every stay.

Animals are also better than humans, sorry. My experience: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, but have been lucky enough to experience being a cat parent in adulthood. I currently have one senior dog and one senior cat (with big personalities) 🤣 My partner and I had two senior cats previously that have since passed. All of our sweet babies were adopted as seniors and I have been their caretakers through all of their illnesses. So I have experience administering medicine and caring for multiple illnesses. I also previously worked at a pet store and have extensive knowledge of pet products. I’m self employed with my own business, where I work remotely and make my own hours, so my schedule is completely open. I do travel frequently, but give plenty of notice for when I’ll be away :) Your trust and comfort is my top priority. As someone who consistently uses pet sitters, I know how it feels to be away and worried about your fur baby. So constant communication and reassurance is guaranteed. About: I am happy to walk your pup, take them to the local dog park, and play while you are away. I have owned dogs since I was ten and currently have an adorable seven pound Yorkie who loves other dogs. I have experience with large dogs (owned two black labs) and small dogs alike. I live in a dog friendly apartment building in Little Tokyo, and am happy to send photos/videos of your pup while you're away. I am also experienced in giving medications if need be, and will work to accommodate any other needs, so feel free to reach out with questions. I work from home full-time so your dog will never be alone for very long, and I can accommodate just about any bathroom schedule they'll need. I only board one family at a time, but am willing to take multiple dogs from the same family! I am also very hygienic, smoke free, and have no children or roommates. Plenty of space in the apartment for your dog to stretch out, play, and relax. I work from home and have plenty of time to devote to your pets while you are away. I am happy to take dogs on as many walks as needed a day. I have a large dog crate if needed, a nearby dog park, and plenty of space for your dog to be comfortable in my apartment.
