About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’ve regularly pet-sat for friends and family, fostered animals, and provided attentive care for pets of all ages. I’m comfortable administering medications and following specific routines to ensure pets feel safe and well cared for. I’m also able to stay multiple days with pets when needed. I currently have a 15-year-old dog, so I’m especially patient, attentive, and experienced with senior pet care. I treat every animal like my own and prioritize comfort, consistency, and love. I work fully remote, which allows me to be flexible with my location and spend plenty of time with the pets I’m caring for as long as I have internet access. My job isn’t overly demanding, so I’m able to give pets consistent attention throughout the day, including feeding, walks or playtime, medication, and companionship. This flexibility allows me to easily stay multiple days with pets and maintain their normal routines while their owners are away. I care for pets by prioritizing consistency, comfort, and attention to their individual needs. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks or playtime, and any specific instructions provided by the owner. I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their environment by giving them plenty of companionship, monitoring their behavior and health, and adjusting care as needed. With my own senior dog, I’m especially attentive to signs of discomfort or changes in behavior, and I bring that same level of patience and care to every pet I look after.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. I love taking long walks around the city so having a furry companion with me is a great bonus, and for the older sleepier pets I am happy to spend a night sitting with them and am experienced in administering oral medications. I always make sure to take lots of great photos of your pets while I’m caring for them. I’m currently working freelance so I have lots of flexibility in my schedule. Happy to pet sit any day of the week or check in on pets throughout the day. Though always please check my calendar for updated availability. I can’t take care of pets at my place because I share my house but I’m happy to take care of your dogs at your house, having done it for years with my own animals and others. Whether your dog is playful and energetic or chill and cuddly I am ready to meet them where they are at. Of course I will make sure they are fed, watered, and have any medication they may need.

About: Greetings! I'm Sam, one of those actor/comedian types. There are so few of us in LA, it's crazy! I grew up in LA, but moved to New York 10 years ago to study acting at NYU. New York is a great place, but also a very hard place to exist however, without a doubt whenever I was having a bad day or on auto pilot and I would see a dog on the street I would immediately smile. I was the go to dog sitter for my friends back in NY. My loves were Petri, a white, crazy energetic chihuahua and Zoey, a lethargic cuddly black lab. I grew up with dogs, and like a lot of kids wanted to be a vet when I was younger. I really sincerely care for dogs so much, and they bring me so much joy so I really look forward to meeting your best friends!

About: I absolutely love animals, but who here doesn’t? I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life so my pet care experience mostly lies there, but is not limited. I’ve cared for friends and family members animals my whole life and am very comfortable around them. Ask me any questions you may have! I look forward to hearing from you! (: I work part time so my schedule is mostly free & flexible. I’m quite a homebody and really enjoy being home, as well as outdoors hiking or being active. I live in an enclosed apartment with no balcony or backyard so it’s a safe place for cats and dogs of course. I’m extremely communicative and would treat your home as it is my own.

About: Experienced pet owner (3 dogs, 3 cats, currently own 1 dog) and dog fosterer between 2016-2018 for multiple organizations! I recently had a stray dog take shelter on my patio, likely not a coincidence, and after a week of coaxing managed to bring her inside my home with crate training (my dog Petunia was a great companion) and get her into rescue! See 3rd photo! I truly love animals and have experience with all sizes, energy levels and even fear based aggression. I administer meds to my dog daily and am extremely specific when it comes to my own dog's care, so I know what it means to be a client with high expectations! I love getting to know and develop bonds with animals and it has always been natural to me. Depending on your dog, my dog Petunia can cohabitate with yours or yours with mine. I have a flexible remote schedule, with more availability on Fridays and Saturdays. Afternoons and evenings during the week work very well for me! I consider any Rover service a delightful respite where I can disconnect amd focus on your pet! I have my own dog (see photos) so for extended dogsitting I can bring her to yours or have yours stay with us! I am very good about making a calm entrance to reassure any pet and get to know each pet "on their level".
