“Miss Lilly had a wonderful day at Sylvia and Ethan’s while I was away! It sounds like she made the best of friends with the other little doggies (and humans of course). She’s a bit older and needs to go out for potty breaks often- this place is great because there is a little door for going in and out. They reported that she ate a wonderful dinner after playing all day. They were very responsive and accommodating as I had to drop my little one off a little early. They are great and I highly recommend them, will likely book again :)”

“Em & Taylor took care of our 2.5 yr old husky boy so my wife and I could sneak out to a dinner party. They took him on a surprise hike and kept him busy- and kept us up to date on what was going on. Thanks so much!”

About: I raised my 2 mini schnauzers from puppyhood through their twilight years and loved every second of it. We made many other dog friends along the way, including the occasional sleepover. I work remotely from home, so it’s easy for me to adapt to whatever schedule your dog is used to! I travel for 2-3 weeks in the year around (but typically not during) holidays. My apartment complex is gated with great walking areas for the community’s many pets. A public park is just next door with hiking trails for higher energy pups. I also have extra beds, crates, leashes, bowls, and toys if you forget yours or prefer not to haul them around.
“Taryn was so great! She helped me out with a last minute daycare request and she took great care of my sweet pup. They had a cozy chill day which is exactly my dog’s speed and made her feel right at home while I was away :) thank you!”

“Did an amazing job! Never had to worry for a second, Thomas kept us well informed with plenty of updates and pictures. And his four legged little friend was also so sweet and friendly. A great buddy for any pet in his care. Your pet will be well taken care of and have an amazing time! Almost like a vacation for your pet too!”

“I needed a last minute pet sitter for my new puppy. I hadn’t left him alone before so I was quite nervous, but Sabrina eased any worries I might have by updating me regularly and sending me the absolute cutest videos of my baby boy playing and getting cared for. She even made sure his bed was clean since he had a little potty accident. Waylon came back home happy and worn out! I never thought my boy would be relaxed. I recommend Sabrina for detailed care for your furry babies ❤️ thank you and will be back again”

“Eames is exhausted after a very fun day with Teresa and her family. Thank you for all of the updates and for taking such good care of him. We hope to see you guys soon!”

“This is the second time we use her for our dog she is very friendly and always available to help take care of Leo for us to go watch the dodgers game. I recommend her !”

About: I’ve had and cared for pets my whole life, from puppies and kittens into old age. I believe the unconditional love and companionship we receive from animals deserves reciprocation. It brings me so much joy to spend even a fraction of my day with such loving creatures. I also enjoy taking pet photos and sharing with their owners so they can know their loved ones are happy and in good hands! I currently have Thursday’s and Friday’s off from work, so my schedule is pretty open after I drop my kids at school at 8 until I pick them up at 5:30. I could potentially do some weekends as well, depending on timing and frequency. I treat every client’s home and pets as if they were own, with the utmost care and respect. I am reliable and incredibly cautious with locking up and making sure all is in order before I go.
About: Have taken care of dogs of all types since I was a kid! Neighbors, family and friends have all entrusted me - And I love doing it! I recently left an all consuming corporate job to figure out what I’d like to do next. Right now, I have plenty of time on my hands to show your beloved pets a wonderful holiday away from home! I live in a stand alone, quite tucked away, home. I have a backyard for quick plays but also live in a great neighborhood for lots of walks! The park is also a short walking distance for really having a good time!!
“Paul is kind, flexible, and patient! Our dog is from a local city shelter and it's been challenging for us to socialize her with other people and dogs. Paul made this experience smooth and positive for our family. Thank you!!!”

About: I'm the sitter who lets your pet come to me on their terms — because I know trust is earned, not assumed. I grew up in a house with five cats and one Doberman, so I've spent basically my whole life reading feline body language and figuring out what makes each one tick. I love the little rituals: figuring out if your cat's a chin-scratch or belly-rub type, learning their favorite napping spot, and sticking to their routine so nothing feels different while you're gone. I'm happy just hanging out. Cats are where my heart is, but growing up with a dog too means I'm comfortable with feeding, walks, and big-personality energy as well. (P.S. I’m steps from a walking trail and dog park 🐶) Pet care is baked into my daily rhythm — mornings start with feeding and check-in time, evenings wind down with cuddles. I’m dad to one very large, very fluffy Norwegian Forest Cat, so I already live the routine: feeding schedules, weekly brushing (that coat is a full-time job), and reading his “pay attention to me now” cues. I watch for the small signals that show how a pet is really doing — pinned ears, a low tail, pacing instead of settling, changes in appetite. I always double-check doors and windows are secure, since that’s when pets are most likely to slip out. At home, my cat (cat and dog friendly) has his own quiet space, so any guest pet can decompress without pressure to interact. I’m also comfortable with medication, dietary restrictions, and adjusting my approach based on a pet’s age or anxiety level — because good care isn’t one-size-fits-all.
“Karolina was a total sweetheart and my pup Teddie was quick pals with Karolinas little cutie Pumpkin. Would bring Teddie here anytime and know she is in great hands!”

“We had a great experience with Jade! She kept me updated with the cutest videos and pictures, which truly put me at ease while I was away. It meant so much to see my baby happy, comfortable, and so well cared for. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be coming back soon.”

“Thank you so much to Hilary and Jared for taking great care of my pup. I got photos and updates through the day, they went for walks, and I knew he was in very good hands! We hope to be back soon!”

“Hailee and her pup Daisy were so welcoming to us and our puppy Nico when we arrived. Hailee sent us so many cute pictures and I was never for a second concerned about my naughty puppy. Nico didn’t want to get in the car after a day playing with Daisy!!! I will be taking him back for more visits even when I don’t really need to just because he had so much fun. We had a great experience with Hailee.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Echo Park
Jie & Hailong were wonderful with Bolt and made me feel completely at ease leaving him in their care. They communicated really well, sent lots of adorable updates throughout the day, and took Bolt out several times during daycare. I’d definitely book with them again and highly recommend them!

Em and Taylor are such pros!! They kept my Siberian husky entertained and stimulated while I was gone for the evening. She was very happy to be there! I received lovely photos. Plus the fact that they are so flexible was such a great benefit after another Rover cancelled on me. I highly recommend your dog in their care!

Cecile did an amazing job watching my Dog Samson ! He can be handful sometimes with separation issues, so I appreciate a mindful and caring sitter. When I picked him up he was in great sprints and could tell he had a fun time with Cecile. I would highly recommend her with your cherished pets !

This is the second time that I have utilized Olivia’s services. It should have been the third but we had to cancel once due to one of our dogs getting sick and passing away. Olivia was so kind and empathetic when I informed her of what happened and it meant the world to me and my husband. For this stay, she accommodated us LAST MINUTE and I am so so thankful. She is so kind and doesn’t mind hanging out with our anti social dog. We appreciate you so much!
