“Stephanie was great with Tobin! She was fully accommodating when I needed someone to watch my dog last minute. She is warm and caring, Tobin immediately warmed up to her and she followed all my instructions. Tobin was relaxed and chill when I returned.”

“Karina did a great job watching Anastasia. She took plenty of photos to check in with us and was very responsive by texts! Thanks will book again if we need her!”

“Kay was amazing with our pup! He was immediately affectionate and it looks like he really enjoyed his time with her. 100% recommend booking with Kay! Very kind person and our puppy knew it right away.”

“I was really nervous to leave my dog because it was his first time and he’s usually very scared of people. But she did an amazing job he had so much fun, felt completely relaxed at her place, and she took such good care of him. I highly recommend her a thousand times!”

“So grateful for Ekaterina and her husband for helping us out with a last-minute booking. Striker had a great time with them, and we appreciated their communication throughout the day. They made sure our pup got plenty of time outdoors, walking him twice, and even had a wonderful little photo shoot with him, so we have some great updated pictures! We will definitely book with her again :)”

“Taryn was so great and sweet to my dog, Oyster! Oyster has a little separation anxiety and can be really sad when I leave, and Taryn did a great job comforting him and keeping him distracted. Taryn was really great with my dog and I highly recommend her!”

About: Hey there! My name’s Anika and I love spending my time with animals. :) I’ve been pet-sitting for the past year or so for different people in my neighborhood and have helped so, sooo many animals and people with their pets over the course of my life! I started asking myself what field of work I could see myself doing regularly while also working on the skills I’d like to develop, and being around and taking care of animals wins every time. My family in Chicago adopted my dog over 10 years ago now, I adopted a cat that I’ve had with me in LA for the last 2 years and I grew up with birds! I even had a fish for a very brief period of time before passing it along to someone else. Ensuring that my pets are always safe is my no.1 priority, I am constantly googling things to make sure everything is alright and up-to-date with them. I also work mostly from home- I own my own Airbnb business which I can do from anywhere which allows me to be at home with them often. I am also a musician so have to travel for that from time to time, but usually not for extended periods of time, just for a few hours in the day/ night. I love nature and all living things and will do everything in my power to make sure your babies are happy, safe and entertained with me! As of right now, I take care of 2 of my neighbors pets whenever they need me to. I just got done with baby sitting for my upstairs neighbor Kate over the last 3 weeks. Her frenchie mo is the sweetest boy ever, we went on walks every day, I fed him salmon, put in his ear medicine nightly and massaged his hind legs. When we weren’t outside or playing some sort of game/ activity, we were just chilling with one another while I worked on my laptop. I’m able to be with your per as much as needed, and more than just take care of them, I make sure to bond with every animal I interact with and give them plenty of love so they don’t feel the lack of your presence 🥺 At the end of the day, they’re all just lil babies. I am able to stay anywhere for any period of time as long as I am able to earn more than my monthly rent during said duration. I live with my cat in an apartment with 3 other roommates, a dog and another cat. I’m able to have pets here during the day time because we have a backyard, movie room, gym and co-working space but it gets challenging at night because there’s not really a place for them to sleep since my cat sleeps in my room. I’m down to do absolutely anything it takes to make sure that your loved one is okay while you’re away.
“Julieth and her husband are good owners and trainers - they have their dogs lined up well and behaved; my pup fit right in and seemed to be comfortable with the other dogs getting cared for - it really was a ‘doggy day-care’ in the literal sense which was a cool experience for my pup - would recommend if you’re looking for a group day care type of style. 10/10”

“Wes and Sabrina take such good care of my dog, Rue. She is always so happy in their company, smiling ear to ear! They are reliable and trustworthy and I’m so happy I found them!”

“Grace was very kind and welcoming to me and my senior dog upon arrival. She communicated well and accommodated my last minute requests. My dog was perfectly fine and in good spirits when I picked her up.”

“Ekaterina is such a great sitter! Great communicator, sends pictures and updates throughout the day. My doggie is a blind anxious doggy and she is so patient with him.”

“Shelly was so kind and sweet with my lil Milo! I appreciated that she was able to take Milo in a short notice and provided updates with pics and videos throughout the day. I also love that Milo bonded with her cute dog, Pepper! 5 stars ⭐️”

About: As a token of my appreciation for giving me the honour of caring for your furbaby, here is a discount link for your first booking https://www.rover.com/sit/francs28431 Our family had dogs and cats since I was 5 y-o. I absolutely love animals of all kinds. After losing our eldest puppy in 2018, my husband suggested that I try dog walking to lift my spirits. I work for Wag for a few years until I decided to go independent with my dog walking/boarding business. I have boarded and walked many dogs from Indiana to California and I am proud to say that your puppy will be well taken care of and have loads of fun while staying with us and our 3 rescues, Logan, Deebo and Westley. From puppies to senior, all are welcome here. We have tons of toys and, since I embroider custom pet portraits and work from home, I am able to take them for potty breaks often and also offer 2 to 3 walks during the day. I’m looking forward to be your puppy’s new friend. I’m currently working embroidering custom pet portraits which give me the flexibility to be home almost all day and care for your puppy as it was mine. I live in an apartment however I am home most all day. If I have to leave for an hour or so, I can crate your puppy for the hour I am out or let it roam free as per your preference. Your puppy will also have the company of my 3 fur babies to keep him/her company. They are allowed in the bed or furniture.
About: I started my Rover business during an emotional recession when I lost my cat (NALA) of 15 years on July 28th, 2023. Nala was my spirit animal, my guide and my best friend. I grew up taking care of animals, I had my own private pet sitting business throughout high school and college. I deeply connect with animals on an emotional, spiritual, mental and heart space. I make it a priority to deeply connect with animals by looking into their eyes, asking them for permission to get close and can sense their needs and wants. Animals are extremely intuitive, they can sense more than humans and are always communicating with us. Taking care of your fur baby would be like taking care of NALA. I'm so fortunate to work from home (or your home) and have a flexible schedule to walk, play and take care of your fur baby. Unless if I want to capture a cute moment with your dog, I'm NOT a dog walker that mindlessly scrolls on their phone when walking a dog. Rest assured that your baby will get my undivided attention. Please note: I encourage you to book as soon as you’re able to get your baby scheduled in. Unfortunately, I’m not able to hold dates and I book up quickly. If not booked within 24 hours, I prioritize other clients. Thank you 💖 I work from home and have plenty of flexibility to walk, play and board your fur baby. I live in front of a park, so plenty of opportunities for easy and accessible time for outdoor play and walks. If I'm house - sitting, my purpose is to be there with your pet 24/7 (excluding Yoga, exercise and grocery shopping runs). Boarding & House Sitting: Please note that I have built a life where I can work remotely. Your pet will have access to 24/7 in-person care (except when exercising & grocery shopping). With house sitting, it includes light cleaning, watering plants, trash take-out and picking up mail. For Boarding, I'm home 24/7 with the exception of gym time and grocery shopping. I take one pet at a time, meaning your baby will have a very private and curated care with me and only me. Please note: I encourage you to book as soon as you’re able to get your baby scheduled in. Unfortunately, I’m not able to hold dates and I book up quickly. If not booked within 24 hours, I prioritize other clients. Thank you 💖 I live an apartment, in front of a large park. I have experience crate training my previous animals. My apartment is closed off and guests need a security code and keys to enter. Very safe and residential area.
“Gozer had the most WONDERFUL time with Brittany at day care!! From the moment we met her, Brittany exuded a sunny warmth that put us at ease for leaving our little old baby in her care. Our pupper also got along excellently with her canine host Bentley as well and they played for hours! She’s not usually like that with other dogs at this age, so I know she was feeling totally comfortable with her environment. Brittany sent pics and took walks with her regularly. Will 100% go to her again if she’ll have us!”

About: Have taken care of my dogs and neighbors dogs from a young age. Experience taking care of cats since childhood. Experience with animals of all sizes. I am a nursing student, but I am currently working on my bachelors online, and as a result free all days to assist with pets. I live in a large apartment that is pet proof for my own pets, and have an apartment with a fenced in area for pets.

About: In addition to being raised with dogs I rescued and trained my own puppy in 2013. Olive was a treasure I had until she passed this last March at 13 years old. I’m not ready for my own dog just yet but it’s my hope that I can use my experience and my love of dogs to help others ☺️❤️ I work from home so my routine currently is to get up at 8 to take my cat (dog friendly) for a brief walk around the block. I typically have meetings 9-12 and I take three hours for personal errands/potential dog walks. I hop back on meetings until about 6/6:30 and then my evenings are generally free As a long time dog owner I approach pet boarding and care with the patience and love that an animal needs in order to be understood. It is imperative to consider the pets position and feelings in a new environment, as most of what people consider to be problematic behaviors are in fact preventable.
“Although I reserved a short stay for my dog at Rachel’s place, Rachel made the whole process very easy. She picked up and returned my dog outside of the building very on time. She also sent me pics for my dog during the stay and my dog looked pretty happy. I will definitely hire her again if I have another appointment in surrounding areas.”

Jenna was incredible. She was able to handle our 3 small dogs all day with love and care. We were especially grateful for the last minute availability, flexibility on timing, and the cute photo updates of cuddles throughout the day. We would definitely trust our babies with Jenna again and would recommend her to anyone seeking care for their babies in LA!

Valari was really nice and patient despite Theo being scared during their first meeting. Seems like Theo warmed up to him quick after he was able to take him from us. He communicated and sent photo/video when needed to keep us updated while we were away for a few hours. Will recommend him to anyone who will need care for their pup even with short notice.

Roxanne was amazing! She accepted our last-minute holiday booking, which was such a huge help. Bella came home happy, well cared for, and completely tired out from all the fun she had. It was clear Bella received lots of love and attention during her stay. We would absolutely book with Roxanne again whenever we’re in the Los Angeles area. Highly recommend!

Kate and Andrew were wonderful to work with. I was a bit nervous about leaving my baby with new people for the first time, but they made sure to have a thorough meet and greet and ask plenty of important questions. They were very responsive to me and very comfortable and loving towards Beau. He seemed extremely cared for and I will definitely be coming back to them ☺️

Judy took wonderful care of Hunter and kept me updated throughout his stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated the communication and the level of care she provided. Hunter came home happy, and I’d absolutely book with Judy again.
