“I'm a nitpicky 'parent' to a dog with severe separation anxiety. However, I felt so at ease leaving my dog with Heeseung as she followed all my care instructions to a T, always responded within a few minutes, and sent detailed updates and photos. My dog can be suspicious of new people but warmed up to Heeseung quickly. Over the course of a few days, my dog went from being nervous to being VERY excited at dropoff, pulling to get to the front door and wagging her tail SO fast upon hearing Heeseung's approaching footsteps. Highly recommended, both by myself and my dog.”

And she follows my extensive directions about my pets because they can be particular (with food, walks, strangers, etc.) When my pets are with Alina I know they're cared for and content.”
