Alex is our pup’s Luna’s home away from home. He is an excellent dog sitter as well as trainer. With Alex’s assistance Luna has achieved her Canine Good Citizen award and I am confident that she will achieve her advance levels soon. Our dogs loved Maxine! She was so great with them- taking them on multiple walks on the beach and paying special attention to our instructions and routine. She was also available on short notice which we were so thankful for! Multiple updates and pictures throughout the day and always responded quickly. We will definitely use Max again!! 🫶🏻
We can't say enough wonderful things about Chia and Jeremy! They took exceptional care of Kaahya and treated her like one of their own. Throughout the day, they made sure she got plenty of pee and poo breaks, took her on a long walk, and even brought her along on adventures to the beach and a coffee shop. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making her experience fun, enriching, and full of attention. One of the things we appreciated most was the constant communication. Chia sent us lots of photos and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Seeing Kaahya happy, relaxed, and enjoying herself made all the difference. When we picked her up, she was content, well-exercised, and clearly had been showered with love and care. It's not easy leaving your fur-baby with someone else, but Chia & Jeremy made the entire experience effortless and reassuring. We would trust them with Kaahya again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, attentive, reliable pet sitters. Our dog Tyson took an immediate liking to Yunqiao, who wisely suggested that we begin the session by all of us taking a short walk together. When it came time for Yunqiao and Tyson to “peel off,” Tyson gave us a brief backward glance and went willingly with Yunqiao, even though he normally suffers from separation anxiety. During the two days of “doggie daycare,” Yunqiao gave us frequent updates and sent photos and even a video of Tyson, commenting that he was “perfect” and peaceful. This was our first time using Rover.com and also the first time to leave Tyson with a stranger. Yunqiao gave us a helpful orientation to Rover.com. All communications from Yunqiao were clear, precise and cordial; and she was very good about soliciting key information she needed about Tyson to give him the best care. Yunqiao and Rover.com definitely exceeded our expectations. We are very much hoping that we will have the opportunity for Tyson to have more doggie daycare dates with Yunqiao.
Ace has stayed with Roxy several times, and every experience has been fantastic. He gets so excited when we pull up to her house, which tells us everything we need to know about how much he loves spending time with her.
