About: Hello! My name is Andrew and I am here on Rover to help any and all pet owners out there. As an owner of a Husky, I understand there are times when you need pet help in a crunch. I can work to be flexible in any situation that may arise! I am currently working full-time on the weekdays but I am able to fit any pet care into my daily routine as I am flexible. I am currently living in a 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony in case any pets need fresh air or to bathe in the sun!
“Karolina is amazing and would recommend for any pet parent!! She really listened to all our concerns about our lab, followed all our instructions and made sure to give us updates the whole way through! Definitely someone you can trust with your babies”

“From the minute we met Rachel I knew we struck gold. She knew right away how to manage our Cinnybun who was already nervous greeting someone new. He took a liking to her shortly after. Rachel is a true professional and authentically works to understand what and why a dog does what they do. We are very fortunate to have met her and will continue to book her. I highly recommend Rachel. I booked her for walks with my dog while I was away on travel and it was the best decision. Thank you, Rachel!!!”

“Tierney is amazing! She walked our pup Cash for two days and was so great about sending us updates. She is an absolute sweetheart and we will definitely use her again. Thanks so much! :)”

“Annalisa is so kind and accommodating when it comes to helping take care of my big St. Bernard. Really appreciate how quickly they have bonded—makes me feel at ease when I can’t be home early enough to walk the dog. Annalisa keeps me well informed, and she goes above and beyond with checking on the water bowl, taking in packages, etc. Appreciate her and thrilled to know her!”

About: I am an animal person through and through. I currently care for a 14-year-old cat who has very specific needs. I have been dog-sitting my neighbor’s young Labradoodle since she was a puppy. After getting my first dog at 8, I have always had a pet. Animal care has always been important to me. I was involved in training my yellow lab growing up, and was able to recall those skills to teach my neighbor's labradoodle to sit. Your pet is important to me. Their care will be prioritized within my day. My freelance work allows me to accommodate your schedule and your pets' needs. I understand that welcoming new people into your home can be stressful for humans and pets alike. I am committed to providing safe care and companionship for your pet while respecting your and your pet's space and needs during walks and visits.
“Tanner was great. Took our booking same day and helped us out so Cody didn't have to spend too much time crated while we were out for the day. Easy to work with and great communication. Would definitely use again.”

About: I’ve babysat friends’ and neighbors’ dogs since I was a kid. I grew up on a farm in upstate ny, so I have a lot of unique experience with animals of all kinds! I’m a full time tutor so I spend a lot of time at home as I do lots of work virtually, so I have lots of free time to watch dogs! Dog walking is my specialty. I don’t have a spacious enough home to currently watch dogs for extended periods of time as it wouldn’t be fair to the dog, but I’ll happily walk them!
“Ross was great. He took both the dogs on two long walks every day. They thoroughly enjoyed having him take them. He was also very communicative and kept us up-to-date on what was going on with them during the day. Highly recommend him.”

About: I grew up with cats but have taken care of numerous dogs throughout my life. I have experience with all sizes and temperaments, including seniors, special diets, anxiety-prone pups and routine-focused households. During the week I'm usually working in an Art Gallery in Inglewood where dogs are allowed. Working remotely is also possible. On the weekends im working in Retail on Abbot Kinney. I would love to discuss the schedule with you. Currently I'm house and pet sitting only. My apartment doesn't allow pets but I have no problem with moving into your home to make it as comfortable as possible for your fur-baby. I don't have a car, so it should be close to Venice Beach, walkable preferred.
About: I've been around dogs my whole life and have cared for everything from 10-pound lap dogs to 100-pound giants. I also cared for my own senior dog for the last three years of her life, so I'm comfortable giving medications and providing the extra patience and attention older pets need. I also have a young cat named Annie and have experience caring for foster cats. In my free time, I volunteer with a local animal rescue, where I work with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just wants someone to keep them company, I'm happy to adapt to what makes them happiest. I am currently looking for a new full time job so I have plenty of time to devote to different types of pet care at the moment! I treat every pet like they're my own and try to stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other care they need. I know every pet has a different personality, so whether they want to play, explore, or just curl up on the couch, I'm happy to meet them where they're comfortable. I'll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you know how they're doing while you're away.
About: My love for pets began from an early age. My room was resembled a zoo by the time I was ten. Friends rely on me to look after their pets when they're away and I'm experienced with all types of animals and their required care. This is my primary business that I run with my girlfriend who is also available when necessary. I'm reachable 24/7 so owners can have some peace of mind while they're away and as much phone contact as they want. Three day minimum for house sitting please. I have a charming house with a large completely fenced in backyard and friendly neighbors who all have a variety of animals. Your pets will have full time attention and be very comfortable when boarding with me, my wife and two cats.
“Andrew did a great job handling my high energy dog and took her for a long walk with his dog. He communicated well with us during the day and we are happy to have a sweet neighbor that we can rely on for last minute walks when my partner and I have long work days.”

Pet care is my full-time profession, allowing me to provide dependable, attentive care every day of the week. Your dog will receive constant supervision and personalized attention. About: Just moved from Seattle to Venice beach. Starting over and rebuilding my boarding clientele. My boyfriend and I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a fenced outdoor space just steps from the beach. We have three dogs which consist of two seniors and one lazy one. In Seattle I had an upward for 40 or so regular clients whose dogs I cared for over many years. It was tough saying goodbye but I’m excited to rebuild and make new dog friends here in Venice :) Dogs have been my world since I was a kid. I started out working in dog daycares and boarding facilities where I learned a lot about pack behavior, safety, and reading different personalities. I later moved into grooming, which I still enjoy doing sometimes. Over the years I’ve also been involved in foster care and rescue for dogs in high kill shelters later helping dogs find homes. I most recently spent seven years working in veterinary medicine so I’m very comfortable recognizing health issues and caring for dogs with different needs. When pets stay with me, they become part of the household. I keep a calm, structured environment with lots of attention, play, and rest time. Dogs have access to comfy spots to relax, supervised social time if they enjoy other dogs, and consistent routines so they feel secure, safe, and genuinely at home.
“Shelby did a great job! She kept in touch, sent lots of pics, was always on time and was really sensitive to our pups, one of which was really skiddish when she got here but warmed up to her after hard work on her part! She was great with them and we will definitely book her again!”

Caitlin was wonderful and took great care with my pup. She was so good about understanding my specific needs for my dog’s walks and brought back a very happy a tired pup. I look forward to working with Caitlin again and I know my pup will love to have her walk her again, too! Highly recommend : )

Jason has watched my baby Dodger twice and it’s a stellar experience each time. He’s thoughtful, thorough and very reliable. He makes sure your pet has everything they need as well as what they can/can’t have. He brought in a package of mine too, which I really appreciated. Never disappointed with Jason, 5 stars!
