About: I've been taking care of several beautiful dogs, since I was a child. I've always had a dog in my house. My family also loves dogs so is in our blood. My friends have me taking care of their furry ones when they need to go places. I love all kind of pets, but I believe I have special communication with dogs and horses. I have skills knowing how dogs feel depending on their attitude and body language but most importantly by listening to their feelings. Currently studying just a few classes at the SMC. Available to take care of your furries all week, including some weekends. I love exercising and lifting weights so walking with the furries complements my exercise daily routine. I always take care of my special furries with love, respect and with much attention to detail. I treat them like family. Safety is key when taking care of furries, so I always make sure they are secure and safe.

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. When I didn’t have my own, I always took care of my friends and family dogs. I have always had a special relationship with each individual pup, and I would love to get to know all the quirks and needs of your precious dog(s). My family’s dog is named Cali, and she is truly my best friend. She is in New York now, so I cannot see her as much and am needing some doggy attention from others in the mean time. I know what it is like to feel nerves leaving your dog and making sure they feel safe and happy, and I hope to create that same environment for your dog. I am a post college graduate who majored in social work, and I have always had a need to care for others. My most recent experience is spending the past two months house sitting for 3 amazing dogs. One was elderly and the others were two big puppies. I hope to continue this summer having fun with new fluffy friends and making sure you can enjoy any vacation, obligations, or other activities knowing your loved ones are in good hands. I am currently doing a gap year before I head to do my master’s degree in New York City. That means I have loads of flexible time to perform pet care and work on your time! I expect to know at least 3 days before. Making sure pets are understood and supported is my biggest priority. Being in a new environment or with a new person is scary and overwhelming. It’s important for me to understand their needs and big feelings before putting them in different situations. I treat everyone’s dog like my own-meaning loads to attention, cuddles, playtime, walks, talks, and treats. It’s important for dogs to not just be taken care of at the bare minimum-but to be enriched, active, and engaged when I am around.

About: I’ve personally had many dogs and cats throughout both my childhood and now adulthood and consider them my family. I’m patient, kind, caring and very good with any and all special care needs for younger or older pets. I’m currently working part time and remotely from my home so I have a lot of time and flexibility / openings daily as may be needed. I have a fenced yard in a nice, safe neighborhood with one male terrier mix dog and one long haired domestic long hair cat. I work remotely so am home with my pets and any additional friends I may meet who come by! Very animal safe!

I provide a calm, clean, and controlled home environment with one dog at a time to ensure safety and attention. Dogs are supervised, taken out regularly for walks and bathroom breaks, and kept on a consistent routine based on your instructions. I only accept well-behaved, house-trained dogs and take time to understand each dog’s needs, personality, and comfort level. My goal is to create a safe, low-stress environment where your dog feels secure and well cared for.

About: I grew up taking care of pets! My childhood dog Olivier was an unusual mix; he was an eye-catching, mutant-sized Dachshund who got a lot of attention walking down the street, and we had a couple of independent-minded kitties. My family still has multiple dogs and cats. I absolutely adore dogs and feel strongly about tuning in to who they are - if they want to play, it's on! If it's a shy guy or gal, I respect their space if and until they feel more comfortable. I facilitate healing workshops and I'm an artist with a variable schedule that I keep up-to-date on my Rover calendar. I'm currently living in a building that doesn't allow dogs and I love cats but am super allergic. So daily pet care for me is making friends with and greeting my doggy neighbors. When I've had pets or boarded them previously with Rover, I always make sure to find out the basics of their personality from you, their favorite human. They deserve the same consideration we give people! Currently only offering walks, not boarding.

About: I grew up walking Dobermans, Rottweilers, and Chihuahuas! I can walk a large dog, but small dogs love me too. I am familiar with local parks that are perfect for dogs to play. I have been hired countless times to walk dogs, check-in on cats, and give them lots of love! About: I have years of experience loving and taking care of dogs and cats, both big and small. My family and I have been rescuing and rehoming dogs for as long as I can remember. We fostered, rehabbed, resocialized, and then rehoused fighting dogs. I have loved and cared for wolf dogs, mastiffs, Great Danes, and other large breeds. I have also loved and rescued four cats in my life; two feral, one large tabby and a chocolate point Siamese. However, my heart is with tiny dogs. My wife and I have adopted five in our sixteen years together and have rescued, rehabbed and rehoused fourteen others that we just found on the street over the years.
