Not only does she have a deep love for dogs and animals in general, she thrives to form a deep connection with them. I met her while we were students at Northwestern University together, and she’s watched my pug, Milo, every time I’ve had to be away for business or personal matters. Priya follows instructions to the tea, and is never neglectful of your fur baby. She would send me constant photo and video updates and makes sure to understand you and your pup’s exact needs before moving forward with action items she may need further clarity on. Now, whenever I say “Do wanna go see Priya?” Milo, who hates walking, will fall over himself trying to get up too quickly, twitch his ears, and bolt down the stairs of my apartment and lead the way to her place (he’s memorized the path). If that isn’t a testament to Priyanjali’s love, care, and respect for our fur babies, I don’t know what is.”

“I was a first time pet parent when Brianna helped watch over my little Benji. As soon as she met him, it was very obvious how she had experience with dogs, which I later learned that she has two of her own back home. I was able to tell right away that she loved him, and even though Benji is already very friendly, he just jumped at the chance to meet her. She has a very fine balance with being loving and playful with him while being firm with the rules I have for him in the household. She is educated with her demeanor with animals in general, and she even taught me a thing or two about teaching him tricks with treats! I instantly trusted her with him. “OMG, Mikala J. is amazing! She has been the best dog sitter and walker that we have had hands down! Our fur baby Bonsai was a very picky fur baby when it came to humans. We interviewed several people before we met Mikala. Bonsai quickly took to her as she walked through the door(we told her over the phone how his demeanor was, and she was very calm with him) when he came up to her and gave her kisses, we knew that she was the one! Mikala is very responsible and attentive. Our Zoë loves it when she comes over to watch her when we’re on vacation. Zoë has a sensitive stomach and Mikala always makes sure that she brings her special organic ingredients just in case she needs to make a special dog food for Zoë if my baby girl is not feeling well! I say that’s beyond what is asked for!”

About: I have grown up with a cat and have taken care of outdoor cats during that time as well. Currently I have 2 beautiful cats myself and love meeting new cat friends. I have also taken care of friends and boyfriends dogs before and love any furry friend. I work full time but am available after 6 PM Mon-Fri and am free most weekends all day! I can definitely try to work around most peoples schedules as well. Every animal has a very different personality and for me, the more information about them the better! I love making a pet comfortable and respecting their space while giving them proper care.
