About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals from a young age, dogs being my absolute favorite! While I started pet sitting occasionally for friends and family, last summer this part-time business started to boom! I had the opportunity to meet so many amazing new dogs, learned so many new things and really fell in love with pet sitting! About: I have always had pets around growing up, dogs, cats, fish, birds, you name it. My mom would pick up strays, so many of our long-term pets were from the streets. Sometimes neighbors would have a litter to pick from, but mostly we picked up strays that needed to be fed and ended up staying. Back in the day, we didn't take them to the vet as my mother was a single mom and didn't have money for that, so we washed and groomed them ourselves. As an adult, friends and family always gravitated toward me to take care of their pets since they knew I loved animals and I would take good care of them. Animals are innocent and need love, security, and routine; I'm good at providing that. I have many long-term clients who have suggested that I try this app to fill in while I'm traveling. I am currently traveling and working remote. I can plan ahead to stay in a certain location so the pet is in it's familiar environment and they have company during the day. I follow the instructions of the owners to a T. I always make sure to maintain their routine to minimize stress on the pets. I love to give them attention and care. I am an active person so like to take walks, so the dogs will always be on routine and get at least 2 walks a day (minimum). Pets are welcome to sleep in the same bed as well, if that's what they are used to.

This continued during the entirety of our stay - if we had a question or checked in, he responded within minutes.
