About: Both Daniel and I have been an animal people our entire lives. My dad was a veterinarian, with always bringing pets in and out of the house, so growing up I've always loved being around animals! Daniel's uncle also runs an animal rescue in Brazil! We recently said goodbye to our girl Mia (also known as ChiChi, MiMi). Daniel's dog is currently staying in North Carolina and we are actively trying to bring their family dog Billy to Los Angeles from Brazil (wish us luck!). We understand the stress parents go through when going on a trip and we want to give other parents the comfort needed to go on vacation without a worry! Especially when it comes to cat parents, we've been there with finding a trustworthy person to let into your home to care of your pet or even take them on a walk. We are so happy to be that person! We’re currently working from home part time, so our schedule is pretty flexible for drop-in visits for your cat or for taking your dog on a walk around the neighborhood. We try to keep the calendar as updated as possible with any upcoming travel and Daniel or I will always try to find available time. While visiting your cat, we'll make sure to get some play time in, feed/ensure water is filled, change litter if needed and provide as much love as we gave our own MiMi. And we also recognize that cats are active at different times of the day, so we are flexible in finding the perfect moment to enter your cats space. Same goes for dogs. We’ve had a few dogs stay at the apartment with no issues between the two, but better not to risk it unless your dog has had experience with cats. Which we are totally open to!

She was able to coax her out of her hiding spots, and after a few days and churus later, she was able to share lots of love and affection with her! On top of that she eased my anxiety of being away from my Winnie cat for more than a couple of days with her kind and thorough updates and lots of photos. She even left food out for the feral cats I feed daily even though she didn’t have to. About: When I think about my interests in life, animals are at the very top of the list. I've always had pets from large dogs to timid cats and have a lovely 9 year kitty at home now. Previously, I also walked dogs via Wag and still have an active 5 star rating! Earlier this year, I joined a nonprofit cat rescue as a volunteer and I go to HQ multiple times a week to look after a large number of cats, including ferals, kittens, medical kitties, and anyone else awaiting a foster home. I feed them, clean their crates and litter boxes, administer any requested medication, socialize them and offer play and pets, take photos for social media and adoption listings, occasional rescue support, occasional medical transportation, and occasional admin support for online cat profiles. Not only do I have bounds of love for animals, but also compassion. I love to help socialize animals that may be anxious or just need some extra patience, understanding, and kindness. Every animal deserves attention and to have their physical and emotional needs met :) I am often available Monday-Sunday between the hours of 10AM-8PM besides a spattering of bookings and appointments in between. “Kimberly has by far been one of the best sitters I’ve booked with on Rover. During my 3 week trip out of the country, she watched my dogs Milo and Joy with such thoughtful care. When Milo was having some skin irritation issues, she kept me in the loop on how he was doing and went out of her way to provide the necessary care to help heal his rashes. She was always in constant communication and provided daily updates and photos. She was also super flexible with pick up time when I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong pick up date.
