Dog Walking Sun Valley

About: Since I was young, I grew up raising 2 dogs, a black lab/great dane mutt, and a pure bred pug. Huge difference between the two, but they had beautiful hearts and the same paws all the same. Now, I have two kittens at home that I bottle fed until now, and I get what it’s like to worry at home while your old pup is struggling to walk, or when your kitten needs around the clock meals. Call me, book me and i’ll be there for any pet big and small! I’m currently transitioning out of a job so I wanted to spend my days working in a different, refreshing way! I live alone with my two kitties, so I have lots of free time in the day. I live attached to a private property soccer field which my cats like to walk around in once a day, and I would love to bring more pets around. My kitties are okay with other pets, but if yours aren’t, then my cats are always okay going on their walk earlier in the day.

About: I am a licensed social worker, mom and an animal lover. I have always had dogs. Mine died a little over a year ago and I’m not ready to get my own, but I really love having dogs in my life. I’m hoping to find a few regulars to give (and receive) love and exercise. I have a very flexible schedule. It would be very easy for me to fit pet care into it. I am a psychotherapist and I do telehealth sessions from my house. I am a loving, honest, responsible person, and I would treat your dog and your home like my own. I would love to become one of your dog’s favorite people.

About: Although newer to Rover, I've been dog sitting for years and have cared for dogs and other animals most of my life. I volunteer weekly at a local animal sanctuary where I care for many different kinds of animals. Having always been a Dog Mom, I have house trained Pekingese, Lab, Rottweiler, English Mastiff, as well as pound puppies so I feel comfortable with all dog breeds and love every minute with them. Day care or overnights available 7 days a week - can pick up /drop off locally for small fee. Same day availability is also an option. I have a large fenced in yard with a pool . Pool is open for dogs to swim. Dogs would sleep indoors at night time.

About: For the last 8+ years I have worked in dog kennels, boarding, training and shelter environments. I am focusing on gaining my trainer and/or handler certificate as well as animal CPR care. I am a professional dog walker so it's more than just a side gig for me; I take your dog's health, happiness and safety seriously. My visit to your pets will vary on their needs from just a potty break or feeding to an hour long hike. I am very detail oriented when it comes to communicating what services I have done from what meals or treats given, bowel movements and behavioral updates. I have experience with newborn puppies, elderly pups and reactive dogs. I may suggest a different walking harness or basic training methods if I feel it would be better for your pup; if I feel like I can't safely handle your dog I will do my best to help find a better fit. I am able to take up to 4 dogs in my car if all fit and get along. I love taking them out for hikes or parks but never off leash. I prefer visits no earlier than 8am or later than 6pm, but am willing to work with special requests. Currently serving the San Fernando Valley areas; Burbank, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Alhambra, Van Nuys, Sun Valley, etc. I currently have a rather open schedule for house visits, potty breaks, play visits, hikes and walks. I can not house any pets in my home but am available for in home pet sittings. I live in Burbank so can go about 20 miles radius depending on the care request. I try to stick with your usual daily schedule to help ease your pet's stress while you're away. I stay with any training requirements and diet restrictions. The only times I leave the home are for other pet care needed around town. I understand how stressful it is finding a new pet care friend and I value your trust more than anything. (Yes I will bring in your mail and packages of course!) I communicate daily with updated photos and texts. My rates are posted due to my years of experience and changing up my own life schedule to accommodate for your needs. I also don't mind taking care of plants too!

“Margarita was amazing!!! We went on vacation for a week and had her walk our dog twice a day. She kept us in the loop and provided us with picture, videos, on each walk which I loved. While we were away, our housesitter had to leave a couple of times, and Margarita was able to work with the information we gave her last minute and returned our dog safely inside the house. About: I grew up with a dog around me as i got older i have a lot of experience on how to handle a dog i love dogs i cant wait to be around more. Every time my friends go on a family trip they ask me to watch their dogs , they know how comfortable their dogs get when im around i enjoy being around them ,they keep me company as well sometime you rather be surrounded by dogs then humans because sometime dogs can understand you better ! your dog will be safe with me.Also I have two locations one in Glendale one in sunvalley im everywhere just wanted to let you know. About: I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember. I’ve had big dogs and small dogs. I currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs which I love with all my heart. Being around them has made me enjoy watching after them and ensuring they get the physical and emotional nourishment they need. ☺️ My schedule allows plenty of time for me to hang out with your pets! I make sure they’re not just stuck at home bored. I like to take them to the park or maybe just walks around the neighborhood. I Watch them very closely and make sure they are entertained. I play with them as much as I can and cuddle as well. 💞

At this time, I am unable to offer boarding services.
