About: What sets me apart is that caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school, and since he was a puppy, I've been responsible for feeding him, taking him on walks, playing with him, and making sure he's happy and well cared for. Even today, I still help care for him. I also regularly care for a sweet pug named Cookie, who stays with me anywhere from a week to a couple of weeks at a time. During her stays, I make sure she gets plenty of walks, playtime, affection, and follows her normal feeding routine so she feels comfortable and at home. In addition to smaller dogs, I have experience with large breeds as well. My newest fur baby is a German Shepherd, so I'm comfortable handling bigger, more energetic dogs and making sure they get the exercise and attention they need. I also have experience caring for adult cats and understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. Whether your pet loves to play or prefers a calm, quiet environment, I'm happy to adapt to their needs. I treat every pet like they're my own, and I know how important it is to leave them with someone you can trust. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you're away, and to give you peace of mind through reliable, attentive care. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have lots of time to look after your pets! As of now I am on summer break, and starting the fall quarter I will have online part time school, I have a backyard that is fully stone walls with gate to protect the animals! I have fur babies of my own, but they each have their own crates that they are able to sleep in, or I have room to set up a crate for your fur baby as well:)!

About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for 2 dogs, Max & Layla that were unwanted and abandoned, both lived long and happy lives under my care, reaching ages 16 & 13. Sadly Max passed away in June of 2017 and Layla passed away in September of 2024 I’m based in North Hollywood and available most afternoons and evenings. I currently work in the health and fitness industry, typically from 5:30am - 1:30pm. Showing up on time and providing excellent care is something I take pride in I spent 20 years taking care of dogs with special needs, I have a lot of experience in keeping both people and pets in a safe and happy environment. My last dog Layla was a troubled rescue from the Los Angeles Animal Shelter I was able to rehabilitate her and give her a wonderful life

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was young. I would usually take care of family members dogs and they relied on me to walk and feed, and play with their dogs. If I noticed that the dog was dirty, I would bathe the dog so that the pet owner could return to a clean and bathed dog. I did not mind doing this because I have a pet as well and I would be surprised and enjoy coming home to see that my pet was clean. I am most experienced in taking care of smaller dogs as most family members had small dogs but I do not mind taking care of medium or larger dogs. Currently I am working part time which means that I will have more time to take care of and play with your pets. Fitness is an important part of my life so I usually go to the gym in the mornings and come back to take my dog on morning walks. I enjoy doing morning or noon walks. Depending if your dog is an indoor or outdoor dog, I will make the most out the environment. If your dog is an outdoor dog, I will make sure to play with your dog outside. I will make sure that any fence or door is closed so the dog won’t get out while outside. I have a dog of my own so I enjoy going out and sun bathing with my dog. I will make sure to bring a bowl of water outside so the dog is hydrated as well as any snacks. If you have an indoor dog, I will make sure to take your dog on walks or to a park and spend some time playing outside. I will always carry water and snacks with me. At home I will make sure the dog food and water bowl are filled and of course play some more.

About: Since I was young, I grew up raising 2 dogs, a black lab/great dane mutt, and a pure bred pug. Huge difference between the two, but they had beautiful hearts and the same paws all the same. Now, I have two kittens at home that I bottle fed until now, and I get what it’s like to worry at home while your old pup is struggling to walk, or when your kitten needs around the clock meals. Call me, book me and i’ll be there for any pet big and small! I’m currently transitioning out of a job so I wanted to spend my days working in a different, refreshing way! I live alone with my two kitties, so I have lots of free time in the day. I live attached to a private property soccer field which my cats like to walk around in once a day, and I would love to bring more pets around. My kitties are okay with other pets, but if yours aren’t, then my cats are always okay going on their walk earlier in the day.

About: Hi there! I signed up for Rover for a little extra cash and to get my fix of spending time with animals! I have been an animal enthusiast and pet lover all my life. I enjoy dogs of all ages but seniors hold a very special place in my heart. My dog passed a few years ago and being with him from puppy to senior was such a blessing to have known such a special dog. I often take care of my friends's/sibling's dogs and cats too. Patience and kindness are what they deserve! I have extensive experience with cats as well, particularly with administering medicine or specific health care needs. My own cat has needed surgeries, medications and she has to have a special prescription diet. Therefore, I am more than happy to care for animals with medical needs! In my free time, I also do volunteer work to take care of horses. I have experience in horse, tortoise and saltwater fish care. I am more than happy to care for any creature! I am in-between jobs currently so aside from a few trips I'll be taking my schedule is very open! I should have plenty of time to dedicate to watching pets. I make sure to pay close attention to detail on care instructions to make sure I am caring for the pet the best as I can. Spending quality time with pets, reading their body language and especially respecting their boundaries are very important to me.

About: I’ve lived and grown up with pets, and I’ve taken care of them throughout my life. My friends and family have always come to me to look after their pets, and I’m always happy to do it because I get so much positive energy from them I’m a product designer, and right now I’m living alone while looking for new opportunities in my field. Every time my friends go on a family trip they ask me to watch their dogs , they know how comfortable their dogs get when im around i enjoy being around them ,they keep me company as well sometime you rather be surrounded by dogs then humans because sometime dogs can understand you better ! your dog will be safe with me.Also I have two locations one in Glendale one in sunvalley im everywhere just wanted to let you know. I go to my parents house everyday in sunvalley but also live in Glendale so you can book me both places I’ll be available . I’m available anytime of the day I'm currently a full time student and this is perfect for me because I choose my own schedule . I will treat any dog as a member of my own family I will happily follow any rule you give me as well and also have a nice workout while watching them!!

About: Hey there! I am a 24 yr old property manager currently looking to help other fur parents out with pet care services as a way to earn extra money. I have had about 10 years of experience caring for cats and dogs or different breeds and sizes. I am adaptable when it comes to special instructions, patient, friendly, and I always carry a positive attitude. Good communication is a must for me so I know I am providing the best service possible. I love taking care of animals because it has become a way for me to relax from daily stressors, it improves my overall state of mind, and let’s be honest; who could say no to taking care of cute animals? I will make sure your pet feels happy, gets extra love with every visit, and I will accommodate any one of their needs. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of free time to provide services ranging from check ins to overnight stays, including last minute requests. In case of emergency, my community requires passcodes for entry and has security camera systems that I have access to, due to my position at the complex. About: Hi, my name is Marissa and I currently reside in Burbank, California. I started pet care on Rover in 2017 and have had the pleasure of caring for so many different pets since then. I’ve had a huge curiosity and love for animals as a child. My family pets growing up were my best friends; I had a shepherd, boxers, and a collie mix to take care of as well as pet rabbits, parakeets, fish and even my brothers iguana. Eventually coming into adulthood I was blessed with the responsibility of my very own dog, Roscoe. He is now 9 years old this Summer (2025) and is also available to assist with any dogs that might be lonely and would enjoy having the extra company. In addition to caring for your furry friend(s), I am able to take care of any other pets, too. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions! I have Sundays and Saturdays open from early morning to 3:00pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are completely free days. Wednesdays are open from 6:00am-9:00am and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Mondays and Fridays are off days due to work schedule, but I can accommodate early morning drop-ins if needed. In my clients home, keeping a close eye on pets is key to making sure they don’t get into any trouble! I go by any notes and tips that my clients leave for me to better understand their loved ones. I am currently not taking any in-home boarding clients.

While we were away, our housesitter had to leave a couple of times, and Margarita was able to work with the information we gave her last minute and returned our dog safely inside the house.
