I’ve nursed kittens from bottles, taken care of adult cats, and have given medication to senior cats. My current 19-year old Maine Coon kitty has diabetes, so I give him insulin twice a day. About: I've been taking care of my neighbors and friends dogs for over a decade, I am a compassionate care taker, can provide the dog with love and care while the owner is not available because I know how they can feel about separation. I am used to give them their medication if they are seniors with a prescription and also provide them with daily walks. The longer I took care of a dog was for my friend who was stuck abroad during the pandemic and her dog was 15 y.o. and stayed with us for 6 month. I have my own dog who is very friendly and fully vaccinated, he is young and playful and like to befriend other dogs. Please reach me if you have further questions. I am an artist and work from home, if I am going to events is mostly during the weekend my husband stays home and assist with the pets. we take the dogs for walks together and he is very loving with them too. I feed them twice a day on a schedule in the am around 7:30-8:00 am and 7:00-7:30 pm and take them for their walks after. I sit with them and play in the afternoon. I give them a small healthy treat after they went potty. Our backyard is fenced, we have a patio and a fenced empty pool. we have a doggie door they can access during the day but gets shut when we go to sleep overnight to keep them safe.

About: What sets me apart is that caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school, and since he was a puppy, I've been responsible for feeding him, taking him on walks, playing with him, and making sure he's happy and well cared for. Even today, I still help care for him. I also regularly care for a sweet pug named Cookie, who stays with me anywhere from a week to a couple of weeks at a time. During her stays, I make sure she gets plenty of walks, playtime, affection, and follows her normal feeding routine so she feels comfortable and at home. In addition to smaller dogs, I have experience with large breeds as well. My newest fur baby is a German Shepherd, so I'm comfortable handling bigger, more energetic dogs and making sure they get the exercise and attention they need. I also have experience caring for adult cats and understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. About: Since I was young, I grew up raising 2 dogs, a black lab/great dane mutt, and a pure bred pug. Huge difference between the two, but they had beautiful hearts and the same paws all the same. Now, I have two kittens at home that I bottle fed until now, and I get what it’s like to worry at home while your old pup is struggling to walk, or when your kitten needs around the clock meals. Call me, book me and i’ll be there for any pet big and small! I’m currently transitioning out of a job so I wanted to spend my days working in a different, refreshing way! I live attached to a private property soccer field which my cats like to walk around in once a day, and I would love to bring more pets around. About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for 2 dogs, Max & Layla that were unwanted and abandoned, both lived long and happy lives under my care, reaching ages 16 & 13. My visit to your pets will vary on their needs from just a potty break or feeding to an hour long hike. I am very detail oriented when it comes to communicating what services I have done from what meals or treats given, bowel movements and behavioral updates. I have experience with newborn puppies, elderly pups and reactive dogs. I may suggest a different walking harness or basic training methods if I feel it would be better for your pup; if I feel like I can't safely handle your dog I will do my best to help find a better fit. I am able to take up to 4 dogs in my car if all fit and get along. I love taking them out for hikes or parks but never off leash. I prefer visits no earlier than 8am or later than 6pm, but am willing to work with special requests. While we were away, our housesitter had to leave a couple of times, and Margarita was able to work with the information we gave her last minute and returned our dog safely inside the house. I was nervous to leave them as this was the first time I had ever used Rover but it was a great experience. Sandi was very accommodating to us since we were traveling from a far and our arrival time kept getting delayed. She was quick with her responses and communication was clear throughout. She sent me pictures to ensure me of their well being and texted me updates. Sandi also was very welcoming to us and flexible to our needs. “Alina was so wonderful. Our regular dogsitter had to cancel on us last minute. Alina came to the rescue and watched our dog for a 4 night stay. We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.”

“We boarded our pup Yuna with Jane for 5 nights while traveling internationally. We usually leave her with family so we are pretty new to Rover but we instantly felt at ease after a meet and greet with Jane and her sweet dog Mochi. Jane sent tons of updates, photos, and videos and was super easy to communicate with. Yuna looked so happy running around their big backyard, going on walks, and playing with Mochi everyday.
