“Nicole and Michael are so fun and they took great care of my Tyson for a little over 2 weeks while we went off to get married and have our honeymoon! I asked for a lot of pictures and she sent me really great candid photos of Tyson playing/hanging out at the park with the other dogs which we really looked forward to. When Tyson’s food was near empty Nicole was so kind to offer to pick up a new bag of food for him, and of course we paid her back! The cutest part was that when I picked up Tyson, he actually cried as Nicole and Michael drove away. I could tell he really felt at home with them and their dogs. I’m going away on another 4 day trip in a few days and we’ve already set up with Nicole and Michael again. Tyson is going to be thrilled to see his second pack again! We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.”

About: I’ve had cats since I was a baby. They’re my favorite animals. :) I grew up with 3 cats in one home and 7 in another so I learned from an early age how to care for kitties. I’ve nursed kittens from bottles, taken care of adult cats, and have given medication to senior cats. My current 19-year old Maine Coon kitty has diabetes, so I give him insulin twice a day. I can give your kitties shots if needed as well as any food-based medications, creams, etc. I’m a bit of cat whisperer, too, so I love getting to care for kitties of all types!

Before Leo there were two cats that I lived with Dude Kitty and Froderick and one was considered the mean cat but I got along with him just fine. About: I grew up with dogs and a bird in my home. I took care of neighborhood pets including ferrets, cats, and frogs, and have been caring for animals for my whole life. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I'm happy to take care of animals during the day and in the evenings on weekdays. I take care of my dog Juniper every day as well, but she is comfortable on her own, in case I need to leave her at home and care for another pet. I have a 15ish pound chihuahua mix (Juniper) that gets along well with other dogs. We have a decent sized yard, with a section of that fenced in. We live right next to a small hiking trail, and Juniper and I will walk up on there every day unless the rain makes it too muddy to climb. If your dog is an outdoorsy type and likes horses, (we live right by a ranch) we'll have a nice time taking the trail. We also have several rooms in the house and can section off dogs as needed.

About: I've never really taken care of dogs, other than pet sit for friends and family but I have a dog and 2 cats! They are my everything and I'll care for yours like I care for mine. I work until 7 pm on Monday-Thursday and work from home on Fridays, usually will just have meetings until 2 then I am free. Also free on the weekends! I will take dogs on a long or short walk, whatever they're used to and can handle. i can also hike with dogs if that's what they like to do. I have experience with newborn puppies, elderly pups and reactive dogs. I may suggest a different walking harness or basic training methods if I feel it would be better for your pup; if I feel like I can't safely handle your dog I will do my best to help find a better fit. I am able to take up to 4 dogs in my car if all fit and get along. I love taking them out for hikes or parks but never off leash. I prefer visits no earlier than 8am or later than 6pm, but am willing to work with special requests. Currently serving the San Fernando Valley areas; Burbank, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Alhambra, Van Nuys, Sun Valley, etc. I currently have a rather open schedule for house visits, potty breaks, play visits, hikes and walks. I can not house any pets in my home but am available for in home pet sittings. I live in Burbank so can go about 20 miles radius depending on the care request. I try to stick with your usual daily schedule to help ease your pet's stress while you're away. I stay with any training requirements and diet restrictions. The only times I leave the home are for other pet care needed around town. I understand how stressful it is finding a new pet care friend and I value your trust more than anything. (Yes I will bring in your mail and packages of course!) I communicate daily with updated photos and texts. My rates are posted due to my years of experience and changing up my own life schedule to accommodate for your needs. I also don't mind taking care of plants too!
“Margarita was amazing!!! We went on vacation for a week and had her walk our dog twice a day. She kept us in the loop and provided us with picture, videos, on each walk which I loved. While we were away, our housesitter had to leave a couple of times, and Margarita was able to work with the information we gave her last minute and returned our dog safely inside the house. About: Although newer to Rover, I've been dog sitting for years and have cared for dogs and other animals most of my life. I volunteer weekly at a local animal sanctuary where I care for many different kinds of animals. Having always been a Dog Mom, I have house trained Pekingese, Lab, Rottweiler, English Mastiff, as well as pound puppies so I feel comfortable with all dog breeds and love every minute with them. “Nicole and Michael are so fun and they took great care of my Tyson for a little over 2 weeks while we went off to get married and have our honeymoon! I asked for a lot of pictures and she sent me really great candid photos of Tyson playing/hanging out at the park with the other dogs which we really looked forward to. When Tyson’s food was near empty Nicole was so kind to offer to pick up a new bag of food for him, and of course we paid her back! The cutest part was that when I picked up Tyson, he actually cried as Nicole and Michael drove away. I could tell he really felt at home with them and their dogs. I’m going away on another 4 day trip in a few days and we’ve already set up with Nicole and Michael again. Tyson is going to be thrilled to see his second pack again! “Alina was so wonderful. Our regular dogsitter had to cancel on us last minute. Alina came to the rescue and watched our dog for a 4 night stay. We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.”

Also, his backyard is the perfect oasis for the dogs to hang out in and Scarlet clearly loved it there. Scarlet also has special needs with not being able to walk well and they were so attentive and made sure she could get around safely and enjoy her time there.
