About: I have had cats and dogs and mice and fish my whole life, and have been many people's go-to consultant for care and advice, and for taking care of their pets when they're out of town. I am one of those people that folks say have "a way with animals". Always have, even when I was a toddler. I can administer medications and injections, help with puppy training, and bring your shy pet out of his or her shell. I rescued my own kitties when they were only a week old and syringe and bottle-fed them and reared them up to be sturdy upright feline citizens of the world. I'm good with the "difficult" cases, and a gentle loving companion to the seniors. I do this because I adore and feel a bond with all animals and creatures of all kinds. :) I am available for morning and mid-day walks and drop-ins, and some evening walks depending on the day, and evening drop-ins most days of the week. I'll dote on your pets as if they are my own, and am happy to follow their routines and rituals and also bring a little novelty and fun to their day.
“Catherine was very prompt in her service and was on time for the services I requested. She provided many photos to help me feel at ease that my dog was being well taken care of! She was consistently professional and kind. My dog instantly took to her and could tell she was a safe person to be around. I plan to book Catherine again in the near future and would trust her with my dog!”

About: Hi! I am an animal lover with a calm, grounding energy that pets instantly gravitate to. I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always felt second nature. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs with all kinds of needs, including: * Pets with anxiety or nervous temperaments * Pets wearing cones * Administering oral medicines * Building trust with shy or older cats * Keeping energetic dogs stimulated * Maintaining routines for multi-pet households I genuinely love talking to animals and treating them like individuals — learning their quirks, their boundaries, and what makes them happy and relaxed. I’m really big on communication, gentle handling, and creating a safe, reliable environment for your pet while you’re away. Your pet won’t just be watched — they’ll be cared for, respected, and given real attention. Pet care fits naturally and easily into my daily life. I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility to structure my day around your pet’s needs. Whether your pet needs morning check-ins, mid-day walks, evening feedings, or multiple visits spread throughout the day, I’m able to adjust my schedule and be there consistently. Because I’m home most of the time, I can offer: * Flexible visit windows * Last-minute bookings when you need backup * Extra time with pets who need more attention or reassurance * Reliable routines that match your pet’s normal schedule When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and comfortable. I follow your instructions closely—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific rules your pet is used to. I adjust my approach to each animal’s personality, whether they’re shy, energetic, or need a gentle, calming presence. I treat your home with respect, keep things clean, and make sure everything is left the way you prefer. Throughout the stay, I send clear updates and photos so you always feel connected and informed. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and cared for, and to give you the peace of mind that everything at home is in good hands while you’re away.
About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child. My parents always taught me how to treat animals with respect and care. They are member of a family <3 Unfortunately they can not speak which is why it's important to think two steps ahead to make sure they are safe and happy. During weekdays I'm available from mornings till afternoons, and I can come by in the evenings sometimes too! On the weekends I am fully available :) I will follow all your wishes and guidelines in your house. Facetimes, pictures and videos of your fur baby will of course be done too!
“Jamie did a wonderful job taking our dogs out for their daily 1-hour walks! She offered to meet the boys for a meet and greet and they immediately warmed up to her friendly and sweet personality. Jamie was great with communication and always reached out if she needed to update us or had a question. We're so happy with her services and will be asking her to take care of our little one next week for a few days. Don't hesitate to reach out to Jamie for your pet care needs!”

About: Hi there! My name is Gwendolyn. I have loved dogs all my life and grew up with a border collie, Ivy, who is 15 today. I first began walking neighbor’s dogs while I was in middle school and have been petsitting ever since. I understand how nerve-racking it can be to leave your pet and I will do everything I can to ease your mind while you are away. I am extremely communicative and can send as many photos and videos as you like! Some of my favorite past clients have been a retired racing greyhound, a Rhodesian ridgeback, and a 19 year old schnauzer who lived on a diet of Erewhon Korean barbeque. I am comfortable caring for senior animals and administering medication. Can’t wait to meet you and your fur kids soon! I’m currently working part-time a few nights week, so will have plenty of time to care for your animals! I usually work Friday-Sunday night. I am always free during the day and am great at communicating/moving things around to squeeze last-minute clients into my schedule! I unfortunately cannot board dogs at this time, as I live in an apartment complex that has a pet fee. Hoping to change this soon!

“Bailey was terrific! Went above and beyond in taking care of my dog Channy. Took her on nice long walks, played with her and made sure she drank some water. Will definitely be calling back!”

“Dana is wonderful! She does a great job with our young, energetic dog Marty, who can be difficult to manage on a leash. Marty loves Dana and looks forward to his walks with her! He always comes back happy and tired out!”

About: I’ve grew up with many dogs in the house throughout my childhood, from pit bulls to chihuahuas and love them! Also cats, but I never had one of my own but definitely looking to adopt a kitten real soon. I’m looking to turn dog sitting into my full time job. I do model as a source of income right now so just be transparent about your needs with dates and time and we can surely work it out. I live in a 2 bedroom condo, pretty spacious and dog friendly. I will be taking dogs on walks through the neighborhood based on desired times.

About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs my entire childhood. I grew up with a pure breed pitbull and taken care of Labs, German Shepard, and mixed breeds. I also live with two cats. I love animals and they all love me! I usually have time during the days or afternoons and evenings available outside of work to be able to pet sit or take them on walks or potty breaks. You go in a vacation, I got your pet taken cared of. I always make it work and I’ll always be there. I always make sure they are well loved and well feed and taken cared of. I make sure they always have time to use the bathroom. I know pets love quality time so just being with them and making sure they are loved means everything to them. I’m all about pet cuddles.

About: I grew up with a house full of animals. I had 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 birds at one time. Over the course of growing up, I lived with a lab mix, chow-mix, rottweiler, yorkie poo, + 2 golden doodles. Also, I grew up with two cats, a tortoiseshell and a calico. The cats, yorkie poo, + 2 goldendoodles I helped raise from pup/kitten to adulthood. Currently, I do not have a pet of my own, but I do pet sit for friends when I can. I have experience with the following breeds: cats of all kinds, Frenchies, doodles (any size), pitbulls, mutts, rottweilers, labs, etc. I love a furbaby of any kind! I do have experience with giving dogs/cats medication if needed. Pet care fits into my schedule since I work from home / freelance. When I have free time, I enjoy filling it outside and especially with a furbaby to join me. Since I don't have a furbaby of my own, I just follow the directions of the client. I'm not afraid to ask questions if I am unsure about something in order to make sure the dog/cat is in a good, safe environment. I happily will send updates and love pup kisses/hugs :) It's my number one priority to make sure you and your pet are taken care of the way you expect.
“We booked Jordan to walk our 2 big boys, Parson and Ellis as we ourselves were temporarily unable to do so. Jordan really managed to bond with the boys and they very much enjoy their long morning walks with him. Can definitely recommend booking Jordan!”

About: In addition to caring for my own dog since I was 10 years old, I have over a year experience in dog sitting (small and large dogs) and cat sitting! I travel on weekends for my job with a dance convention, so I am free to walk, watch, and care for your furry friend during the week! When caring for pets in my client’s home, I ensure that all routines and instructions are followed closely, make sure doors and gates are kept secure, and monitor the pet consistently. I also am sure to update the owner frequently so they know that their pet is safe and happy!
“Seanna is amazing. She takes such good care of my little guy, even when he’s being a troublemaker. She is so professional, flexible and gives the BEST updates. I look forward to reading them every time and I always know he is safe and loved when she is caring for him. thank you so very much for all you do.”

About: Hi! I’m Janelle, and caring for dogs has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around dogs of every size, age, and personality, and they’ve always held a special place in my heart. I worked professionally as a dog sitter and boarder for 6 years before taking a short break, and now I’m back full-time on Rover because this is genuinely something I love and feel passionate about. When your fur babies stay with me, they’re treated like part of my family. I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy with plenty of affection, routine, and one-on-one attention. I live in a clean, cozy apartment in a dog-friendly building that has a secure doggy area, and I take the pups there daily. I also live right across from a large park and close to a dog park that I visit often with my own two friendly pups, so there’s always a fun and safe place for walks or playtime. My dogs absolutely love meeting new friends, and they’re gentle, patient, and great at helping shy or nervous pups feel more confident. I’ve cared for senior dogs, puppies, and dogs with special needs, and I’m comfortable administering medications if needed. Whether your dog needs boarding, daycare, drop-ins, or walks around the neighborhood, I’m flexible and always willing to adjust to whatever makes you and your pup feel most comfortable. I send frequent updates with photos and videos, and I’m happy to hop on a FaceTime call so you can say hello to your baby while you’re away. I truly understand how important it is to know your pup is safe and loved. Dogs are my passion, and I put my whole heart into caring for them. I’m excited to be back doing what I love and can’t wait to meet your fur baby soon. 🤗 I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I’m available most days, weekends, and holidays, and I can accommodate last-minute bookings and overnight stays as needed. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a secure apartment, and two small, friendly dogs. I have crate space if needed, take regular walks, and can accommodate special routines or care instructions to make your dog feel at home.
About: I don’t just watch your pet. I connect with them and respect their personalities. I bring a calm and grounded energy. I care about building trust with both pets and their humans. I have all the time in the world to take care of your pet and spend quality time with them to keep them from getting lonely. Your dog or cat can roam freely.
