About: Humble brag incoming: I'm a dog's kinda person. I just vibe with them and we are often drawn to each other when I'm out walking around Los Angeles. I will hear a dog parent say things like "My dog never likes other people." or a dog will spot me from afar and refuse to move until I say Hello. It's happened so often, that I'm convinced I was a dog in a past life. Truly, there is no feeling better then building a connection with a dog; When they are excited to see you, there is no better positive affirmation. I've had dogs since my teen years in the 90s and cats since I left for college in the 2000s. I love getting to know cats and earning their trust. Im always hopeful for a head butt, but I respect their boundaries always. I'm looking forward to meeting your dogs and cats. Tell em I said Hi. I'm available to watch your fur babies anytime. Check with me if you need anyone for an early walk for your pup or an evening visit to feed your cat if you can't make it home. My kitty roommate is self-sufficient at home, so staying with your pet overnight is very doable. I will come to your home to care for your animals in their home environment. First, I will always be a calming, kind presence to your fur baby. Second, I enjoy getting to give them a lil workout. Dogs need that movement to feel normal and I love being there for it! You tell me if the walk should be brief and in the neighborhood or if your dog likes to hike, I offer that, too. Panting dogs after a walk are my favorite. As for kitties, I Approach With Caution and as a roommate to a feline myself, I know some will take a minute to let their guard down. I know how to read body language of animals and I take every step possible to make sure they are at ease, well fed and cared for.

About: Hi, I’m Allyssa! I’ve been caring for both dogs and cats my entire life. I have experience walking, training, exercising, playing and socializing with dogs and cats of all ages/breeds/sizes. I am a very attentive, kind, caring and patient person. To me a dog or a cat is one hundred percent more than a pet, but an extension of you, and therefore very much a part of your family. It’s my privilege and pleasure to provide your pet with the highest quality of care and respect. About: I was born and raised in France, surrounded by animals, as my parents were huge animals lovers (to the point where I sometimes thought they preferred them to their own kids). For several years I couldn't have an pet of my own because I traveled a lot, but today I live with my wife (who had her 19-year-old cat and a 30 -year-old donkey when we met), and we now have Frankie, a 4-year-old cat we first fostered for a few months before adopting him. We're also a foster family for shelter cats and dogs. I started out helping my wife (who has been a professional pet sitter for 3 years), and I've now been pet sitting on my own for a year. My priority is the animal's well-being: I adapt to what they want and need, and I never force anything. Some of them need a lot of affection, others just want company, and others simply want someone to feed them and take them out... I love to be that person, whatever the situation calls for. Two little extras: coming from a video background, I love taking nice photos of the pets I look after, and I'll happily share them with you. Being French, I can speak to your pets in French, so they can pick up the language (and maybe teach you later) ;) Pets always come first in my schedule. I'm sometimes unavailable on Sunday mornings (I'm currently working on freeing up that time), but I'm fully available the rest of the time. I can also stay at your place (for one night or several days) if needed. My pet-sitting philosophy is that caring for animals happens on two levels: 1 - What I need to learn from the pet's owner, and honoring the trust they place in me, by: * Arriving and leaving on time * Following the instructions I'm given (food, sleep, walks) * Meeting the pet's needs (playtime, walks, or simply giving them space...) * Communicating any detail that seems concerning to me 2 - What I need to learn from the animal itself, in order to: * Earn their trust * Build a bond between us * Make each of my visits a truly enjoyable moment for the pet

About: As you can tell from my pictures, I LOVE my dogs!! I moved out to LA and my family dogs stayed home, and I would love to care for and hang out with new furry friends :) They sprinkle joy in every room and I like to include them in everything I do. I genuinely love animals and it brings me great joy to play, walk, cuddle, and hang with them! I have recently transitioned to part-time work so I have a good chunk of availability that varies between weekdays and weekends. I will keep my calendar updated! I live in a very pet friendly area and apartment complex. There are a ton of nice spots to walk doggies around me and plenty of dog parks. I have no pets at home!

About: I have many years of personal experience caring for both dogs and cats. In Russia, I had a Wire Fox Terrier and later a French Bulldog, so I am familiar with dogs with very different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Since moving to the U.S., I have continued sharing my home with cats and currently have three of my own. I understand how important it is to follow each pet’s normal routine, provide fresh food and water, keep their space clean, give them attention and playtime, and notice changes in their behavior. I treat every animal with patience, care, and respect, just as I do my own pets. I have a flexible schedule and can provide reliable drop-in visits throughout the week. I’m available during the day and evening and will always make sure your pet receives plenty of attention and care. I always follow the pet owner’s instructions carefully and respect their home and routine. I make sure pets have fresh food and water, a clean environment, plenty of attention, and feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away.

About: I love working with animals. I used to volunteer at the San Diego Humane Society spending time socializing cats and dogs. I grew up taking care of 3 cats and have worked closely with pets who are recovering from surgery. I am currently working remotely helping high school seniors through the college application process. I love doing yoga and walking so dog walking allows me to get out of the house, stretch my legs and hang out with such amazing pets. I acknowledge the responsibility of pet care and hope to work closely with you to maintain their upmost safety. I am willing to do routine check ins for peace of mind and communicate with you.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, including special needs and senior pups. My own soul pet lived to the ripe age of 20 with special care and attention. I also have lots of experience with rambunctious puppies and can even teach them a few new tricks! I would be honored to help care for your baby! If you have a set list of things to do, I follow them precisely, I send as many pictures as you like, I work from home so they will be well cared for through out the day. I have a daily schedule I follow and pets are priority in making sure everything works out perfectly. It's always a pleasure to look after pets. I take walks in the morning and evenings- afternoons if it's not too hot out for the little ones. toys to play around, walks and one on one bonding sessions including belly rubs and all the hugs wanted and needed. quality time and love is important.

About: Special-needs dogs are my specialty. I can administer all types of medication your dog he will need from shots to pills at all so I can take care of dogs with asthma that need breathing Help! I can also cook organic meals for your dog. I can give IVs also I can take care of deaf dogs, blind dogs and dogs that need wheelchairs ! About: I've never not had a pet (or five) at home. Primarily cats and dogs, but my brothers were known to bring home a lizard every now and then. I can run and exercise your dog or just love on them and take them outside. I have no problem staying at your house - it's often the best way to make sure your dog is comfortable! I understand the special needs that older dogs and puppies have. I have a wide variety of experience - from my own animals, to other peoples' pets as well as professional animal training experience. I will help you leave your beloved animal in good hands so you can enjoy your time away and return home to a happy pet! I'm currently working freelance and remotely. So I am able to spend most of my time with your animals, and give them as much attention as they need. I have been staying at other poeples' homes to watch their animals for a few years now. I'm very respectful of your home and belongings. I do think it is the best way to make the animals feel comfortable. Even the shy ones have the comfort of "home court advantage", and it helps them warm up faster.
