About: Hi, I’m Nico! I’m a grad student at UCLA’s film school, and I’ve been in L.A. for about 5 years. Aside from caring for personal pets, I’ve been a consistent and reliable dogsitting resource for many friends (here in L.A. and back in Texas). Graduate school allows me plenty of time to care for and attend to all the adorable dogs in my social circle! - I get along with all personalities. So whether your dog is high energy and constantly in the mood to play, or whether your dog likes to be a couch potato and kick back, I can easily match their vibe. - My girlfriend and I fostered a “classic canine” (9 y/o +) so I’m experienced with administering medications and keeping strict routines. FUN FACT: I recently had to bathe and blow dry a dog that was skunked at night. This means I make my own schedule with very few strict time commitments during the week. A normal day for me consists of writing in the morning, a long walk in the afternoon, and reading/editing in the evening. All this to say, I really enjoy having a little buddy 🐶 by my side throughout the day. I am deeply cognizant of any potential hazards for your pet; I like to discuss any specific hazards or concerns you have while your dog is with me. That could be anything from being mindful of open doors, to a strict diet, to keeping pets from teething at their stitches from a recent surgery.

About: I'm the sitter who lets your pet come to me on their terms — because I know trust is earned, not assumed. I grew up in a house with five cats and one Doberman, so I've spent basically my whole life reading feline body language and figuring out what makes each one tick. I love the little rituals: figuring out if your cat's a chin-scratch or belly-rub type, learning their favorite napping spot, and sticking to their routine so nothing feels different while you're gone. We don't currently own any pets but we have experience fostering & pet sitting. Olivia has been a dog walker and provided overnight, in-home dog care. We lead an active lifestyle and have the energy necessary for exercising energetic dogs. We'd love to take your dog on hikes or just a meandering walk if that’s more their style. Reece and I have loved dogs all our lives and spending time with them is one of our favorite activities. :) I (Olivia) currently work four days per week while Reece works remotely from home full time so your pet would almost always have company while at home. We often go to the park / hike after work & in our free time - we'd love to include your pup in these activities! We live in an apartment with no fenced yard, unfortunately. Reece and I both have flexible schedules which would allow at least one of us to be home with your pet at almost all times so we can accommodate frequent walks and bathroom breaks if needed.

About: We're writers and seasoned pet lovers/carers who live in a two-bedroom apartment in Silver Lake with a bucolic fenced in yard. We're ready to love-bomb your pup and ply them with as many treats as they are allowed to have. Senior pups and youngins welcome. We'll toss balls or play tug of war or lounge around. Your pup's wish is our command. We recently said goodbye to our pup of 17+ years and miss tail wags and dog antics. We only host one pup at a time and that way we give your pup all our love and full attention during their stay. We both work from home, and are active folks who love to go on long walks around the neighborhood, or chill on the couch if that's what your pup prefers. We also have a closed-in yard with birds visiting the feeders and fountain, and we enjoy sitting outside with a furry friends on nice days. We just said goodbye to our furry bestie after 17+ years together and suffice it to say, our lives revolved around him. Be it cooking him gourmet meals from scratch, taking him on multiple walks a day, or strolls in a cart when his legs became too weak, we were always together. We miss having dog energy in the home and would be thrilled to cuddle up or pal around with your pup. We have central AC and Heat too, so if your pup gets hot or cold, we're on the case.
